Negative experience: Not happy that it's Friday and it's says it's staffed until 10 pm. Well now it's 430 amd there is a sign that says they aren't staffed now. I can't use the tanning or massage after my workout as planned

Negative experience: Snot all over the walls of the changing rooms that havent been washed in weeks. Absolutely disgusting

Negative experience: Been going here over a year and I have to say, this place is going down hill. I get here early in the morning. There is like 4 people here, but almost no place to put your shoes because people just leave them there and the staff don’t fix it. The lockers have several where people have left their stuff overnight/weeks on end. The mirrors are filthy and have been for weeks on end. There has been several months where machines are broken for much longer then what’s realistically needed. Example, landmine hinge was “under repair” for 6 weeks. It’s a metal plate on the floor with some screws. Why 6 weeks? Especially when location 170 maintains all machines soooo much faster. Really hope the staff start caring more soon. There is one girl, petite with glasses and tattoos. She is always moving when she is here. Go go go. But she is the only one. This location is lucky to have at least one staff who cares

Negative experience: 30 day cancellation "notice" means they get to charge you twice more before you can leave

Fantastic experience: I've been working out there for a couple months at the Kingsway mall location and I really like the fact that the staff is friendly and people working out there are respectful. Is not crowded as another locations.

Negative experience: Seems like no one cares about this location. Tanning bed doors are falling off the hinges. Floors dirty. Londonderry is better

Negative experience: Man sleeping in there for a month. Doesn't wash any equipment he uses, sleeps on the hydro-bed. Wearing others ppls shoes. Very unsanitary. Comes during unstaffed hours and leaves before staff arrives. I have been a long time member. But will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: This location has showers, change rooms, a water fill station and massage chairs and hydro-massage beds. It's better than some of the other smaller locations around town.

Positive experience: Not a bad place to work out for beginners, wish the rules were more enforced, saw a guy napping by the stretching area, a lil weird

Negative experience: Signed up for 8.99 every two weeks and got charged $45 in one month . They upgraded my gym membership which cost me more money . I didn’t ask for it . Sketch ah business . To conclude I canceled after 1 month .

Positive experience: People who go to the gym to use the bathroom to defecate, knowing it doesn't have doors except for the washroom stalls, are inconsiderate. The smell from the bathroom spreads into the gym, making the whole place smell bad, mixing with sweat and body spray. Sometimes, this place gets busy on weekends, and it's unreasonable to expect one worker to keep up with sanitation and assist gym members. Cleaning takes time, as does helping others. Please take this into consideration. Thank you.

Negative experience: Good facility , good equipment but some of the staff here aren’t the best … specifically the males . they close staffing hours earlier than posted on the website . Went in to tan on a Sunday at 3:40 . The staff member was cleaning the floors and said they aren’t staffed after 3:30 so wouldn’t let me in to tan when the person was litterally standing in front of me cleaning the floors … website sais staffing is till 4 , the company should either update the staffing hours or the staff should abide by them .

Positive experience: Decent gym, friendly staff. I would give 5 stars if not for the content on the TV screens. An aquarium screensaver? Really?

Negative experience: Am a black card member ....I can't use the shower and never used any of the massage chair or hydro massage because to have access to those you need to come when the staff is there .... If you coming to this gym never choose the black card membership because you will be paying the double for nothing most of the time ....am going home sweaty now and really disappointed

Fantastic experience: Been going to this Kingsway location for 2 months, and the ambiance, cleanliness, and quality are all 5-star. Even the service, as the one who signed me up sold me on getting a membership right away. Had it not been for him (and the relatively low price), I probably would have hopped around some other gyms before deciding on this one. Thanks Andres--your customer service skill is superb! Facility is always maintained, and I notice a few staff members in particular (Andres included) are *always* cleaning. Like they never stop moving! Equipped with two change rooms, three shower rooms, 2 massage chairs and 2 hydro-massage chairs (all available only during staffed hours), lockers galore, and just enough equipment (e.g. multiple cardio machines, 2 benches, 2 cable machines, 1 rack, 1 smith machine, plus a few more of each in the Black Card-only area). Overall, this location is great, pretty expansive, and has excellent pricing. Busiest hours so far are from 5pm-9pm, and the 24/7 accessibility is just *chef's kiss*! They've also got a Free-access workout day every last Thursday of the month!

Negative experience: This place isn’t actually staffed during staff hours. I waited outside for 20 mins trying to get access to sign up. I ended up signing up at Planet Fitness instead. They’re actually staffed

Negative experience: I wish I could give 0 stars this place sucks. They just keep stealing money from me I hate this place I’m negative 400$ cause of nsf fees and they can’t do anything about it. Don’t go here the equipment is out of date to and boring atmosphere

Fantastic experience: New equipment, super cheap, massage chairs/ hydro water massage/ tanning bed and showers included. 24hr. Highly recommended, I've been working out since I was 16, little older at 39, nicest gym I've been to. Just don't lose your access card it's $20 to replace

Positive experience: Good equipment and I like the black card area. Only issue was that the gym had a horrible smell. I dunno if someone polluted the bathroom or if that location has a sewage problem but I kept smelling poo during my workout, not ideal.

Positive experience: Great gym low fee. The Kingsway mall is good. Have to say, when the male staff are only there attentiveness is almost non-existent. Not that you're gonna need much. Just seems like the females are working extra hard to make up for their neglect.

