F45 Training Mississauga North

Fantastic experience: I first joined F45 Mississauga North about a month ago on their intro special, and immediately fell in love with the program, the super clean facility, and the awesome coaches! I knew right away that this was a space for me. The training sessions are always fun and diverse, and the coaches energy & playlists are always spot on!! F45 is a fantastic way to start the day, with your morning sweat and workout complete in 45 minutes, you can't go wrong! The free towel service is an added benefit. The team environment and feeling of community is dually encouraging and inspiring -- a great combo for anyone starting out, or returning to a movement wellness routine! F45 Mississauga North is truly a great space, with great people. I highly recommend trying it out -- chances are you'll join on an intro special, and then become a permanent member just as I did!

Fantastic experience: Great staff, clean space, and most importantly great training environment. If you have never been able to commit to exercising like me, this would be a great fit for you! You get to work on your mussels and burning fat with certified trainers that will push you to go a step further every time.

Fantastic experience: I knew I needed to get active. I knew I needed to tone muscle and lose fat. I knew that in the past I could do it on my own but the challenges of the past two years had really knocked me off my health journey. What I didn’t know was how much of a difference I would see in my mental health even after only a week of being in a gym surrounded by supportive coaches and teammates. I’d become so busy caring for others I had forgotten to take care of me. Thanks to my new F45 family, I feel better than ever and ready to face whatever challenges come my way next. Thank you Marco, Doula, Kayah, Courtney, Allison … and everyone that goes to and works with this amazing gym.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE it here!! It is such a community, the coaches, the other members, the owners, and the workouts are killer - the perfect combo of challenging, fun and empowering! I never knew proper form prior (still learning), and the trainers are so knowledgeable giving me alternative workouts since I am recovering from a broken wrist. The vibe is SO much better than any other gym or studio I've been too! Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I joined F45 Mississauga North. It is a great fitness community! The trainers are all nice, helpful, supportive and very encouraging. The sessions (45 mins) is quick, effective, efficient and a very good use of time. The place is new, clean, sanitized. Lastly the owners are friendly and very accommodating.

Fantastic experience: After moving away from Downtown Toronto, I was looking for an F45 gym in my area and stumbled across this one that's just down the street from where I live! It's at a super convenient location with the nicest staff. After almost a year without going to the gym, I was a bit nervous returning back to using equipment. The staff here is super encouraging and friendly and keeps me wanting to come back multiple times a week. Highly recommend signing up here and being a part of this community!

Fantastic experience: The gym is very spacious and kept clean. The HITT style workouts are amazing. The owners are soo nice and the trainers are enthusiastic. This gym is exactly what we needed in the area.

Fantastic experience: F45 is a mix of functional and HIIT workouts. This location has awesome trainers who are there to motivate you, correct your form and even sometimes challenge you and push you to your peak performance. The owners and the trainers often workout too and they are approachable, nice and make an effort to get to know their members, creating a very welcoming environment. They also have COVID measures in place to ensure the safety of their members. F45 is the perfect place for you if you like being told what exercises to do and when to do it without having to plan or think about it yourself! All you have to do is show up and workout - 45 min (well 60 min on Sat) and donzo! I already knew before COVID lockdown that I was a group fitness person. If I could workout at home, on my own, then I wouldn't ever need a gym membership. After reopening however, there were very slim pickings in terms of gyms that offered enough classes at different times, especially mornings. All that is what led me to F45 Mississauga North and I love it so far!!! Come join me! :)

Fantastic experience: This is the first F45 gym I've been to and I love it! I was originally very hesitant to try F45 since it seemed very difficult and intimidating but the coaches, staff and atmosphere at this location have been so welcoming and encouraging. Having tried out several different fitness classes in the past this is definitely one of my favourites.

Fantastic experience: I've never heard of F45 until I happened to see an Instagram ad. Been wanting to join a gym again once everything opened up, so thought I'd give this place a try. I did a 2 week trial and was hooked. Love the trainers, the atmosphere and the style. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: A real gem and a place that can change your life! Exercising here isn't for just for aesthetics or weight loss: For me, it's medicine! It's life-training. F45 in general is a great workout: Intense, goes by quickly, and you will sweat. Lots of equipment for the circuit training. Workouts are illustrated on the screens, but the great coaches circulate and add guidance and motivation. This location in particular is new and great: It has plentiful parking, it's spacious, well-lit, and very welcoming. They handle pandemic-era exercise with poise and professionalism: Each team member gets their own "pod" and all the equipment you need for the whole workout is exclusively yours. The whole area is sanitized between workouts. You can take your mask of in your pod. Remember to wear your mask when you enter the studio, and bring indoor shoes, a towel, and water bottle. They have a water-filling station.

Hands down every trainer is so energetic and pushes you if you need it, the owners are the nicest people. So happy I found this F45 in Mississauga and happy to be part of this community. The studio is really clean and the trainers make this location amazing! They’re knowledgeable, positive and energetic.
