Fantastic experience: Good

Negative experience: Worst gym ever with their hidden fees.

Negative experience: Very bad service. Charged me additional fees and deducted the amount from my bank and they send me a link to pay it again. When I went to discuss the issue, they told me to come back during the day and promised me that the manager will call to solve the issue. Next day no one called me back and after few attempts, finally the manager Roxy V. tried to explain that everything looks ok and I still need to pay the fees. The it shows that they are ribbing people off with no right and charging me extra additional fees. They are scamming people. When I went last night to the Gym to solve the issue, there was a very bad smell and hardly you can breath because of that. My own experience they are rated one of the worst Gym across the city and they are not cheap any more as they are more clean and affordable price in the market these days.

Positive experience: The amount of weights and gear not put away or cleaned up is honestly pathetic. Start giving people suspensions or something ffs. I will add the gym and staff itself is nice and there's a lot of equipment. Fan of the cryolounge. But seriously the amount people who don't put their weights away is frustrating.

Negative experience: It's a terrible place. and people are being deceived here. A bad organization is not honest and false.

Fantastic experience: We had a great workout.. went to workout with my Mom while visiting town. Moms recently gotten the black card as a substitute for physiotherapy and regaining strength. Can slowly workout on the machines then take a hydro massage. It’s a big help The gym attendant also helped us out with a courtesy workout because I go to Kingsway Fit4less. Thanks Sunridge’s Fit4Less!

Negative experience: Hope this message gets to the owners I have been going to gym for a year ,haven’t seen such careless and irresponsible behaviour form staff like that , Equipments are not working properly and make noise that no one can stand the noise,add to that those expensive machines will be not fixable if the staff and manager keeps ignoring the annoying squeaky noise that causes defects to ears ,and fixing them later will be very expensive, I have been complaining a lot .and when in complained today one of the staff said that if I don’t like the noise I can leave the gym and suspend my membership ,is that the way deal with clients, So staff always hide at the back room .very rear they show up , Any way the gym is not supervised and the rough people make mess break the machines and keep them dirty ,bec the supervision is bad and employees and mangers are not fit for the job, Will be nice if u fix the machine most of the running machines are broken and other machines are making noise This location is sun ridge n e Trying to find a number to call the head office,but couldn’t,that is why I am putting this comment hopping that my Neighbor hood gym gets better and serves the community better,good luck

Fantastic experience: I love it here. I go to Fit4less Sunridge 4 times every week to keep fit and be in good shape.

Positive experience: Gym equipment sometimes are under maintenance for long duration, washrooms are sometimes not cleaned up. But otherwise, it's really nice experience to workout and the staff is also courteous and helpful . I do miss the battle rope which was previously there at the gym . Would love to have sledge hammer , tire etc as equipment in the gym as well.

Negative experience: Too many people, Not enough equipment

Negative experience: Signed up online. Received email instructions on how to get membership card for access to facility. Kiosk didn't work. No staff there to talk to. Sent an email to advise them of the problem. Received an auto responder saying they only check the email once a week. Phoned the next morning to talk to someone. Straight to voice mail. Why would I want to be a member of a club with such horrible service? I'd give zero stars if I could. UDATE: in a response to my review, the company asked me to reach out to them via one of their social media channels. I did that. It has been a fewcdays since sending the message and still no response. They keep on proving how crappy their service is.

Positive experience: The equipment is often in need of service. Which is disappointing. I noticed that other fit for less locations have better maintained machines and equipment. It feels like the poor cousin of the family. Which is a shame. It should have the same level of equipment as other locations. Stop cheaping out on this one!

Positive experience: Nothing fancy. No upsell, No big locker rooms, No pool, No sauna..you get what you pay for. Just a Gym, Cardio, Small lockers. (Customers could be a little more courteous: Think about others. Wipe down machines, wear deodorant, don't workout in groups of 3 or more, etc)

Fantastic experience: Nice and good equipment but get little busy in the evening.

