Negative experience: Very crowded. Dirty. And equipment th was ts broken will never be fixed. This place is very overcrowded. Always very hot. Bathrooms are disgusting. Only plus is it's somewhat cheap.

Positive experience: Good value. Bigger than expected and pretty clean. Most of the people are really good about wiping down machines and equipment. Some of the equipment is in rough shape (like the leg press machine in the regular area). But overall, quite happy with my experience and I would recommend.

Negative experience: Even tho central is a lot busier its better. Today some dude with long hair literally followed my from treadmill to treadmill with a bucket of chemicals. Its tough to run while breathing in bleach and what not.

Negative experience: I won't recommend this gym for anyone who practice Yoga. I was told I cannot do Yoga on mat barefoot. I have been to many gyms but never seen such bizarre rule. How I supposed to do Yoga shoes on? If this hindrance continues, I will probably leave this gym for this very reason along with other friends.

Negative experience: No one at the desk during staffed hours. Staffed hours start at 11 AM on Sunday and I am writing this at 11:31 AM.

Fantastic experience: went here with my buddy luge a few times, definitely thinking about purchasing a membership! we got a few great workouts in and enjoyed talking to all the friendly staff and members here! Found it a little weird that Luge sniffed a few seats after people used the machines but all in all a great facility. Will definitely be coming back!

Negative experience: The customer service was terrible. I’ve never encountered such an impolite person in my life.As someone new to the town, I went to the gym at Davonshire Mall to inquire about membership, but the person in charge was extremely rude and barely spoke to me. When I asked for help,they sent me outside to use a machine, them desappeared, leaving the door closed behind them.Afterward, they simply told me to check the membership information on the website. It was a horrible experience that felt both discrimination and borderline racist. Devonshire Mall offers the worst service in town, with low-quality services and unprofessional workers .

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming experience. Great place

Positive experience: Great equipment and staff is nice. However , they don't enforce policy. We have guys walking around barefoot, slides , flip flops. It's bad enough people don't wipe now we gotta worry about athletes foot and unhygienic people walking around barefoot like we're in some non Canadian business. I'm pretty sure it's a health risk . Enforce your policies with the members. This isn't the beach or some other country where this is acceptable.

Negative experience: Staff is great but not the manager. The bald guy with glasses. Mean, stares and says weird things. Otherwise, members are cool and the machines are ok. Sometimes broken but they usually get fixed within a few days. May go to Central because of the manager. I've heard he treats staff awfully too.

Negative experience: I canceled my membership the agent informed me my last payment would be 9$ , I checked my account and this company took 2 payments one of 25.00 then another of 27.10 so much for 9$ the agent should have informed me.

Negative experience: Broken machines where ever you turn, people that work there are nice at least but its not as cheap as it lets on to be. They charge you 50+tax for each year plus your membership fee?!?! No warning either it just snags it from your account and takes your grocery money. This place has pissed me off for the last time and I'm looking elsewhere. There are other places that cost the same that are so much better, I paid just over 80 to go to the gym this moth after already being a member.

Positive experience: Good gym, but smells like cow farm. not sure why. Other Fit4less gyms are much more cleaner

Negative experience: Rowing machines are not well maintained. Some people here love hogging 2 or 3 machines at the same time.

Positive experience: It's a good gym and layout. I just wish they would vacuum/clean the machines more you can see the build up of dirt

Negative experience: This specific location was very rude at the entrance, they turned me away at the gate because i forgot my membership card even though at other branches they allowed me in without a membership card if i gave a phone number. They didn't give any grace and were abrasive.

Positive experience: Great gym, forgot my card and one of the ladies upfront blonde and tall was very polite. I forgot my card one time and she replaced it for me. I forget her name but i plan on probably renewing my membership so I hope she’s still there. She was very nice but I forget her name.

Negative experience: Black card thing is such a scam, just squat racks are added in addition to normal equipment. don't even provide 1 squat rack for base price. Crunch is far better.

Negative experience: The gym is okay it’s enough but I won’t be revisiting the devonshire location because of how rude the staff is, especially the blonde girl.

Negative experience: It’s a great workout facility. But some of the staff lack people skills and are deceptive, especially that bald headed manager. He just canceled my membership for 3 months to all Fit4less (is that possible)? Since he said I was rude and it’s not the first time. He didn’t want to hear my view and hung up the phone on me. Very rude and racist.

Negative experience: Gym is fine but the manager is very rude and shouldn't be allowed to be in a position where he is interacting with customers. ruined my experience at the door and definitely wont be signing up because of him. I now am going to be giving my business to the friendly Movati.

Positive experience: This is rating the Devonshire location. I feel the gym offers enough machines and weights considering the cheap price. It is generally clean and not too busy in the morning. The problem I have is the fact that there are 3 paid staff sitting around doing nothing or playing on their phones. The manager yelled at me instead of having a conversation with me. I am a reasonable person and if he let me talk to him, it would have avoided him getting upset. He needs to check his attitude at the door.

