Positive experience: Could use a situp/ ab machine in the gym. The water fountains look like they haven't been cleaned in months

Negative experience: (2023) decent facility. However, the air quality and circulation is pretty bad. You can easily feel that there is a lot of dust in the air. My socks and shoes were covered in a layer of it by the first half . Hopefully this issue can be resolved by fixing the air ventilation and by more frequent turf cleaning. 2024 Update: air quality has gotten even worse

Fantastic experience: Has almost every indoor sport you want your kids to join. Monarch for basketball. They have soccer, gymnastics, and a few hockey arenas. Very clean place and plenty of parking. Can get hectic on weekdays.

Positive experience: Nice venue, well organized crowd control and admission. Clean and wheelchair friendly. Only issue was the food stands - 1 person taking orders, cash, and collecting items for the order. Meanwhile, 1 person trying desperately to unstick a gross looking pizza from a tray, and 2 super oblivious employees just chit chatting. Zero teamwork. In the 8 minutes I waited, the lineup went from 3 people waiting to 20ish. No indication of where people should line up. This is all within a 1 hour window between gates opening and the start of the show.

Fantastic experience: Mississauga's best sports complex for over all development of sports activities specially Soccer and Gymnastics. Gymnastics facilities you may consider as Olympic level where you may fit and flexible your body according to Olympic level under the training of best coaches. Even a small kids of age 3-4 Level may start their traning for throughout development.

Fantastic experience: Hotdogs and coffee at the ready and skate sharpening for $8!! I posted a pic of the skate sharpening hours (as of this minute it’s the last photo posted). Great facility.

Fantastic experience: Very well organized women's soccer league here. Various division for different skill levels! They even have locker rooms per team if you want them. There's also a place to grab food!

Positive experience: Dome is in excellent condition. One thing to note is only washrooms are outside in separate building. Just keep it in mind if it is really cold out and you have little ones.

Fantastic experience: Indoor soccer place where soccer training for kids happen on weekends. Great place to teach your kids the basics of soccer and to generate more interest in kids. Kids get real time experience of playing in a team environment.

Fantastic experience: Has 6 tiers of soccer in men's and likewise in all divisions. Has a gym on 1st level and a great viewing area for after the game. Cafe as well a ballet area, basket ball courts and lots of changing areas. It has a soccer shop too where you can even order custom jerseys for your team.

Positive experience: A bit cold inside, but a nice facility to use the soccer field for the winter.
