Fantastic experience: I have nothing but positive things to say about all the practioners I have seen here!! I was referred here by a friend in 2023 after I had a car accident. The first person I saw was Dilpreet (RMT) who was kind and supportive in helping me with stiffness, pain and range of motion. I saw Dr. Gerwin- Venner (Chiro) next, who was knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with multiple injuries and recovery and post-concussion symptoms. Andrea Forer (Vestibular) has gone above and beyond in trying to help with my dizziness, headaches and other vestibular issues. I was referred to Dr. Ma (Vision Therapy) who tested me and knew how to address vision issues and what exercises would help my symptoms. I have had both Ally Shaw and Naomi Gilligan (Kin) who have been knowledgeable, patient and very supportive and encouraging in working with strengthening, post-concussion symptoms, tolerances and progress towards my pre-accident state. Dr. Petz (Chiropractor) joined the team recently, and I was thrilled to have a female chiropractor, and she's been amazing, kind, educated and recognizes not just what needs adjustments, but why and how other muscles and things can impact the body. Chris Boonzayer (counselor) has helped me immensely with the trauma of dealing with difficult ICBC, the impact the accident has had on my life, my kids and family, and how to cope with it all and work towards better mental health and strategies. The office staff are always kind and helpful. In general, the overall feeling and mood of Catalyst Kinetics is kindness, knowledgeable, educated, caring and professional. They are not single minded professionals, and reach out to one another to find the best way to help you in your journey towards better health. I am still working on recovery, I'm glad I was referred here, and I am very grateful for everyone's continued help in my journey and the pain ICBC puts everyone through!

Fantastic experience: Vision therapy is where I began to finally 'see' significant progress after multiple TBI's (concussion's). I learned how the eyes and brain function, and how they work together. This meant I was able to understand my symptoms, which for me, is incredibly meaningful and supportive.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Trent Wittal in January 2018 for a chronic condition due to a workplace incident. I had been to other DC's over the past 25 years, but after seeing Dr. Wittal, I don't think I have had more relief and longer time between treatments. Not only is Dr. Wittal up to date on many of the new techniques in chiropractic treatment, but he treats the body as a whole, not just individual parts. I learned to walk properly again, and practice good home care follow up so that the treatments became further and further apart. When Dr. Wittal was unavailable, he referred me to two other exceptional DC's, Dr. Sahota and Dr. Mohammed. An amazing team of health care professionals.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Sanj Sidhu for over two months now on vision therapy which has made a huge difference in resolving post concussion symptoms I have been struggling with for over a year. I am now able to be in busy public spaces, read, and work on the computer without headaches and fatigue. Sanj is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and professional in all her interactions. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is experiencing vision related issues from a TBI.

Fantastic experience: I had vision therapy with Sanj at Catalyst Kinetics in Burnaby. She helped me understand how the vestibular system sends information to my brain and impacts my recovery and vision post-concussion. The sessions were very informative and tailored to my specific needs. I was amazed each week as I experienced breakthroughs in my vision capabilities and experienced less vision headaches and disorientation. I highly recommend vision therapy with Sanj.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Wendy and Sanj with the Vision Therapy team at Catalyst for several months and they have done an excellent job at reducing my headaches. I previously had frequent headaches since my concussion, which was partly attributed to weakness in my left eye post-concussion. Through various eye exercises using physical tools like beads and paper as well as engaging computer programs to work the eye muscles, the Vision Therapy Team have eliminated almost all of my headaches while highlighting the importance of vision therapy and strong eye muscles post-concussion. Again, I'm deeply grateful to both Wendy and Sanj for identifying the proper eye exercises to improve my quality of life!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Spencer for my knee and then my wrist. I originally went to see Spencer for my knee which with his help, i was able to get back to training a lot sooner than i think he even expected then i injured my wrist and had to continue seeing Spencer for that. With his guidance and extensive knowledge I am recovering faster than I expected. I can't thank Spencer enough for helping me with my recovery. As a personal trainer myself, I know that my recovery is based on my commitment and consistency. Thanks to the exercises Spencer has given me to do, and my doing them every day, my doctor has told me I will have a fully functioning wrist again when the stiffness from the surgery is gone. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Berghamer roughly 10 years ago and i’m so grateful for that referral.Dr.B is extremely knowledgeable and he continues to keep up to date on the latest medical breakthroughs. If he becomes aware of a new medical treatment / technique that may help you he incorporates it into your sessions. He doesn’t just utilize one treatment for all that ails you he uses a wide variety of techniques and finds what works for you.The fact that i’ve been seeing him for 10 years speaks volumes with regards to how i feel about him. I can’t say enough about Dr B! Go see him!

