Positive experience: As a dedicated member of the Fit4Less gym on Goreway Dr, I really appreciate the great facilities and atmosphere. As someone who enjoys heavy lifting, I’ve noticed that dropping weights, especially during deadlifts, can be loud and may affect the flooring over time. It would be fantastic if deadlift mats could be added to reduce noise and protect the gym’s equipment and flooring. Overall, it's a great gym, and this addition would make it even better!

Negative experience: I’ve been to over 6 locations in Ontario, as far as one in ottawa. I’ve always loved this gym but this location is by far the worst location of them all due to the staff. The staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional and mannerless. Clearly they were not trained properly. Especially the Hispanic lady with a tattoo on her thigh, she wears hoops often. She has an ego issue and attitude. Clearly no one’s dealt with her. They’re the worst workers I’ve ever come across except for the one petite lady with glasses she’s amazing and kind, they need more like her she’s a good role model to have on your staff team. Aside from the staff, the gym itself is good with good equipment. But a bad team of staff can make a person never want to come back. Also, the rules for this gym don’t apply to other locations, no crocs and I need to show them a doctors note if I want to wear them due to injury haha you’re a joke. Watch them respond to this review with some poor excuse on how they’re sorry & can help except they wont deal with the root of the problem aka better employees. Look at all the reviews it speaks for its self; everyone has a bad experience with these employees.

Negative experience: I recently tried signing up for this low-budget gym and, unfortunately, received low-budget service. They required a $50 activation fee for their basic membership tier, which I thought is a scam but reluctantly agreed. However, they also insisted on obtaining my banking information. I declined, as this fitness center has a reputation for continuing to charge accounts even after memberships are canceled. When I explained this to the staff member, she became hostile ,dismissive, and rude. I reiterated that I would pay the shady activation fee using a debit or credit card, and every month have it come out either with the debit or credit card but they flat-out refused and started treating me like a second-class citizen. The experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I'm glad I got to see this company's true colors before I did business with them.

Negative experience: You know who the thief is ? It's Fit4less employees here. Broke my lock and remove all my gym accessories without any notice. Mannerless and rude employees. Who would wanna work out in such a gym ? Mannerlessly shouting, "Excuse me, excuse me, excuse me" when I asked for what audacity they have to break, lock, and remove our items without even contacting us.

Negative experience: So many things wrong with this gym ...came to use the tanning booth at 3pm on Friday October 4 ..no staff available to assist me request. Staff available doesn't understand or speak English well. Staff wasn't trained to assist in using tanning booth . NO MANAGER AVAILABLE ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON IS UNACCEPTABLE.. this gym the reviews speak volume !!!!! I PAY FOR A BLACK CARD AND EXPECT TO USE MY CARD DURING STAFF HOURS!!!

The lady with fair skin was so freaking rude and arrogant she doesn’t even know how to talk to their customers politely. She was talking with her rolled eyes and behaved arrogant. You guys are not paying for our memberships…You are just an employee and are getting paid.So, behave and learn some customer servicing skills. Hope it finds well to all Non recommendable location.

Negative experience: I have been using Fit4Less from last 9 years (on and off) and recently started using Malton (Mississauga) and Etobicoke locations. Malton location is the only location that does not have a water fountain and I fail to understand why. I have seen people filling water bottles from toilet taps. This is very unhygenic and should not be the case. Even the equipment at Etobicoke location are better and more varities although we pay the same fee for both locations. This needs an immediate attention We need a water fountaion at Malton location. I am not sending any DM to any channel or anything.. Request and need is clear through this comment. A water fountain at Fit4Less Malton location so that people do not have to drink water from washroom taps

Negative experience: Employees are rude and audacious. The manager herself is egoist and behaves disrespectfully. Those looking for a safe, respectful environment, i don't think this is the place for them. In a recent event i had to tolerate disrespectful and rude behavior of the manager here just because I asked her to give way as i was trying to enter the gym. I did complained officially over official emails but no action was taken. Customers have zero value in this place. So disappointed with my experience here.

Negative experience: Very Disappointed with Fit4Less - Theft and Lack of Action I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Fit4Less. Recently, my car keys were stolen from the gym, my all credit and debit cards stolen. Despite reporting the incident, no action has been taken to address the theft or improve security. The staff were uncooperative and seemed indifferent to my concerns. This lack of response and support is unacceptable. No staff available at night and in early morning to take care of. I have black card but cant use because of no staff. I would strongly advise against using this gym if you value security and customer service. If you are using make sure your locker is locked properly.

Negative experience: I decided to sign up for the non commitments option. Was going regularly for several weeks. Due to serious unfortunate situations i stopped going and didnt use the gym after i had paid for the previous week. I missed a payment as they tried to take out the payment. I was too busy to follow up and then i missed another payment. I called and was told id need to make the payment before a certain date to avoid cancelation of my membership to where id have to pay again a sign up fee. I came in morning, paid it and left. That night i went to workout and the card worked perfectly fine. It wasnt until the day after that i went again and it said access denied. I called and asked and was told that my membership had been canceled, and that I would have to sign up again and restart my membership. Even though I came in as instructed and paid and it worked for an entire day. They still decided to whatever for whatever reason to cancel my membership, forcing me to pay again the sign-up fee When I called the location, they said yes it has been cancelled but they’re not sure why and that I would have to speak to a manager forcing me to basically wait until Monday morning on Friday unable to exercise or work out even though I had paid for two weeks that I didn’t even coming to the gym once. Absolutely unacceptable especially when I opted for no commitment membership yet they’re constantly trying to pull the money out of my account. I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to a real gym with actual equipment and punching bags.