Positive experience: Good staff, howard location is usually very clean. Still has the problem of crowded machines like all F4L gyms but on a lesser scale. Certainly a big difference than the POS windsor central location.

Negative experience: This is to inform you that we have been constantly facing harassment by your manager at the devonshire mall Windsor location. He keeps staring at us and keep disturbing us by asking for my membership card again and again for no reason and threatening to cancel my membership on top of that. He is doing this completely out of racism and as a last resolution I am writing to you before taking this to the police and city authorities. Please take any action or please let me know who is the responsible person.

Negative experience: The bald staff member with glasses has a nasty attitude and so rude. He needs to get terminated asap. He definitely has a temper issue, he is probably on something

Positive experience: It works for what it is. You can not go into the facility with a view to what you would in a full service facility. If you lift, it will work.

Fantastic experience: I've been working out here on and off for years and I love it! I want to address the negative reviews here, as they're pretty nutty. People complaining about wifi, showers, equipment, air conditioning....? Like, huh? You're at a gym to work out. Not to Tik Tok. Also, sweating is good. You don't need the AC blasting! If you're a normal person and have cell data, your phone will work upstairs. Depending on your carrier, you may even have coverage downstairs. People and their phones. Take some time away from screens. Geeeeeez. The equipment is fine. This is a budget gym. Join Movati or another fancy gym if you want to be hugged, kissed or high-fived at the door. The staff at Devonshire always greet me and are always nice. They are always cleaning as well. I sometimes see them on their phones sitting down, but don't they deserve to have breaks? People are so weird in these reviews. They pay $6 or $13 bi-weekly and they expect the world lol. If you want that, go pay $65-$75 a month elsewhere. Maybe more. I've been paying $5 bi-weekly for years. I have no complaints about that. Anyway, great gym, always a good workout and experience.

Positive experience: This is a great location. But it needs wifi, you loose signal in all parts of the gym. You can’t receive a call and I have a child this is concerning I need to be available in case there is an emergency. Please please put some routers in the gym and offer wifi to your customers.

Negative experience: I rate them a 0 I could have paid for a month to month membership but instead I paid a year! Please do not do so it was my bad. They would not extend my membership even though Gym was closed and opened and closed and half capacity and masks and other mandates. I was told when this covid hit that when I wanted to come back to the Gym they would extend membership starting that date. Well today I tried since restrictions are starting to be lifting and they said they cancelled my membership? Not cool!! Please only pay monthly!! They are not honest people for promising me what they was exceptionable at the time. I should have just asked for full refund but I was being considerate due to Covid I understood . They lied!!

Negative experience: During July 2022, There are 18 TV's that mostly half of them show local 4 Detroit Hoda and Jenna. Imagine during workout and running watching them eating wings and laugh to nothing!!! the other shows nothing better than that because you have to watch crime investigation . There are many sports channels that fit in gym environment. I wonder why fit4less does not setup sports channels. There 50 percent of People don't care about cleaning but staff specially the young girl afternoon shift clean All the time except stairs (full of dust) and unfortunately she left Thanks to them The stuff are very friendly and welcoming, except one. The stairs finally cleaned after one year. Thanks but unfortunately still dirty.

Negative experience: Still unsure why as a member we pay a annual cleaning fee. Dust bunnies on almost every rack. Mould in the showers and bathroom sinks….

Positive experience: Great with the exception that there are no squat racks...just some freedom racks that aren't Smith machines but they hold the bar steady horizontally and vertically ..

Positive experience: Really liked this Fit4Less! Unfortunately, I cannot go to this one because it only has smith machine racks, and doesn't have a half-rack or a full squat-rack. If you do not need those, then this is probably the best Fit4Less in town for you. If they do bring in a couple of squat-racks, I will gladly switch to this one.

Fantastic experience: Best fit4less compared to the other ones. Although its smaller than most, it makes up with everything you need. Also very clean, and nice staff. My only problem however is that it does not have a squat rack, but it has two smith machines.

Fantastic experience: Visited this location for the first time yesterday and I like the set up. It was completely clean from the cardio machines upstairs, the weights downstairs and the change room(men).. Definitely a location I would love to workout at again whenever I’m at Devonshire Mall

Negative experience: As a customer of crunch fitness for over a year ,I decided to move to fit4less at Devonshire mall .I am very happy with the facility itself however the gym owner has decided to take all tanning beds out at the same time for repair and maintenance. As a paying customer of the black membership tanning is a part of my membership and now for a few weeks I do not have access to this service. I kind of feel that I should be credited the difference as this is a service currently not available. Until the tanning bed service is returned my rating will remain at 2 .

Fantastic experience: So far it is very clean and organized. The staffs are great. Just some of the people that are working out here have no gym etiquette.
