Positive experience: All this place needs to be a perfect gym is a swimming pool but for the price you can't beat it!

Fantastic experience: I had been looking for another gym but Arsbir at Fit4Less from the moment i walked in i saw him dedicatedly clean. He is always cleaning and was so helpful and informative that he convinced me to sign up on my first visit and now i will be signing up my son as well.

Negative experience: Good gym. Not a lot of machines. Employees working the front desk are unhelpful and distracted most times. Mistake made by employee caused a fee on my membership. Will not be attending this location again.

Positive experience: Facities at Yonge and Greenlane are good. There are usually fewer people so its easier to have access to most machines. The low rating is due to the feont reception and management. No one calls back, messages arenot returned and the frint deskis either busy or not present. The other factor for the low rating is that times are limited to how long the superstore is open to more difficult for an early morning or late night trip.

Positive experience: Decent gym. Hours are inconvenient for early birds and night owls due to the location being inside a grocery store. No showers. Has water fountain so rating 4 stars.

Positive experience: A great spot to get a work out in. Very busy and small so be sure you visit at the right time. Check if the hours work for you as they close early on the weekends because they’re located in a grocery store. The change rooms are clean and spacious. Affordable price. A good spot to start working out but personally not my favourite gym as it is too small and busy when I get in after work. I had a membership for about 6 months.

Negative experience: Comfortable location (work out and buy food here after workout :-D) and that's it....not full spectrum of machines (there are some base machines that are not present here), in addition, most of the times 1 or 2 machines are broken. Only one squat rack (which is kind of ok) and only two classic press benches (not enough), change room for men is less than basic (no shower and one washroom (usually not very clean)), ladies change room I have not seen and don't know. Long story short: This gym doesn't have: Horizontal leg curls machine, Vertical (standing) and sitted calf machines, Classic leg press, Full-size cable frame... Good for beginners, cell phone work-outers and those who go to gym years after years with no real goals... Only thing, price is good.

Positive experience: It’s a decent gym if you don’t mind the weirdness of being over the supermarket and watching people shop as you train. Plus you can’t really deadlift heavy there might end up in a bakery below. Staff is very friendly. You have stand up and horizontal tanning beds, massage chair, hydro massage bed. Clean change-rooms. It’s pretty small but got all the basics: Machines to hit all the body parts Cables Dumbbell rack Squat rack Bench racks Pre-loaded EZ bars Pre-loaded regular barbells 2 smith machines Ton of cardio equipment 2 stairmasters Steppers Rowing machine

Fantastic experience: The Staff is awesome - currently easy to slip in for a 50 minute work out - usually don't need to wait longer than 5 minutes (ie time for a person to finish a set) for a piece of equipment. That, or options present to swap you work out around that are free. After 4 months, going 3-4 x's a month at various times, I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Cheers

Fantastic experience: Great staff, nice people and very accommodating. Being at a location within a Superstore makes it easy to grab a meal after my workout.

Negative experience: It’s very strange I requested my account to be frozen and payments are still deducted from my bank. And I can’t have the access to the gym and they have no customer support you can reach out to looking into your account!

Fantastic experience: I joined Recently, Very nice/Helpful and charming staff and front desk.. it is kind of new and it is clean. there is plenty of equipment and I had not have to line up for machines (my time is usually around 7 to 9pm). It has no showers ( which is fine for me , because in Winter I don't take shower in Gym at all and even in Summer I always do it at home). Recommended.

Positive experience: Good gym to work out , kind people , but some If their staff is rude and don’t care about people , I had a bad experience when this new lady that started to work there asked me my drivers license when I was working out very rude but some of them are nice , the tanning machines are useless not working at all I tried like 10 and gave up ! The rest is ok good facility for its size

Negative experience: I have to say the gym and the equipment are great. It's a small gym but it has all the equipment, in fantastic shape, that you could ever want to use for a quick workout. That being said, the staff ruin the experience. It feels as though is more of a hangout for the employees, led by their uninterested manager, then a job. The staff are rude whenever you have an issue and instead of trying to work with you, they double down on their "strict rules". I love this gym and will keep coming, but something really needs to be done about the terrible service this group provides.