Positive experience: It's a good spot! Clean and quiet for the most part. Could use better signage though some signs are not clear.

Negative experience: A staff member accused me of trying to sneak into the black card area despite her seeing me have my wallet and black card in hand, gave me attitude when I said I wasn't sneaking in. Staff are always sitting in the office area and don't pay attention to the front desk. Gym is constantly messy as well. Only positive point about this gym is the price.

Fantastic experience: Lovely place best gym everrr!!! And the staff are very polite,kind,and friendly I totally recommend this gym if you need anything they are at the ready and the guys who workout there are always ready to lend a helping hand 5 stars and the first time I went on a Tuesday evening the workers were immaculate helped with all I needed and more!

Negative experience: Went yesterday and 5 exercise machine out of order considering this location is busy all the time..fit for less need to step up on thier maintenance of the equipment in the Gym.

Negative experience: If you are a female that works out in the early mornings like 3am-6am be careful because they let people literally sleep in the gym. There had been a man sleeping on the hydro beds for 3 weeks now! How can you feel comfortable and safe when that happens. The usually morning people have told staff but nothing has been done. Do not recommend this gym especially for women’s safety.

Negative experience: Called and asked if they have kettlebells and got lied to. No one to give a tour so I signed up to access the inside thinking they know what they are talking about. I really hope this was a mistake due to lack of knowledge and not a deliberate lie. Fingers crossed for an otherwise enjoyable experience….

Negative experience: I Usually come in morning and the weight is not rerack and some one complaint about us that they didn't rerack the weight but i always rerack the weight and cleanup the machine I don't know why people get jealous the gym environment is not soo good and we are 4 people get our membership cancel last of this month

Fantastic experience: Clean location with some of the friendliest staff I have encountered. The manager Kim is super tentative.

Negative experience: Only one gym in the city has a shower and it is always over packed... Can't get in a workout without an hour of waiting for equipment... Definitely the worst locations in Canada.

Negative experience: I had to quit this gym in 2021 because the staff asked me to wear a mask while running on a treadmill which was ridiculous.

Negative experience: ⚠️DO NOT GO HERE⚠️ Save your money. Half the machines are broken at all times, the gym smells terrible, the bathrooms are not clean, AND on top of all of that they just sectioned off half the gym for “Black Card Members” only. Every single squat rack, deadlift rack, and bench press is on the premium side. Stupid and a waste of money!

Negative experience: WORST GYM OF ALL TIME, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Negative experience: People have no etiquette! It's the first gym I've joined where everything is messy and dirty. People don't put the weights back in their places, don't wipe down the machines, and don't use DEODORANT. It's the lack of manners among the members that makes this gym unpleasant, but the staff should enforce the rules more strictly or at least put up more signs to remind people. And finally, the men's washroom always smells bad

Negative experience: This Gym is genuinely irritating me, I went in a while ago to get my workout in and my card said I could go through then some jerk came in instead then my card started declining me access to get in …. Yall need overnight staff because what am I paying for?

Negative experience: Over crowded always and bad reception made ended up membership cancellation

Positive experience: Please increase airflow/air circulation. Hot humid and stinky

Negative experience: Facility is gross and smells. Also a lot of members that do not take showers regularly. Equipment is more than half the equipment doesn't work. Water fountain is also disgusting as well. And no I will not send a DM but you can give me your social media link so I can post the negative feedback for all these members. As gym owners it is your responsibility to resolve these issues instead of ignoring your members and sending replies telling us to DM you.

Negative experience: you can't have a gym thay does have a water fountain thats not working, this is unacceptable and not safe ot professional its been down for over 10days and they can't fix it really disappointing i will be taking my business elsewhere

Positive experience: Over crowded with half the equipment broken.

Fantastic experience: Affordable price,good equipments friendly staff

Negative experience: Great place to watch street fight and gossip. Almost all equipments are broken without not to use sign. Should change name to Mella4less.