Fantastic experience: I’m only on my second session with Dr. Amy Petz and I’ve already noticed such a huge difference in my body. Her combination of Applied Kinesiology and Chiropractic is focused on working with the whole body to get to the root of my pain. Not to mention she is so kind, thoughtful and professional. Fantastic experience: Dr. Amy Petz helped relieve my lower back pain and it was one of the best experiences I have had. I've suffered from back pain for 5+ years and Amy was extremely thorough and also keen to find the problem causing my back pain. She was extremely professional and explained what she was doing and why she was doing it - which I really enjoyed. She helped me better understand my own body and why I was experiencing pain. After years of chronic pain, seeing Dr. Petz finally made me feel excited and hopeful that this pain would be temporary. Amy is eager to problem solve, very comprehensive and is so obviously passionate about her work - as a client I felt like I was in very good hands. I absolutely recommend her as a chiropractor (and have to many of my friends!) Thanks for making me feel like a million bucks, Amy!

Negative experience: Absolutely the WORST PT I have ever seen. Overpriced, unprofessional, inexperienced, and 100% not helpful. Don't waste your money here. I would give a -10 if I could.

Fantastic experience: Brian Nguyen has an intuitive navigation through muscles and joints, myofascial tissue. It takes just a thorough initial assessment, for him to form a plan that works, then during following sessions, he immediately finds accurate pressure points. Fantastic RMT, probably underrated as he has this introvert personality, but I just love the fact that he is so professional and knows what he is doing. I have been looking for months, if not years, for an RMT to help relieve my lower back pain/hip flexor mobility issues, I can confidently say I finally found the one!

Fantastic experience: Helpful front office staff. Timely back office admin staff. Great chiros are Jim Sahota and Zain M., as for KIN Naomi is amazing as she focuses on flexibility range of motion activating various muscles, and etc not just on excercizes. Great place to get all treatments done if that's what you need especially when needing to deal w ICBC or private insurances. One con their massage rooms are cold at times.

Positive experience: My son first introduced me to Catalyst Kinetics several years ago. It is a convenient location for us and there is everything here-physio, massage, chiro, etc.. which is appealing. I thought it was great too--I used physio and massage here. The physios were all excellent and professional and what I liked was they gave me 1:1 time rather than rushing from one client to the next. The massage therapists have been the most disappointing. I am sure there are some good ones but the last 2 or 3 I used, I did not get my money's worth. I honestly tried and wanted to make it work. I have just learned that it is not the place you go to for massages--it's very hit and miss. I have since (finally) found a great massage therapist for a less expensive price. I would go back to Catalyst for physio as I've been pleased with everyone I've seen there and I would only use massage if I get a personal recommendation. There is ample parking here (lot) and paying is easy. They have a good selection of items to purchase as well from rollers to tshirts to analgesic creams.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment with Marcel Wallace (Physiotherapy) for a shoulder issue that has been bugging me for some time now. Marcel took the time to listen to my concerns, ask questions relating to the issue, and develop a plan to help resolve the problem. Other than being very professional, Marcel was extremely easy to talk to and was able to explain everything in a concise manner. I would highly recommend his services!

Fantastic experience: I had a great time working with Spencer Der in my recovery from an ankle injury, he made my first physio experience the best it could have been. Never had an issue scheduling/re-scheduling appointments as well, which can be hard in our busy lives. Highly, highly recommend Catalyst Kinetics any and all.

