Fantastic experience: I enjoyed meeting with people I know in the neighborhood. The hot-tub and the steam room are very relaxing. I enjoy swimming lengths to cool down from the hot amenities.

Negative experience: I used to love going to this gym because it's in my neighbourhood and they have a nice sauna/steam room for post-workout. One of the front desk ladies however must've learned customer service from Ebineezer Scrooge. (shoulder length brown hair, middle aged) She is rude and condescending right from the greeting. I hope your team has a meeting to address serving the public with courtesy and tact. There is no excuse for treating customers this way. Unfortunately we are seeing this more and more in our city. Price goes up, quality of service/product goes down.

Positive experience: Originally I came to hardisty because I assumed the wait time would be shorter. It was. The nurses were great!, very friendly, accommodating,...I suffer from chronic gout and sciatica, and after seeing the doctor, I felt as if I was being mocked. I've been off work for 2 years now, not knowing when my gout will flair up, and all I heard was.." well, just because you have a sore knee you cant work?"...I was in a wheelchair for a month last flair up..I was very insulted, I. 53 years old, and did not appreciate his comment especially while all he could do was blame Trudeau and the government for all of the hours he was working. I'll never go back to that clinic, and perhaps this was / will be an isolated case of disrespect...just be aware.

Negative experience: I absolutely love this location but recently they've been putting up an 'At Capacity' sign. It did not look any busier than usual. A few people leaving said it was pretty dead and not sure why they're turning you away. I don't understand how they can say at capacity when I've seen the outdoor pools absolutely packed and they're a lot smaller in size. Hopefully they get rid of these new guidelines ASAP

Fantastic experience: Great amenities, not so big of a GYM if you're looking for a full gym.

Positive experience: Family change room was pretty messy, but overall it was a good experience. Not good for really young kids as there’s no shallow area but a very nice pool with a water slide, hot tub, sauna & steam room.

Fantastic experience: Tuesday night aquafit is where it’s at!!! best instructor and a smaller facility so less intimidating. the only negative is that if you go for the 7pm aquafit class, men stick around in the hot tub & just stare at the people in the class. but I just mean mug them back

Positive experience: I like this pool but it should be cleaner in the big pool and went to just being honest but free lockers is great to have!I wish they had a bathing suit washer like the one i saen at another pool shower area and change rooms should be cleaned more often

Negative experience: The changeroom floors in this pool are really unpleasant. Hair everywhere, dirt, random pieces of gunk on the floor, bathroom area completely reeks of urine. The cleaning in the changerooms needs to be stepped up.

Fantastic experience: The grey cup of aquasizes! 2 of 3 instructors knocked the workout outta the park! The pool is more geared towards adults and seniors, a perfect for aquasize and lane swiming. Take the kids somewhere else. Hot tub steam room and sauna, all great! Love this pool

Negative experience: for public swim the place forsure is expensive not worth the price, when there is other pool around the city for the same price and you can be there all day with a big water slid

Fantastic experience: I really like their pool here and the aquasize class. The building and water temperature are perfect. You're warm and not cold when you get out. Hot tub is nice and hot too with jets that work! They have a cedar sauna and super hot steam room which I can't take. Floaties and toys for kids, small slide and rope swing. Public swim Friday nights isn't that busy you actually have room to swim and play.

Positive experience: Nice modern place. The pool is kinda small but otherwise it has a rope to swing from into the pool and everything. Not very crowded either! They have like 4 or 5 treadmills and like 1 of every other thing. Best part is there is only ever like 1 other person there so you dont have to wait to use any of the equipment!

Negative experience: They never tell you what time public swim is the hours are always off online and through 311

Positive experience: This is a great community pool. Has a good hot tub, steam room,and dry sauna. Has a rope swing that kids enjoy and staff is friendly. Place is clean and maintained well. Gym is adequate for most people. Always enjoy my time here. They do have community days where only local community members can go in. Fantastic experience: Our kids go here for swimming lessons and love the pool and instructors. The women's and mens change rooms are large and clean. It has a little gym, and the pool isn't huge, but it is perfect for a quick dip. My only complaint is that the co-ed change room is pretty small and gets crowded during lesson time.

Positive experience: This centre is open. It is not permanently closed. This facility is small. The showers are on auto timers. Lockers are 50 cents each. Staff are lovely people. Never used the weight room.

Negative experience: Always boys in the womens change room. I dont mean toddlers or infants. Boys 6,7,8?? I'm in the showers now with my daughter and there are 2 boys and one girl. What the heck this is gross.

Fantastic experience: Easy parking and access, playground is extremely close to the Leisure centre if you end up early which is great when doing swim lessons for kids.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, clean facility, choose your visit time as can be quite busy at certain times of the day. Free wallet lockers a plus.
