Fantastic experience: Staff are great! Upon entering, Emma welcomed us with a big smile and was so friendly. She helped us get set up and was very knowledgeable with the batting cages. We had a great time!

Positive experience: Facilities are very good. However, they appear to be short-staffed as I had to stand at the bar for at least 5 minutes before a staff member noticed. I was waiting from across the facility and then made their way over to behind the bar to assist me with my order of water and Gatorade.

Fantastic experience: We celebrated my son’s 6th birthday here this past weekend, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The email communication leading up to the party was prompt and helpful, ensuring everything was perfectly organized. The staff assisting with the party were fantastic with the kids, making sure everyone had a great time. We rented the turf area with the bouncy castle, and the kids absolutely loved it! We also added a batting cage, which I wasn’t sure would interest the kids, but they ended up loving it—parents too! Many of the parents were impressed and surprised by the range of activities available, and several mentioned how much they enjoyed the batting cages themselves. Overall, everyone left with big smiles and great memories. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience and would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a fun and engaging event. Well done, and thank you for making my son’s birthday so special!

Fantastic experience: We just had our son’s 8 th birthday party here. From the initial booking, the email follow ups, greetings upon arrival everything was fantastic. Lots of room for the kids to run around. Ball hockey, bouncy castle and batting cages. This was a great facility to host a birthday party and the staff were fantastic. Highly recommend this facility.

He is able to quickly modify an exercise or the workout if need be because he fully understands body movements. Consider yourself extremely lucky if you get to train with this guy!

Fantastic experience: Coach Vic and Coach Sadie are absolutely amazing softball coaches! We need more softball coaches, specifically female coaches like them that can build great rapport with the young female athletes and help build confidence in themselves. My daughter is a U13 moving up to U15 and working with Vic and Sadie over the 2023 spring season has shown significant performance increases in her pitching, batting and her mental / emotional approach to the game. She talks about how positive Vic and Sadie are and how much she enjoys her training sessions with them. Vic and Sadie are very responsive and flexible when booking sessions, explain techniques so they are easily understood and talk about how to work through the mental / emotional challenges that come when things do not seem to go the way you want them. They are coaches of sport, life and role models for these young female athletes.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Chris for a few years now and I have truly never met a more caring trainer and coach. My strength has improved but more importantly my mental strength has improved. I also love this facility! Super welcoming and good selection of equipment.

Fantastic experience: Great place to blow off steam or practice your batting. Located in the parking lot of McMahon stadium. It's a little pricey but you can hit hard or softballs. I always have a lot of fun here.

Negative experience: Lanes are a little narrow for an adult to swing a bat. I've tried to call ahead many times only to get an answering machine and no call back. End up just driving down and only get a lane about half the time.

Positive experience: Great facility, sporting goods store attached, serves food and it is also licenced! Make sure you confirm prices before you hit the cages as I've been charged different amounts before then what I had been told. They host camps here as well, not sure of the details though.

Fantastic experience: A great addition to Calgary's sport and rec landscape. Great for serious baseball, softball and cricket players - as well as those who just want to smack the ball around in the cages for fun...

Negative experience: Pretty bad experience, hitting balls was fun but the place was run by kids. I took my girlfriend to this place for her to try hitting some balls for the first time. Coming in, we're "greeted" by 2 guys who were too busy chatting with each other to serve us, so we waited a couple minutes at the entrance/counter until something happened. After trying to remember what the prices are for the batting cages, 1 guy finally takes us there. He didn't know how to run the machines (at least he turned one on which had the settings we wanted) and looked like he really didn't want to be there. Looking back I think he might not even have been an employee there, the other guy might have just roped him into helping us. Either way it's sad. During the time we were hitting balls, a bunch of these kids were lounging around 10 feet away. We heard them making fun of us a couple times for using the easiest settings (slow pitch softball) and being of the skill level expected of casual people walking in for some fun. When we were done, we cleaned up the stray balls and went back to the counter to pay, but this time they literally didn't acknowledge us. We waited at least 5 minutes before a girl walked in to start her shift. She saw us and came to assist us as soon as she could (that's right, an actual employee!). One of the kids (the "boss" I would assume) decided it was appropriate to hit on her in front of us, still not acknowledging our existence. Since the girl (and the other idiots) had no clue how long we had been using the machine, they decided to bill us for 1 hour, a fat round-up in my estimation but at this point I just wanted to get out of this hole... The price was also totally different from every "suggestion" the first 2 bozos came up with at the beginning. We should have just walked out, nobody would have noticed and we would have paid fair value for our time there. Hope these kids do well in their baseball "careers" because with their McDonald's single A level customer service, I can't imagine they are good for anything else.
