Fantastic experience: Joining f45 has been excellent so far. Group workouts really helps you to push yourself and move your resistance bar up. Plus the trainers are really friendly and super helpful in getting exercise right!

The space is always clean and there is a good amount of space and distance between me and other clients during workouts. Workouts are always unique, fun and challenging!

Fantastic experience: Exccellent studio, professional trainers get the most out of you at your skill level. Allow you to modify workout to fit your strength or nagging injuries until you can increase your own tempo and rhythm. Well cleaned and many options for classes daily.

Fantastic experience: Started at F45 as part of a 6-week challenge, but will definitely be extending my membership! All of the coaches are so encouraging and helpful, and the other members are also very welcoming. Definitely challenging, but always leave feeling accomplished!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love these workouts. The trainers are amazing and come around and help correct your form, push you, etc. Super positive and encouraging environment for all levels. The workouts are hard but very rewarding and there are always modifications available if needed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It’s been 2 weeks since I joined F45 in Newmarket and I can say that the workouts have been really challenging. I have gone to traditional gyms for a long time but have never been able to challenge myself the way I have been at F45. The great part is that it’s good for all fitness levels, as you can go at your own pace but at the same time you can constantly challenge yourself to greater heights and push your limits each class. The one thing is that classes are always changing so you won’t get bored or plateau. Highly recommend if you’re thinking about joining definitely do it and you can count on staff to keep you accountable and stay motivated!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to New Market and joined this location soon after moving. Being new to the area and the gym and immediately felt welcome. This F45 location has really done a great job creating a welcoming and motivating community. All the trainers are positive and knowledgable and know when to push individuals to get the best results. The owners are also amazing and invested in the community they are creating. Tara and Teresa can often be found coaching classes, working out amongst their members and are always there to greet members as they enter the studio.

Fantastic experience: - everyone (including trainers) will end up knowing your name, and will push you - unlimited classes for members, every day is different, mix of core, cardio and weights, great music (and live DJ on saturdays!) - classes are very efficient with warm up and stretching after, you are in and out in under 1 hour, you are shown what to do so no need to think - showers onsite if needed, lots of parking - all sorts of shapes and sizes are very welcome

Fantastic experience: The owners and trainers make you feel welcome as soon as you enter the gym. The place is clean!!They sanitize after every class. The routines change everyday-alternating between cardio and resistance based workouts. It will surely find your muscles you’ve never used before :) Don’t feel intimated to try out, the trainers are all very kind, humble, knowledgeable, extremely fit and very helpful. They get to know your strengths and weaknesses, and they’re always there to guide you. Before each class, one trainer will explain the workout while another demonstrates. During the workout, you’ve also got monitors in front of pods with video clips demonstrating the workout. Trainers are constantly spotting and guiding everyone the entire 45 minutes (or an hour on Saturdays). Awesome isn’t it?! Im not gonna lie, it‘s intense and hard work. But if you set your mind to doing it and commit, you will see actual results!! I know I did and in a shorter time than I anticipated! I love my F45 Newmarket family!! :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with F45 Newmarket for almost 5 week and love their workouts. Love the HIIT workout, 45 minute class with Cardio days and resistance days! Love the studio, the staff, and the constant trainer supervision, push, and motivation for even one last set, when you just want to give up. Don’t hesitate give F45 a try, they give you a week trial to try it out!

Fantastic experience: The coaches and the members create a great atmosphere - it is fun to workout. If you sincerely want to make a real change in your health, your fitness, and your strength this is the best workout experience I have encountered in a very long history of ‘gyms’. I admit I was sceptical but after a few classes I now call this life changing and crave the next work-out.

Fantastic experience: I had always worked out , but never like this.. I can't imagine ever going back! The coaches are amazing - it may be a class setting but they can, and will , tailor each exercise to suit your individual needs, whatever the reason may be (ex. injuries ). The hardest part is showing up, they'll get you through the rest!

Fantastic experience: I've been attending this F45 studio since opening and I absolutely love the staff, atmosphere and classes. At a regular gym, I used to workout 2-3 times a week but I enjoy F45 so much that I signed up for the 8-week challenge AND attend 5-6 classes/week. Major change and commitment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun 45min high intensity workout while burning a ton calories!

The workouts are intense, but customizable, addictive, and super fun. The owners/trainers are always energetic, motivating and quick to help with your technique. The workouts are 45 mins, so you're in and out. They work every muscle in your body and the transformation you'll see in unbelievable. Highly recommend F45 Newmarket.