This may be a wild request, but can we put doors on both bathrooms, please? Sometimes the odor that comes from the bathroom escapes into the gym, making the whole gym smell like body sweat and bad odor, which makes our workout experience unpleasant. Unfortunately, the bathroom stall itself is not containing all the smell in the bathroom. _______ I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service experience I had at Fit 4 Less. Matti’s exceptional assistance and guidance truly made all the difference during my visit to the gym. From the moment I stepped into the facility, Matti went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Positive experience: Good location. Clean. But no one on the weekends knows how to turn the TVs on which is really lame. Cardio Sunday is a nice way to pass time while watching football but can’t do that here

Negative experience: I purchased a membership a few days ago and when I came in this morning at 5:30 I pressed my card against the scanner and it recognized I scanned my card but the doors didn’t unlock. I waited for someone else to open the door for me but still the same issue at the revolving doors. I payed $65+ for my gym to not let me in. Hoping this issue is resolved because I don’t want to spend money on a membership I can’t even use

Fantastic experience: Used to go here since the day they opened. It's a good mid sized gym, clean, decent selection of machines and open 24/7. Can be a bit crowded depending on the time but all in all it's a good gym.

Positive experience: The Kingsway Location is hands down the cleanest one out of all the ones I’ve been too. Lets hope it stays this way as it is still pretty new… Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because its been awhile, and the Tanning is still not accessible. Also Staff hours should be changed. Having maybe one employee start earlier, Especially on Weekends…

Negative experience: I do not recommend to go to this gym, just go to the fit4less at Londonderry mall with 4less card you can access more equipment there, which is equivalent the black card membership here. They isolated the black card zone for the members, every time you have to scan your card in and out super inconvenient. 4less membership at Londonderry membership (convenient, easy access) > black card membership at Kingsway (only give you heavier dumbbell weight access here(>75lbs here)) Do not upgrade your 4less or switch home gym to here if you are currently 4less membership at Londonderry mall The second start is for fewer people here.

Positive experience: Definitely needs some fans or air conditioning. It's at least 5 degrees hotter inside at all times. During summer it's going to be brutal.

Fantastic experience: Some of the earlier reviews indicate a problem with accessing the facility. These issues have been resolved. My girlfriend and I have started coming this gym - we're very impressed. The machines all look quite new, inside it's very clean and organized, and the staff have been very helpful in showing us around, and showing us how to use the equipment - the massage beds in particular. There's a very intuitive kiosk as you come in which can automatically sign you up, and create your membership card for you. You will need your bank information handy for automatic withdrawal though, so don't forget that! If you're looking for a well priced gym in the Kingsway area, check this place out!

Fantastic experience: Amazing wow to start! The staff was beyond helpful and friendly and made me feel I was in the right place I’ve been to other gyms before in the city but these staff members were the best no question great environment

Negative experience: Manager at fit4less Kingsway mall is very rude he will go to you out of nowhere in the middle of your workout to tell you you forgot to put it back or by any chance you are not yet finished yet or perhaps it was an honest mistakes. Telling everybody you forgot this and that oh man its the worst nightmare for all who goes at this gym. Pls teach them the right approach on how to say things in a professional way.

Positive experience: Lots of free weights and everything I need to get the job done, few thing’s missing that I’d like to see added like a stench bar. But other than that a very good place to get a great workout in.

Negative experience: I get that this is a new location but it’s issue after issue. If you use your membership and their door is broken, you are locked out for 30 minutes. There is absolutely no way to contact anyone within the company after hours. Don’t waste your money here. Pay the extra couple of bucks to go to a reputable place that takes care of their customers!

Negative experience: Can finally get in door after hours now. Untill u get to the turnstile gate wich is now locked and there is 4 of us standing outside the gym wondering how to get in. Issue after issue I hope it gets fixed soon. No way to even contact anyone to help with the door

Positive experience: The gym itself is very good for the price you pay. But the scan card out front didn't work if you signed up online. Also, when I was there in March all of the showers were closed for construction. I am only giving 4 stars because becoming a new member wasn't the greatest experience for me. Given the outdoor QR code scanner didn't work like the website said it would and if I came any earlier (I came on a Sunday morning just before 11:00 am and the staff arrived at 11:00 am) there would have been no way for me to enter the facility and get my membership card. They should adjust their website to advise people who sign up online at this facility that the QR scanner does not work so that they come at a time that is staffed, or else they would end up wasting a trip. Otherwise, the equipment was in great condition and had lots of variety for a VIP member. The facility is clean as well. I am excited to try the hydro massage chairs. Also, you can find a great diversity of people going to this facility. PS if you want to use the lockers, you have to bring your own lock.

Negative experience: Does anyone even read these reviews? Clearly there is an issue getting in after hours! Once again I could not get in! You think some of us live across the street and gas is cheap? Shouldn’t be advertising 24/7 if there is no way in. Your reader on the outside does not work don’t even know why those doors are locked. Like to use this as my home gym. ***UPDATE*** Tried to contact on all possible platforms and even tried calling no response at all. Only like to respond to matters that are not an issue.

Negative experience: you have to bang on the door to wake up the security guard who is always sleeping to open up the outer door before u can swipe your pass to get in. not sure why they r locked. If you want to work out before 7am I recommend u go elsewhere. My knuckles were rubbed raw from banging on the door for so long this morning. every day she is sleeping. I took pictures of here sleeping while trying to wake her up. I'll be nice and not post the pics for now.