Fantastic experience: Best clinic! Easy to schedule appointments, professional staff. We’ve been seeing amazing Dr. Austin Campeau for over a year now regularly and he really done magical work with my child athlete. Great results and my child absolutely loves seeing him. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Dr. Bastien enough! He is extremely knowledgable, explains everything very clearly + is friendly and will make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend prolotherapy as well. If he recommends that, do not hesitate.

Fantastic experience: A one-stop shop for your body! Fascial stretch therapy, kinesiology, physiotherapy, natural path, chiropractor and trigger point therapy. There is more but that's what I access. The therapists are very kind and have a good sense of my physical and pain limits. Lots of good explanation for exercises and checkins for proper form and pain. I have high hopes for some pain relief and increase of body motion.

Fantastic experience: Catalyst has been incredible for my overall health. I began by seeing Trent for chiropractic care, and eventually added in physio, massage and kin, leaving other providers to unify my care at Catalyst. What's really helpful is the team communicates with each other and works together at providing recommendations, which I credit to speeding up the healing process. Andrea (physio), Trent (chiro), Konrad (kin) and Julie (massage) have all been exceptional. The front desk staff are super helpful, and other than a couple parking availability issues I have nothing but rave reviews to give all aspects of the clinic!

Fantastic experience: I found this place through a friend who runs a salon. Highly recommend a visit here. I consulted chiropractor Zain and RMT Dilpreet so far and one of the best I have experienced in a very long time. Dilpreet worked with me based on my body conditions and applied the right amount of pressure that I needed. Zain M made a thorough analysis of my body and suggested places that needed help and RMT worked on those areas. Can’t wait to explore other specialists and it’s a pity it took me 4 years to discover this place that’s close by.

Fantastic experience: Great place for a professional massage. Sarah Ma is really communicative &knowledgeable and she used hip blocks to relive my lower back pain while doing the massage and it worked wonders - I’m surprised I’ve never seen other massage therapists use this! On top of that I brought my 10 month old baby and she played peekaboo with him and somehow he was a little angel for the full hour (Wild huh?!). Apparently it’s common folks bring babies and pets here so it’s not really that spa ambiance if that’s what you are looking for (if said babies/pets make noises!). It was also super efficient paying and checking out etc, because you create everything in the system beforehand, credit card, insurance claim etc. Will go back again soon!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Zachary for my lower back injury. Before seeing Zach, I was having trouble with my hip flexor movement. After the treatment, I was able to bring my knee to my chest level to put my shoes on. Great treatment and helped a lot!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Berghamer has been such a life-saver for me. I've had severe, debilitating neck pain for over 15 years (Craniocervical Instability). I finally learned it was from a rare genetic condition (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome). I tried everything from chiropractic care, physiotherapy (one physiotherapist in particular has been very helpful), laser pain therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, CBD oil, medications, but all of those things just kept my head above water. I was diagnosed with Craniocervical Instability by Dr. Blaskovich at the Whiplash Clinic and he referred me to Dr. Berghamer. I started prolotherapy with hope and desperation, but I had no idea how much it would help me. After the 2nd session I started to notice improvements: my pain decreased and my neck was becoming more stable. After each treatment, the improvements are more obvious. I go every 4 weeks and that, plus weekly physio, has improved my quality of life drastically. I recently had to go 6 weeks without prolo and experienced some neck pain; it reminded me of what life looked like before Dr. Berghamer's treatment. My husband and I have noticed the biggest difference in my functioning since seeing him. He's also helped me with other health concerns.

Fantastic experience: I've seen Dr.Der Spencer for my sport injuries. He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate. I had clear explanation of mechanism of the injuries, what to expect for the recovery and how soon I can get back to gym. He suggested progressive rehab program, which was working well. The exercises considered a type of sport I am involved. Der definitely cares about his patients and has a very good knowledge.

