Positive experience: It was our first time to be there. The staff are friendly, nice and very hospitable to show us around. We started from the routine where people go through the machines in that zone with the red and green light to show you to the next round. There are instructions on each machine and so you can read carefully before you try it on. The changing rooms include restrooms, showers and lockers. You can bring your own lock to secure your belonging. The new members have a T-shirt as a gift. Two colours - white and black for you to choose and you can bring it to have your workout. There is another zone where you can go in and relax. Massage chairs are available where you can choose from a few different types of massages. Aqua form of massage is also available. It is my first time to try and though it could be quite loud for me as you can imagine the sound of the water and pressing through your body, it is worth being there to have the body regain sine energy after the workout. Outside shoes have to leave before you enter the gym. You can bring your inside shoes so the snow, dust and dirt from outside would not be brought in the gym. I like the design where the whole gym is filled with purple. Lovely and I like it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Planet Fitness for almost 2 years now. I really enjoy being there and even encouraged my kids to join. It’s not overcrowded like some other gyms in the city. There is a friendly vibe as well with the staff being friendly as soon as you walk in . I always see them cleaning too. A great place to work out for sure!!

Negative experience: horrid experience, tried to cancel my membership for months, went in filled out the paper work, all was good realized later i was still getting charged, called then they said send an email with a signature, did that OH WAIT that was not good enough either, they said send it in the mail - did that to, apparently it never arrived so i called, no management around left a message with staff to call me back, waited for management to call me back- they never did i called again. i have been charged a membership fee for month and month now all due to their inability to click "cancel" 3+ times. im sure ill get the cookie cutter response they leave on all of these review. to that response i already reached out to local management many many many times they still cost me money they still lied to my face and they still lost 3 attempts to cancel.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, i always enjoy my time there but the hours need to be open 24 hours again

Fantastic experience: Planet fitness Circle drive, fully equipped very clean there is sanitizer stations everywhere! Never crowded, I am regularly there around 5pm showers, and lockers are always clean and available it's only 15$ a month ! I would upgrade if they had Sauna or steam room. It's worth a visit, no doubt.

Positive experience: I’ve been going to this gym since January, and I really enjoy the atmosphere. I’ve been a member of many gyms over the years in many cities (Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Moncton, Saskatoon), and this one is top notch. It is always clean, the Circle Drive location is rarely too full to be able to find a machine, and Alexis and Roman and the rest of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Equipment seems to be fixed relatively quickly, and everything is in new condition. If I were to offer constructive criticism, I’d love if there were the “in between” free weights (17.5, 22.5, 27.5) and barbells (25, 35, 45). Also, Planet Fitness doesn’t have free bench weights — you’ll have to make do with smith machines. But for the price of membership and the new equipment, it’s very difficult to beat this place!

Negative experience: Was an amazing gym to attend - but after a year of not attending (I was attending for only 3 months as I was in Saskatoon for training) I have been charged every month for my membership even after requesting for it to be cancelled as I was no longer in Saskatoon for the last year. I am out almost $700 because of their system and lack of respecting their customers’ requests of cancellation. I was informed that the only way I could cancel is if I came into the gym physically in person - which is not possible as I live in Alberta.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym to go to! The staff there are friendly and are always on top of keeping the place clean. Just want to give a shoutout to Roman for being so awesome at his job!

Negative experience: there's a worker at this location (market mall) who almost everytime i come to the gym he literally follows me into the change room waits for me to change then as i start go walk out to workout he stops me and makes up a reason and kicks me out. overall really weird guy i've heard lots of stuff from other gym goers about him.

Fantastic experience: This is honestly a great gym. There’s lots of space. Adequate equipment. It’s affordable. The staff is great and it’s always super clean. I’ve been to 3 planet fitness locations now and this one is the best in my opinion! I do think it would be nice to have a dimmer hydro bed area.

Negative experience: Worst management and poor service when it comes to cancelling the gym membership. Once reach them to cancel the membership then they charge you the most they can terrible experience never recommend anyone. It took me 3 months to cancel the membership eventually ended up paying close to 3 months fees. All they have to say is their policy what policy does the planet fitness has overcharging the customers ??. Disappointing. Never trust them.

Fantastic experience: I am black card member and tried both locations but here the vibes are unmatched. Really nice and new equipments. Friendly staff as well and plus point Less crowded.

Fantastic experience: I really like their setup. Lots of machine and weight choice, a variety of people, very friendly and helpful staff, and it's very reasonably priced. I love the Hydromassage too!

