Negative experience: If I could give a negative star, I would give that. I checked other reviews and I'm not the only one who experienced extremely rude staff and I'll name it here - Steven. This guy is super intimidating, super rude and he has absolutely no customer service. I've seen that others also have experienced this rude behavior. I switched to black membership and got an instant email that I can use the gym and all of its black member services right away and this guy says that It's because of him that he is letting me use the gym or he would not have permitted. Hello. I'm paying for it, he is nobody to stop or let people in to use the gym. It looks like he is the owner of the gym and he has his own rules. He stopped me in using any of the services that a black card member uses despite showing him the email, Infact he was super intimidating and arguing that I'm lucky that he let me into the gym.... the management should take an action against this guy named Steven ( Big guy with big beards and tattooed guy for identification incase he lied his name to me ). People come to gym to workout and not being intimidated. When I looked at the reviews I see even others have faced racial discrimination and a whole lot. Worst customer service. 100 negative reviews if I could give.

Negative experience: Worse then before no phone calls they are not returning your e mail responded un necessary NS charges and management on Huron Church is a joke no brainer I canceled my membership after 2 weeks thanks but never again very poor management...If I could rate I would give you no stars but a finger..

Fantastic experience: Hello everyone who is looking for gym in Windsor , this one is for you !! Yes , of course the price manageable for everyone…. It’s in the name . This one location is above and beyond the rest because of the staff , that’s what makes you better . One particular is Ze, who shines and has great attitude . Ze helped my friend who wanted to join with enrolling with ease ! He is cheerful and very attentive to our needs , if you have a question he’s the great ! Thank you Ze and the rest of the staff !!

Negative experience: On 19/8/2024 on Monday at 9:10, I had an unfortunate experience with one of your gym staff members. He was extremely rude to me and made comments that I found to be racist. This behavior is unacceptable and not what I expect from your gym. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Awesome and very welcoming. Great facility

Negative experience: NO WATER fountain. The most important part in the gym is water and this gym doesn’t provide it, you can do better. Always there is a broken machines, and they don’t fix them. I have been coming here since three years and there is no development at all.

Positive experience: There are no fans in the rowing machine area, making it difficult to row. The facility lacks a water bottle refill station. The rowing machines need more routine maintenance (seat rail wipe downs daily, chain lubrication and fan cleaning ever week, regular firmware update to the PM5 screen). One of the two machines have been down for a while (as of August 2024). The foot straps on the working machine have not been set up correctly. Disappointed to see these nice (and expensive) machines being taken care of so poorly.

Negative experience: Worst gym ever. The staff enforce different rules for their friends compared to other members. Sometimes people forget their key cards, and in the past, they would let you in and check you in the system. Recently, they started a policy that you can’t enter without a card. What’s frustrating is that if a staff member doesn’t know you, they’ll rudely turn you away. However, if you’re a friend of theirs, they’ll let you in without any hassle and without even checking you in the system. I don’t mind being turned away for not having my key card, but at least apply the policy consistently. Don’t just give special treatment to your friends.

Positive experience: Nice facility. Been going everyday for the last two weeks. Always clean, I've never had to wait for a machine as well. No complaints.

Negative experience: Bad treatment by some employees. she canceled my subscription for a simple reason

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had experience with u guys..I will advise everyone do not choose this because there a lot of gym tools needed and stuff and not clean ..the manger there she is not helpful at all . hopefully u take care your customers more than that.

Machines are consistently left uncleaned, exemplified by a broken Apple Watch screen left unaddressed in a bike machine for over two weeks.This blatant disregard for cleanliness speaks volumes about the gym's overall maintenance. If it was cleaned, the Apple Watch screen would not be there. Furthermore, the sheer number of dysfunctional machines is alarming. As evidenced by the accompanying photos, more than six machines have been out of order for an extended period, indicating a systemic failure in maintenance protocols. Excuses about pending technician visits wear thin when the inconvenience to gym-goers is considered. In addition, the expectation for patrons to sanitize equipment after use is undermined by the frequent absence of essential supplies like paper rolls. It's unreasonable to expect members to comply with cleanliness protocols when basic amenities are neglected. Despite being a loyal patron for an extended period, there's been no discernible improvement in the gym's standards. Instead, there's a pervasive sense of apathy among the staff, who are often observed idling and absorbed in their phones instead of attending to their duties. In light of these shortcomings, I urge prospective gym members to explore alternative options, which prioritizes cleanliness and operational efficiency. While the cost may be slightly higher, the assurance of a hygienic environment and functional equipment justifies the investment. In conclusion, Fit4Less Gym at Huron Church falls far short of meeting the expectations of its members. This candid review serves as a wake-up call to the management to prioritize the well-being of their customers.