Negative experience: A significant percentage of equipment always seems to be broken or damaged and takes months to repair. Men's bathroom also smells like mold and is often out of hand soap. I finally cancelled my membership when about 1/2 of the pulley equipment wasn't operational and the equipment that was still working always had multiple people waiting to use it. Could be a nice gym, but needs better equipment maintenance.

Negative experience: Had to lower my review. Machines have been broken for a long time. Its very often overcrowded by “wanna be’s” and “posers” hard to get a real workout in.

Positive experience: IT WAS GOOD BUT ALSO BIT CONJUSTED AT THE SAME TIME.

Negative experience: Not worth your money even at the cheap price. No one wears deodorant in this gym. Weights are all over the whole gym. Cable machines broken.

Negative experience: been here for few months, every time I am here the washroom is closed for cleaning. EVERY TIME ! Coming back after a month, still the same. Get here at 10 in the morning. The women washroom remain locked when I leave at 1130. The janitor was playing with her phone on a piece of equipment nearby

Positive experience: Been going to this location for a while, I don’t find the atmosphere to be judgey. Not all people wipe down the equipment after they’re done, but it’s easy to wipe before and after so that’s not a big deal. Sometimes the paper towel dispenser (for wiping down equipment) is empty though :( Have some issues with the door and the card pass, occasionally the door will not open once your card is swiped and you are not able to swipe your card again. This happened today and the location was unstaffed, so we weren’t able to enter

Negative experience: If want to workout don't get pass here 5th day in row. I couldn't workout at the gym because of the door pass problem. The second thing. I staff don't know how fit the problem. So, work out go some else.

Negative experience: This gym is disgusting on so many levels. The people here have no etiquette. If it’s not old men with huge guts rolling up their sleeves cause they think they’re huge, to nobody re-racking weights, to half of the people not wearing deodorant. The gym itself is so dirty. Men’s bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Dust and dirt in the corners of the gym, under the machines, free weights are so slimy from never being cleaned, not to mention nobody wipes down any benches or machines. I would not recommend this location unless you’re fully prepared to tackle what I’ve mentioned above.

Positive experience: Was incredibly disappointed that everything is closed until “staffed hours” the entire reason I chose this gym was because it advertised showers so I wouldn’t have to go home and wake my hubby with the shower before work. I literally drove past my local fit 4 less to go to sunridge because of the showers.. I could understand if the gym was staffed at 5 or 6am but 6am and nobody in sight. Ridiculous. What’s the point in a 24 hour place if you can only use it during staffed hours and you’re only staffed when it’s too busy to use the amenities?! That alone makes it not worth the 450$ i spent on a year pass… Also I had to clean somebody else’s gum off my phone because some idiot thought the phone holder/cup holder area was the best place to spit his gum so that was great…

Positive experience: Budget gym. Annual membership available for $65

Negative experience: Very poor service and terrible staff!

Negative experience: Dirty: floors, bathrooms everything, no one makes sure people respect and wipe down equipment, or keep dirty shoes outside and today the men's washroom is closed for cleaning. Started before I got here and 1.5hrs later still not finished. Definitely a budget gym, cause it can't afford to pay anyone.

Fantastic experience: Love it nice place to work out with affordable Price ...and 24hr open ...love you guys keep up the good work stuff are good too...but my suggestion is Please Please let the showers be 24hr .... sometimes i finish work after midnight and do some work out but i can't take shower righ away since there is no stuff...it would be good if you guys leaves atleast one ...other that that

Fantastic experience: I just went to see about the prices very cheap 60$ a month and i walked around looks very clean I haven’t workout out there yet. Will be going there today to sign up. Love it how it is 24/7 enjoy working out at night time

Fantastic experience: It’s a great gym in Sunridge Mall have amazing equipments but somethings are always on maintenance like vending machine few treadmills and cable fly machines and gym staff needs to be take care of washrooms there are always no soap in dispensers. If these things solved the overall gym for 15$ is a great place to workout 24/7 .