Negative experience: No showers for men! Gym is fine, but pretty disappointed that there aren’t any showers for men. It is a necessary thing for me.

Negative experience: Unbelievable. I notified the Fit4less that I no longer want to continue as of August 28, 2019. I was told I have to wait to August 28 and give them 30 days notice. This is highway robbery forcing me to pay for September. If this doesn't get rectified - BBB is next step. Beware of Fit4less!

Fantastic experience: I love the Superstore location.

Negative experience: I've went to this gym with my family for over 1 year and constantly had problems with the customer service. I forgot my black card once and asked if they can let me in because they see me there all the time. The worker at the front said no because she has to follow a set of "strict rules". I respected the fact that it was her job to enforce these rules and left without any further discussion. A few days later, I came to the same gym. As I was changing my shoes, I overheard another member talking to the same lady that I talked to about forgetting her gym card. She was allowed inside of the gym. If you have certain rules you need to enforce, make sure EVERY member follows them. I followed every rule at that gym but felt like I was constantly judged. The other negative reviews on here about the staff being rude are very true based on the 1 year of experience I've had with this specific location.

Fantastic experience: My wife encouraged me to joint this fitness center as she had been going for long. I am absolutely satisfied with it. Staffs are friendly. A lot of equipments, so no wait time and price is very fair. It is located inside superstore, so you can do your weekly grocery right after gym. Fully recommended.

Negative experience: Recently started going to this gym with my client. The customer service is terrible not very professional. My client had a membership and in order for me to be able to show him how to use the machines properly I had to purchase a membership. I was not working out on the equipment, just helping him get proper structure, so he doesn’t re injure or hurt himself working out. This also helps my client get out in the community. I have now bought a membership so I can help him. In the begin the 2 girls would watch us workout constantly, confront us more then once about shoes when I have indoor shoes and wore them but in order to get to the change rooms located at the back of the gym they want us to remove are shoes to walk to the change room even in the middle of the summer. I have personally been confronted at least 4 times about my shoes but people walk through all the time and are told nothing. So a no judgement gym that’s a lie! You can’t tan everyday it’s only every other. From a healthcare professional prospective I would not want to take my client of myself to this gym! The gym is more work to please the workers then them pleasing you with great customer service.

Positive experience: This is a pretty good fit4less. I’ve been to most of them in the gta and this one has great equipment. The staff is very friendly but asking your members to spray the bottom of their shoes with what seems to be either some alcohol or bleach is really stupid as that damages the gum rubber and can affect your performance and may cause injury. I suggest hiring more knowledgeable staff instead of air heads.

Positive experience: Clean , simple , small gym. Open and closed with grocery store. Enough machines if not busy . Everytime I have gone there I was able to use the machines without wait (early morning or around 4pm). They are not latest machine they might be outdated but still do the job. They have massage chairs as well as water masage bed. Price is Right $10-$20 a month !

Fantastic experience: Solid no-frills type gym; cheap, effective, and overall friendly staff. Only negatives are a lack of a mens shower and the place could use another bench in the weight room.

Negative experience: The price is good for a gym, friendly staff, nice and clean but half the men here are disrespectful. On numerous occasions I'll be using a station and during my rest time in between sets a high ego, testosterone man would come to MY station change my set up while ignoring the fact that I'm less than a foot away from the station with my water bottle and phone clearly placed at the station. Disrespectful.

For example - staff yelling at you and trying to enforce rules no other gym enforces - rules are there for a reason the staff have a right to tell you to follow them!!! Im sure the workers there are judged by their managers on how well they enforce rules. Another reviewer stating that as soon as a bad review goes up a good one follow and implying the manager gets people to do her favorus by writing them - if she was so horrible why would people do her any favours?? Honestly people get over yourselves! The people who work at this gym ARE NOT your slaves. Treat them with respect follow the rules set by the CORPORATION NOT THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION, and they will do the same to you!

Fantastic experience: Great gym for the price, there is a good variety of equipment, and it's a clean facility. Staff are always checking sanitizer bottles and washroom to ensure cleanliness! Always a friendly staff member waiting at reception to greet you! Overall no complainants and I would refer anyone looking to go to a good gym for a low cost!
