Negative experience: WORST fit4less location.

Positive experience: Il faut y aller au bon moment, vers 5h pm c'est toujours plein, il n'y a pas beaucoup de machines en double donc c'est parfois difficile d'avoir ce dont on a besoin. Malgré tout, abordable, facile d'accès

Positive experience: Small gym but it’s got the equipment you need. Can get busy in the evenings. Manager is never present and hides in his office all day. Staff deserve all the credit to why this gym is so clean and friendly!

Negative experience: Management please come to your gym after 7 and watch how people behave in the weight room.Bunch of punks do not respect other peoples right to use the weights(dumbelss) or the machines..unfortunately,every night,few guys stand right in front of the weight racks to do work out with dumbells and occupy that little narrow space to do their own work out and leave extra dumbells on that little narrow area and block other peoples access to racks.Same with machines ,guys comes in teams and stand around in the same machines long long period of time chatting instead of focusing on their own work out and occupy those machines long time.please MAKE strict rules and PUT signs around to limit the time for each person. And also, DRAW a red line on the floor in front of the dumbell racks where people SHOULD BE RESTRICTED TO DO ANY work out ( to allow others to reach to dumbells easily) and no body should leave extra dumbells around .please PUT signs around machines not to work out as teams or (work out buddies) and occupy machines for long time.there should be a time limit For each machines.SO OTHERS DONT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THOSE WOTKNOUT BUDDIES TO USE THE MACHINES.Also mens locker room floor always dirty .make sure it s mopped and kept clean every day..hope it s done soon and we all benefit from coming to your gym for our work out.appreciate your efforts- beside above negative things -for all the other good things to keep this gym fairly clean and affordable!!Also big kudos to all front desk staff,they greet us with big smile ; they are very nice ,friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: They threw out our shoes in our locker for not going consistently so we cancelled my memberships now 4 months later they're still trying to bill us what a scam

Positive experience: It is a clean gym. The atmosphere is also very nice. The staff is welcoming as well. The only problem is that it is a very small gym. It has every piece of equipment, but only one machine of each kind.

Positive experience: For the price everything is worth it. Doesn't get crowdy. The only problem I believe is there are no showers because sometimes I need to go directly to work after gym.

Positive experience: They lack some equipments and almost crowded at afternoon that you have to wait for the equipment to be vacant

Positive experience: Very clean place real nice stuff at a real low price compared to other gyms

Negative experience: It smells horrible in there. There is always a few people who choose not to wear deodorant. I can’t a complete workout in the weight room, without gagging. It’s a powerful aroma and I think the Staff should be free to suggest a no scent facility, thus including horrendous body odour. There I said it, since everyone else is too afraid.

Fantastic experience: When I go the gym, I don't make it a social event. I like how you can just be there without any distraction.

Negative experience: If you choose this gym be prepared to be charged onwards of 4 months after cancelling. I have called this gym MULTIPLE times and spoken with an employee to cancel, yet nobody seems to “make a note” thus getting me charged monthly still. Despite getting “rejoin” emails im still having to pay an additional 30 days of my membership, 4 months after cancelling. Nice workers, bad service.

Negative experience: The old lady at the front desk needs some manners super ignorant. I will be canceling membership.

Fantastic experience: They staff is amazing and there. It's not a big place but it works

Negative experience: Although the price is affordable I find that you really get what you pay for - it's a shame that there is no stair master, the gym is really cramped and you spend more time waiting in the weight room than actually doing your workout. The staff aren't friendly or welcoming - I don't need them to know my name but they act inconvenienced wen they are approached. I cancelled and wouldn't go back unless I had significant reason to.

Positive experience: Great price at $7.99 + tax (tax not mentioned in ad) but the weight machines tend to be in closer proximity than I prefer. Staff is not overly friendly and they certainly don’t go out of their way to learn your name or make you feel welcomed. At any given time a treadmill or two are often in need of repair but that’s understandable given how much they are used. Love the women’s changing area with lots of lockers and 3 curtained changing rooms. There are showers as well. The walls have a few plaster spots that have yet to be touched up with paint and have been that way since I joined in January 2023. Overall, it is clean though. I do enjoy the location as I can grocery shop, pick up prescriptions and order a Starbucks coffee all located in the Superstore. So recommendations…have more welcoming staff and touch up the walls.

Fantastic experience: It's an amazing gym! Wonderful staff and lots of great equipment, the lighting is good. Awesome music in the weight room. There's even tanning and a hydro massage machine. I love going there and can't wait to go back.