Negative experience: im a minor, for context. despite me going to this gym many times in the past, i was denied entrance. i do not own a vehicle, so i am currently sat inside the sunridge parking lot waiting for my bus to come for the next 2 hours.

Positive experience: This place stinks a little and vibe is little off. But not bad for the price point. I'd suggest to work on exhaust system of the gym. Amazing location though.

Negative experience: I stood waiting for 40 min for any adjustable bench or equipment I needed to open up. Nothing. Some people there on their phones not doing anything surrounded by 5 sets of weights. I cancelled my membership, switched to a different gym, did part of my workout there, came back and I have been waiting another 20 min. Still nothing. It has been 2 hours since I got here and I can’t do anything. There is always a machine and a bench broken, the equipment is getting increasingly in disrepair. There is a fruit fly problem, I have had one fly into my protein shaker bottle when it was freshly washed and just had water in it on more than one occasion.

Positive experience: Very packed during busy times which is expected but I found theres always broken machines that take up to a month to get fixed. For the price, its great but not the best quality.

Fantastic experience: For 18 bucks a month, what more could you expect. This place is open 24 hours and has pretty good equipment. Their massage chairs are actually pretty good as well and the prices sell the membership themselves.

Negative experience: I was dis appointed. I cancelled my membership last Sept.15. I paid 7.34 for membership and last Sept.20 they deducted 25$ and 67.17$ and October 4 they deducted again 7.34 from my account.i keep calling them to ask what is that amount for. . but no one answered my call ..

Negative experience: Well, I and my friend came here on August 25 around 1 pm. My friend didn’t have membership as he wanted to have a look inside gym and was willing to pick up membership later on, The white lady over there I don’t know her name was so rude with both of us and asked us leave for no reason. I explained to her that my friend will take membership later on, but she was so rude that I am giving up my black card membership now. My friend around 15 also decided to give up. The worst gym.

Negative experience: It’s disappointing to see the condition of this gym rapidly decline. When I made my membership roughly 2 months ago I was very excited to give this location a shot. At the beginning it was clean, maintained, and had good equipment. Now every time I get to the gym I notice a new piece of equipment malfunctioning. The employees are never seen cleaning, sorting weights, or even at the very least restocking sanitizing papers. Every employee just huddles up at the front on their phones. So much potential with this gym if the staff bothered to even attempt maintaining it. Side note: It’s not my intention to be harsh or rude. I’m just trying to be very open and honest about my experience so something can improve. My goal is not to offend, nor have I written this review with any form of malice. UPDATE: May 18th 2024 I wanted to add some points to my previous review. I'm also going to change my review from 1 star to 2 stars. - One of the points I want to change from before involves my observation that the employees are not working hard enough. Now that I've been coming to this gym for about half a year I no longer believe the employees are the reason for the gym being disgusting and unclean. It's DEFINITELY the people going to the gym. The amount of people who have no basic understanding of gym etiquette or even how to be a kind person is baffling. The employees are definitely doing their best and I've seen them try hard, but it's simply impossible to clean up after the infinite amount of inconsiderate people here. - If there's a need to add or edit this review I will continue to do so with dates of each revision. My goal is to provide an honest review of my experience here.

Negative experience: Better stars if the people at midnight are nicer. There was an old bald grumpy guy at 3-5am that could have told me I was doing something wrong using the cable machine (apparently I was bringing the weight down too hard even though I was gentle but too him not gentle enough since I might break it. Honestly i didn't know since I wear headphones and bringing the weight down will make noise but I wasn't letting it go down aggressively or anything and I am being gentle as I can while I practice my form doing triceps workout with the cable machine) but no... he decided to be all grumpy and rude to me. I would say this place isn't newbie friendly due to some people. Same thing at late afternoon/early evening. Someone asked me how many reps I have left at the pec fly/rear delt machine and instead of going to another pec fly machine that is open to use he had to ask me how many left and since I'm nice I let him. I love going here but the people are really not that friendly to me. I guess I'll go back to another fit4less and once my 1 year black membership is done I'll go to an actual gym where I can accidentally make a mistake and people won't get mad at me and would correct me in a nice way.