Positive experience: They are always cleaning which is appreciated but you can never find a staff member when you need one and they never pick up the phone. There used to be a bell at the desk in case you needed a staff member while they’re cleaning meanwhile now you have to walk laps around the gym before MAYBE finding someone to help.

Negative experience: Honestly wasn't too bad of a gym but my card fell out of my phone while I was at the gym and then I could no longer access the gym but the funny part is you can't speak to anyone at the gym cause they have a curtain over the window so I tried to get a new card and they will try to charge you 22 dollars plus tax for this plastic card ended up canceling my membership on the spot love the death of service

Fantastic experience: Great spot to work out! The staff and the manager Sara are fantastic. Super nice and understanding people. The gym is always clean, there’s always a staff member on the floor cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Wife & I come here all the time. Best thing is the friendly staff they treat us like family. Too many reviews about the owner being rude she actually is very nice likely just enforcing the rules like she had to during Covid when there were limits to how many people could enter and people showing up without bookings(people never take responsibility for not reading the updates). Would love water fountains but I’m sure there’s a reason there hasn’t been one installed by now. It’s Fit4less I’m not expecting luxury and as long as I can have a great workout which I do it’s perfect for the price

Negative experience: The Gym Manager/ Owner is a very rude women. She cancels memberships for no reasons at all. Literally half the city is their, there is no limitation to how many people can that place handle and join in!! It is insanely smelly at times and unhygienic.

Negative experience: The manger Sara is one of the worst people i met in my life, she is racist and rude. In few years no one will be going to this gym because of this women, i hope the owner be aware of that.

Fantastic experience: These are the only public bathrooms I’ll use, knowing it’s sanitary and always being cleaned. Also amazing staff, so friendly and nothing but amazing people in the gym as well. Made so many friends in this gym who are always there for me ❤️

Negative experience: The gym is okay-ish but the customer service is very poor. Wouldn’t recommend.

Positive experience: This gym is okay, it needs a better layout for sure. It is basically one big room that can be awkward to maneuver around or avoid people (if you’re into that). I wish they could set up a couple of utility rooms/areas. Also there’s only 2 free bar squat racks :(. But overall clean, and has all the standard machines.

Fantastic experience: Great price for a fully stocked gym. Racks aren't so busy. Didn't see a water fountain so remember to bring a water bottle for serious lifting sessions!

Positive experience: It's a good workout gym. They have plenty of cardio machines. I rarely had to do something else cause a machine I wanted was occupied. Reasonable pricing for the amenities it has.

Positive experience: Everything is good, except they need a place for water, I understand the business model.... and of course you can bring your water, unless you are coming directly after College or Work, and you finished your water bottle. Kudos for the massage chairs and hydro massage beds.

Negative experience: Easily the worst Fit4Less in the city. No water fountains??? Really bad equipment selection, stuff is broken half the time for months on end, and there’s no section for black card members. Both of the other locations in Windsor have this one beat in almost every category. Get with the program Huron.

Negative experience: This gym have only have one cable machine to workout people are waiting for their turn it’s annoying plus there is no WIFI and water fountain it’s weird though they’re are charging $50annual fee plus the membership you want. On the other hand you will find everything in planet fitness. I choose this gym only because it’s close to my house or else i would never joined it.

Fantastic experience: Coming to the gym for sometime now. Usually for some resistance training and cardio. Plenty of treadmills, weights, and other equipment available for the members. For those who like constant hydration, make sure to bring your own water bottle. :)

Negative experience: The biggest issue with this gym is the smell. This gym does not enforce any rules against people not wearing deodorant. Almost 80% of the people in this gym don't wear deodorant. It's honestly running the experience. Imagine working out and a sweaty guy next to you is shoulder pressing wearing a tank top. And the stench of his pits are just penetrating your senses. It's absolutely ridiculous that we have to deal with this. This is a serious issue and I will be cancelling. People need to follow suite and cancel their membership till they force these dirty people to wear deodorant !