Positive experience: Great little gym for the price. Staff are friendly and keep the gym in good shape. Only reason it's not 5 stars is they're not open 24/7 and depending on when you go it can get a little crowded.

Positive experience: It's good place for work out , feasible. Usually little crowdy after 5 till 7.30 after that it's quite.

Fantastic experience: Unbelievably Affordable. Staff and trainees do their best to keep machines cleans as much as possible. Not always crowded. They even have massage chairs and hydro massage bed. Staff is frendly

Negative experience: The only thing that’s good about this gym is the price. Tiny cramped gym full of bros circle jerking in a corner blocking anyone else from using the equipment. When I went to wave bye to the two male staff members they quickly looked away and pretended not to see me because god forbid you treat a plus sized lady like a human being. Not a welcoming atmosphere at all.

Fantastic experience: The friendliest staff!

Negative experience: The worst customer service provided by ERIC!! Extremely rude, not fit to work with people. I called in to check why I was charged beyond the 5 business days after the membership freeze request. He said "it's not a big deal, it's just $13. I don't understand what you want from me?" I replied that you should not have charged me even a dollar for something that I don't use, to which he replied "I did not charge you, the company did". After that he said that he would disconnect the call and hung up. When I called back I asked him why he hung up if he still did not advise me of how I can get my funds back, to which he replied that he did not hang up and that he just disconnected the call (which is the same thing to me). In his email to Amanda requesting refund of the extra charge he said "I tried explaining the process for freezes and the time it takes to process but there was a strong language barrier where we had a hard time understanding each other". What language barrier?? I speak both English and French fluently. His attitude is very insulting and racist! After the conversation that we had I requested my membership to be completely cancelled as I'm not willing to go back to the same gym because of Eric.

Fantastic experience: Been getting really busy as of late. But the staff are amazing and kind. Been going here for 3 years and have only had minor issues.

Negative experience: I emailed them several times but no responce.I have a couple of questions but no answers.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff!! It's a smaller gym, but you can't beat the price and there is enough equipment to have a very effective workout! I highly recommend this gym!

Positive experience: Due to covid was unable to attend i called they told me to suspend my membership i did but somehow kept getting charged and to be honest i usually went to tan however they hadnt changed the bulbs in beds for months which made me just wanting to bail which i called and cancelled

Positive experience: Rough around the edges. Nice staff. Decent equipment. Needs mens shower and was promised one for 5 years. Still its worth it and SUPER affordable. Less than $170 a year.

Positive experience: Good basic gym. Friendly staff. Equipment repaired quickly when broken. I only wish they opened a bit earlier - 6 a.m. would be ideal. Not enough time to get in a good workout and get cleaned up before work if you go at 7 a.m.

Negative experience: Insufficient light inside the gym would make you depressed and stinky environment would make you uncomfortable!!! I bet, Fredericton Fit4Leas should not represent overall Fit4Less standard. A bit disappointing but, it is what it is! Because, Fredericton Fit4Less may be not that much concern about that

Negative experience: Small cramped work out space, sort of dark and dingy looking inside. There is no proper men's change area, and NO men's shower facilities at all which is completely unacceptable for any gym. They really live up to the fact that they are a cheap version of Goodlife.

Fantastic experience: They say it is a no judgement gym and that certainly is true! Come as you are and wear what you feel good in. Staff is kind and helpful. Equipment (for me) has always been clean before use. Have never had an issue with anything here.

Positive experience: It's alright / fine. Some equipment is damaged and has been for a while. Friendly staff. The men's room always smells bad and doesn't inspire confidence in whoever is supposed to be keeping it clean.

Fantastic experience: We were in town for a couple of months and found this to be a great gym that had everything we needed. Colin and the other staff do a great job. We’ll be back next time we’re in town.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! i was really uncertain what the quality would be for the price, but all the staff are WONDERFUL . The whole gym has a "family" feel to it, everyone is super friendly. You have all the equipment you need to get any muscle group in, It can be busy at times like on mondays! and during the supper rush but that is any gym you go to.

Positive experience: I mostly just use the cardio equipment and some of the weight machines. The weight room is small, and it's crowded most hours of the day. You can't beat the price though.

Positive experience: Cheap membership which is great for someone starting out! Nice gym with good equipment (I think). The only reason it's not 5 stars is I wish there was showers in the men's changing room, because sometimes I want to run before work but I don't want to drive home first to shower.

Positive experience: Nice place with good equipment. Its notable that the insufficient fund fee is ridiculous, I can see how they are making up for prices being so low.