Fantastic experience: I just want to thank Dr. Berghamer and my amazing physiotherapist, Adrienne, for helping me get back to 100% so that I could play goal again. I had hip pain for about 6 months (from 4-5 ice times a week last season) culminating in a tear in February 2022. Adrienne had been treating me regularly and suggested I speak to Dr. Berghamer re: PRP therapy. I had an MRI done in early April to confirm the tears (along with an additional tear to one of my tendons) and had a PRP injection done end of April. I followed the recovery recommendations fully and also completed my rehab as per my therapist. I could not believe the results and am just thrilled that I can walk again normally, sit cross-legged (I could not without pain before), sit for an hour without my hip aching, and best of all I can be on the ice again without hesitation. I cannot thank them enough for their knowledge, expertise and patience. My post-injection MRI was done end of June and showed all the tears were now healed. I attended 2 goalie camps in July and August without issue — zero pinch or pain on the ice and no ache or issue afterwards. I have now been playing a month into the fall season and am still feeling great! I am now limiting myself to just 3 ice times a week and am continuing my rehab and strength/conditioning program. All I can say about PRP is that the results are amazing and it works! I have 2 other hockey teammates that had it done on their knees (meniscus) and they’re back to playing pain-free as well! Thank you again! :o)

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr.Godkin a few times now and he is very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. I have had injured my shoulder about 3 years ago and have seen multiple doctors and was not satisfied by none of them to say the least - fortunately, I did not give up and gave Dr.Godkin a try. He takes his time, and was the only doctor that made me feel like he genuinely wanted to get me back to where I was. My shoulder no longer burns; however, there is still discomfort which I hope goes away with time, or I might have to see him again.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Austin Campeau chiropractor, for the past five months and I can say I have made SO much progress in the past five months than I have years with other chiropractors I have been to. I have had many injuries and motor vehicle accidents over the years and Dr. Austin has literally helped me get my life back. I’m so grateful to him. Highly recommend 10 outta 10.

After a few months of working with Spencer, the knee pain has fully resolved. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Catalyst for over8 years. It is a constant in my health maintenance and I have been there for arthritic pain. Back issues. Thyroid issues. Fatigue. The list goes on. I have been treated by Dr. Berghamer. Dr Wittal for chiropractor needs and by Tycson Boult who is the “glue” that has kept me moving forward. Not only are they skilled in their various approaches but they are integrative in their approach. I have nothing but praise for these professionals. A special shout out to Tycson and I have no compunction in stating that Tycson is the best RMT ever. He understands the physical as well as the emotional side of pain. I have seen him the most over the years ranging from twice a week to once a month. Feel fortunate to have these people available to me.

Fantastic experience: I had a massage with Sarah Mah and she was great. She had good pressure, varying between strong pressure and a bit less for the tendor areas. I felt very comfortable with her and she is very kind and I would definitely recommend her and returning to her.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Catalyst regularly for years now. I started making appointments for a pretty bad back injury and have kept going routinely to prevent a new injury. With the help of Tucson's massage, Mathew's chiro, and Justin's physio I am pain free and have been able to maintain that.

My chiropractor Zain has been supportive throughout my healing journey and his treatments have been very effective. My RMT Davinder is really knowledgeable and does a combination of stretches and massage in each session which I find really beneficial, he’s made a huge difference in my recovery :)

Dr. Claire Wilson has been the best at helping me overcome chronic acid reflux AND helping me heal from back pain that other specialties could not! Fantastic experience: Great place to go for physiotherapy and naturopathy, two services I've used so far. I had injured my lower back during exercise and decided to try this place out as it was recommended by a colleague. Justin Mazzei was so understanding of my situation and gave great care. His approach to heal my back was simple yet very effective. After 3 visits with him, my lower back pain was completely gone and still feels great. Being able to do deadlifts again makes me VERY VERY HAPPY!! I couldn't have done it without him. Should I have any issues in the future I will definitely go to him again. Fantastic experience: The practitioners at Catalyst Kinetics are amazing! My Kinesiologist Konrad Zielinski has been working with me to improve my strength and help my shoulder, back and neck pain. He is kind, fun to work out with and he puts a lot of careful thought and consideration into choosing which stretches and exercises to focus on.

The RMT are all personable, professional always willing to provide useful advise. They are extremely professional, do great work and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Julie Nellis is a very knowledgeable RMT who has considerably helped me with my muscle tightness. I am a runner and she has helped reduce pain in my quad, hip, and pelvic area. I highly recommend her.