Negative experience: Where you can cancel your membership and get charged $113 like a month later what a joke Oh they charge you another $31.50 after that too a month later. Don’t bother with management or the owners they’re useless. Waited 3 weeks for a response from “head office” only to get charged again for a full month.

A great environment for beginners wanting to start their fitness journey. The staff is very friendly and the establishment is well kept. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly, equipment is plentiful and clean, and I have never seen any equipment that is broken. Bathrooms / change rooms are also very clean. Love all the TVs for when I am on the cardio equipment and the ease to listen to any of them.

Negative experience: They will over charge you when you want to cancel your membership. Very supportive when you apply for membership and not supportive when you want to cancel. Never ever I recommend this gym to others.

Fantastic experience: I'm not a member here yet but this place is amazing! They have plenty of space, and multiples of most all equipment. The place is very clean and comfortable. The only downfall is that it's not 24/7. I really hope more locations are built in Saskatoon, soon especially in the west side as the west really needs a Planet fitness here. The hydromassage is absolutely amazing! I didn't try the tanning rooms but they do look really good. Overall I would give this place more than 5 starts if it would allow me to. Thanks to everyone at the Planet Fitness team, you guys are definitely doing a good job of what you do, keep it up and you will have a lot of happy members.

I want to thank you for your smiles, friendliness, and the well-maintained facility. Along with one in Winnipeg, this gym is among the best PFs I've experienced across Canada.

Fantastic experience: Clean, managers take care of everything well, high staff turnover, no squat rack or proper benches. But that's what It is. People would call it a beginners gym. But it's not that. A gym with a friendly atmosphere. Testosterone minimized.

Fantastic experience: I really like this gym. Spaced out and great cardio area, when I need heavier weights I go to my other gym but this is a perfect place to get it in.

Negative experience: $21 for a day pass… should come up with weekly passes.

Positive experience: So I'm currently at this gym, all the paper towel dispensers are empty and the tiny little gal working the desk has done nothing but squat/hide behind the desk texting lol, can you guys hire some staff over the age of 16.. perhaps someone with a little initiative or work ethic?

Fantastic experience: Well let’s start with this. I went to a rival gym once upon a time ago. Was not happy with the gym process. Now I feel it’s the time to go again. Planet Fitness was recommended to me and the circle drive location was close to my house so I had no excuse. From sign up, to the app, to the staff and the facilities, it has all made it easy to enjoy and keep going. So shout out to them, and to Luke the trainer, you rock. So folks if you read this, get there, work hard and enjoy the facilities. And book with Luke.

Fantastic experience: It's been a while since I went to a gym. I was so nervous walking in but there was no need. Each time I have gone, the staff and members have been great!! Love that the have locking individual changing stalls. I also like that you can sign up for personal classes with a trainer included in the $25 membership. So glad I found the courage and walked in the door. Thank you!!

Positive experience: Great place, affordable prices and convenient location. Not a big gym person, so can't fully comment about their equipment, but to what I have to use, it's been great. The staff are friendly and places are kept up and cleaned routinely. They could use more massage chairs though.

Fantastic experience: One of the best clean gyms in Saskatoon. This is the new one. They already had one at market mall. This one is Right beside giant Tiger on circle drive. Friendly staffs. Clean and hygienic. New equipments. Judgement free zone. Also affordable. 15$ or 25$ per month depending on what you choose. Hopefully it stays the same a year from now.

Fantastic experience: Pros: Really nice facility with new equipment in great shape. Really love how the cardio machines connect to smart watches and some of the strength machines count your reps and time. Staff is really nice. Also the cheapest membership by a longshot. Cons: It’s all smith machines, no barbells, so it’s could be limiting for more experienced people - but all PF’s are like that. Front entrance and shoe rack was pretty dirty from outdoor shoes so my socks got quite gross when changing shoes. And no smoothie/shake bar.

Fantastic experience: This gym is affordable and has really great benefits with the black card. I am getting back into the gym after many years off, I'm getting married and need to look good in my suit. The staff is friendly and will help you the best they can. Every machine has QR codes to descriptive videos, so you won't need to ask for any help. As for the comments on no free weight bench/squat. If the Smith machine doesn't work for you, kettle bells are an amazing way to work the core and balance.

Positive experience: Overall the facility is great but it really needs a free bench and squat rack. It's really not good to only have smith machines because you don't build up those necessary stability muscles. Add those to the mix and you got 5 stars all day!