Positive experience: Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They don’t even say have a nice!!! Why are they angry to be there like hello you getting paid to work so smile and make our day better! We are all having a BAD DAY!!!

Positive experience: Extremely busy during weekday evenings and only has a single real squat rack in the entire facility. Otherwise a good gym but how busy it is can be a major detractor and lead to workouts that take twice as long as they should due to having to wait for equipment to be available.

Negative experience: The washrooms are very dirty all the time and paper towels are empty most of the time in the gym arena.

Fantastic experience: Suits my needs and close to home.

Positive experience: It’s a good size gym and affordable, I like it, but alot of equipment needs repair and it takes forever. Staff should be there around 7 am on the weekends so people can use the massage machines, and tell people to put their weights back after a workout.

Positive experience: I have not been there before

Negative experience: Can’t even pick up their phone. I had questions about a potential membership but I’ll head to planet fitness.

Positive experience: Very busy and bought a vip card but even regular card holder people are using the same machines. Employees there were turning on the hydra bed or massage chairs for every one without checking their membership. Staff is super nice but people misusing the machines and they don't sanitize after.

Negative experience: It stinks. Dirty. Quit going.

Positive experience: Love the place but the staff there are bias ! Unfriendly .. They let their friends in for free .. obviously all the time .Not one person but 3 ,4 or more ! I came there last night we saw the staff let 2 of her friends in for free ! I feel bad for those who pay their membership card for them to enter! . So annoying . They should be terminated for that !

Fantastic experience: Great deal, cheapest I have seen. You can share your black membership, lots of machines, hasn't been over crowded when I've gone. Dumbells only go to 75 pounds though, but it's enough for most things.

Negative experience: Just tried to look around check it out rang door bell 10 times desk lady.just stared at me. Am I that scary looking... no it's just them!

Positive experience: Saturday March 5th 11:00am…The front desk attendant arrived I approached him to ask a question as he was rushing to log himself into the computer system. He abruptly said that was he was “not open yet”we both looked at the clock to see that it as 11:00am on the dot. His tone triggered me to say “you are open at 11:00 right”? Perhaps he could arrive 5 minutes early to complete his log in to be ready to answer questions that paying clients to this gym may approach to ask. Have a great day everyone!! ☺️

Negative experience: I have canceled a membership and they continued to charge me for a year!!! I reached out to owners and they aren’t answering. If you want to be screwed around, GO TO FIT4LESS!!

Negative experience: 3 Treadmills working out of 17. Lots of equipment s not working. No clean-up even no soap in washrooms.

Positive experience: I’ve been a member here for six months. I am a low-maintenance person by nature and this facility is overall good. All I ask is for the gym I pay for to properly stock their washrooms with hand soap and clean them regularly. Today there was no hand soap in the men’s washroom….none. And there were no staff on duty at this point to ask to refill them. As a facility where everything is shared, not having hand soap is not only disgusting but also unhygienic and public health issue waiting to happen. There was one sink that was also left visibly dirty for three days this past week, making me question their cleaning practices before the lack of hand soap issue I discovered today. Do better Fit4Less.

Negative experience: The mens bathroom is way overdue to be cleaned, seems like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. One of the most descusting bathrooms I have ever been in. Makes me wonder about the rest of the facility.

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife go here late night always empty and clean

Negative experience: Equipment broken quite often and typically busy so you are usually waiting to use equipment. Switched to another gym.

Negative experience: I never seen GYM like that ,so bad most machines not working, dirty I go to only 1 day a week , it's the worst gym I think, I will say if someone going 4 days a week you should go better gym ,