Positive experience: I got my membership roughly July 2022 and I really like this place. A couple days ago I forgot to leave my sunglasses in my car and realized if I left I wouldn't be able to swipe back in so I put them on a shelf in the open. THEN I left them there by accident. The following day went for my workout and really hoped no one took them and they were there! It definitely ups your faith in humanity in those small moments. ALSO, upon entering the gym there was a repair man fixing machines and staff members were mopping and cleaning the mirrors etc. They really do a great job keeping it clean. The only downfall is it madness trying to workout between 4-7pm. Way too many people texting while sitting on machines and basically monopolizing benches, machines, workout spacing etc. Some will even use a bench to hold their keys and cell phones. Members can be really inconsiderate that way.

Negative experience: Gym doesn’t have a water fountain which is a big safety concern and goes against safety regulations. Workers do a good job at keeping the facility clean regularly.

Fantastic experience: I love it because it's open 24 hours. Very clean gym ️‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Corporate NEEDS TO KNOW, THAT YOUR EMPLOYEE "CHRIS" At the Huron Church location is BY FARRRR THE HARDEST WORKING INDIVIDUAL I'VE EVER SEEN AT A GYM!! (I used to be a trainer at the Lifestyles on Dougall) and NONE OF US EVER CLEANED AS HARD AS CHRIS DOES. HE LITERALLY GETS DOWN ON HIS KNEES TO WIPE THE BOLTS OF THE MACHINES. YOU DON'T SEE ANYONE WORKING THAT HARD THESE DAYS AND IT NEEDS TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED! PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE (Sorry I don't know his last name, I got his name from the manager) IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE COMMENT, PLEASE GIVE "DREW AND JOSH" THE SAME GRATITUDE BECAUSE THE THREE OF THEM MAKE THE GYM A TRUE JOY TO ATTEND. THEY SMILE AND GREET EVERYONE WHO COMES IN AND THEY KEEP THE PLACE SPOTLESS! EVERYONE AT THAT PLACE GETS TWO THUMBS UP FROM ME! TRULY GREAT JOB!

Positive experience: the facility is always clean. most of the staff are super friendly. the tanning beds and tv's are great although im positive we could do without the news ( last thing i wanna see while working out- is trudeau ) . id recommend wiping down equipment before AND after use because its heavily populated by students who neglect the rules of cleaning up after themselves ...... as for charges.... taking out that extra charge right after christmas... is a biotch move... also in the hour i was at the gym 8 people searched for assistance... this whole no staff thing is rejected. do better mr evans

Negative experience: Its a scam and false advertisement - only $7.99 $7.99 biweekly = 7.99×26= $207.74 Plus $49.99 annual fee $207.74 + $49.99 = $257.73 + HST $257.73/12 = $21.48 per month plus HST (And this one is the cheapest membership, Black card is $30.15 plus hst monthly) Yes, bi-weekly is 26 payments not 24 How is it cheaper

Fantastic experience: Honestly when I first started my membership I was worried because of the bad reviews. However I am very glad I got a membership here, the staff have been absolutely amazing they say hi to me every morning and they're absolutely polite when I ask for anything. I feel like the majority of the bad reviews here are simply members who didn't follow the rules or just simply not nice people. I would recommend this gym to anybody looking for a cheap, easy to access, clean, convenient gym to workout at. My literal only complaint is they don't have showers.

Negative experience: The staff , one guy in particular , is very difficult to deal with . Borderline harassing people . Makes working out in peace very difficult ! I have no problem with authority and I understand the employees have a job to do , but we all deserve to be treated with respect and fairly ! I’m not to confident addressing my concerns with the manager after reading the reviews , it’s just a shame this is the only gym close by . Be kind , respectful , and let’s all love each other

Negative experience: Refused entry because I would not share some of my personal and private medical information with them. Supported them throughout the pandemic. Very disappointed. Could go on but will leave it at that. Cancelled immediately.

Negative experience: I use to go there and it was ok until Covid hit. The manager is incredibly rude, yelling at customers at the front door and literally bullying some of them when they ask questions. She is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and the reason I left. People don't deserve to be treated with such disrespect. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The rest of the staff, the guys who work there at the door are actually quite nice and always helpful.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Yes it can get crowded because it is very popular. Staff is kind and let you alone - I feel worry-free in this gym. Is the best price I found and they have amazingly modern machines. I wish that those using them would care more and treat these machines with consideration - yes I know we do not live in a perfect world, but this gym is really great.