Positive experience: Pros - Small-Average size, free plaza parking, basic machines, showers, change rooms massage chairs, lockers, free 30 min WiFi (finally). Very responsive staff. Cons - The usual broke televisions, teeny-tiny black-card workout area, NO WATER fountain.

Negative experience: The customer service is worst you can expect. Monica (manager) doesn't know how to talk to a customer. Monica is the worst manager, I have seen so far. I was using this location for past 3 years but not anymore due to their pathetic customer service. My membership got transferred to barrie fit4less without my authorization. My card was not working at the entrance, eventough westwood fit4less is charging me biweekly. Instead of fixing my issue, they want to chargre transfer fees.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. The water for the shower is ice cold and not adjustable for hot temperature. I don't know why they would have the showering booths if they're only going to provide cold waters. Other Fit4Less locations had warm waters that are adjustable.

Positive experience: I posted a review 9 months ago when I first started attending this gym, I was very disappointed with the up keep of the facility, as well as the many broken or down machines that weren't being repaired.. I must say, that there has been drastic improvements, and it's a joy to see. I applaud the employees, the Cleanliness has improved and is being maintained, which is awesome, no one wants to work out at a filthy gym, with dirty equipment and dirt pilling up in the floor. There is also more effort in fixing broken equipment in a timely manner.. Staff is pleasant and helpful. I'm very pleased to see that improvements have been made and I can update my review and my star rating.
Negative experience: Horrible floor plan, the most claustrophobic and ghetto location, looks like one continuous chunk of machinery. On top of that, the first ever equipment I tried to use was defective and when I told the worker there he basically smirked and said- well what do you expect me to do about it? I can slap a sticker on it at the most. Not returning here.

Negative experience: Worst customer service system in place, there is no customer service number where you can complain or talk about your issue. The only way to resolve was by talking to manager and she did not even listen to issue properly and left by making an excuse of meeting.

Negative experience: If it wasn't for the price, worst gym. Showers on one side, change room other side. No water fountain. Weights are everywhere but on the racks. In the morning staff is always late to open showers. Did I mention there is no way to contact through their website.

Fantastic experience: I have appreciated this gym. I love the hydro massage tables after a good workout. I have been to a lot of different gyms and when I go to this location the staff are always cleaning. It's busy, and I find the members don't clean up after themselves or put weights away or clean machines. There are no dust bunnies, and despite some machines being out of service, the staff work as hard as they can to maintain heavy traffic. Kudos to Bibi and Ashanti!

Fantastic experience: Been here a long time, since the new manager Monica has been in charge this gym is 100% better! New equipment is slowly being added, equipment being repaired more quickly, and the gym is so much cleaner! Still some work to do, however huge huge improvement. Positive experience: The center is ok for someone requiring a basic workout session. Price is resonable but so will be the amenities based on it. As this location is a bit in the center hence can get crowded easily. Black area is a bit small, if you are lucky can get the equipment.
Positive experience: Gym is good with well equipments but i have been forced to cut one star because there is no water dispenser in the gym you have to bring your own water but that's not good you know there should be a water dispenser except that the gym is good

Negative experience: It's one of the worst Fit4less gyms I have used until today..... it's a big space with a lot of equipment but pretty much 60% doesn't work ..... no space to store stuff, no lockers available..... the men's washroom was dirty and unhygienic...... and the worst part, the door to the washroom was kept open with the help of a garbage bin..... it was smelling in the gym...
Positive experience: Decent gym to workout. Has all the basic machines needed. Has 2 individual change rooms and showers. Does not have a locker room or men’s/women’s change room - just lockers in the middle near the back. Most of the treadmills don’t work which sucks when it gets busy. Morning time is mostly empty, but after 5pm it gets very busy and around 7pm it’s at it’s busiest. Also does not have water fountains

Moreover the staff member monica is very rude ,,6 years in gym i never slamed a weight and she said u slamed the weight and i can kick u out and cancel my membership ,thr was not even alarm that sounded !! Luckily i am back to my goodlife gym ,,i went thr only twice as i went to my frnds place overnight and it was nearby . Monica thinks she is the boss and can kick anyone out with her attitude ,,i canceled my membership and she seems to b very arrogant
Positive experience: Gyms mid. Needs a water fountain. I've been a member at your location for over a while now and have a request to make that will benefit the whole gym community. We need a water fountain at this location. All other gyms in GTA have a water dispenser, only our location does not. It should be compulsory. I've seen other members refill their bottles from the washroom sink - this is not right. Please see to this.
Negative experience: WHAT is going on at this location??? Just returned from being away for 2 months and the gym is in worse shape than ever. Most Treadmills still broken, other equipment in sad shape. I realize it's a more economical gym, however customers do expect machines to work. Every time repairs " seem " to be done, within hours/days equipment is down again. Onsite staff try their best to at least keep the place clean, but upper management is shamefully remiss in providing a standard of quality. Please get your ACT together and update equipment if beyond repair.
Positive experience: What's up with removing the table and chairs? My husband and I always enjoy a post workout sit down and relax, but can no longer do that, since this gym removed seating. Just one less ammenity we pay for and don't get. REALLY GUYS!!!

Deep heart condolence for those who are having black card membership and come for workout after 9 pm bcz you cant use those facilities. Its a biggest scam here . Totally disappointed with this kind facilities and environment. I am just coming bcz its nearby from my home otherwise, I will never prefer this location. Trust me , before taking membership do ask your friends about machines and facilities. You can check in video and photos those machines cant be used are having yellow tags on them .
Negative experience: It's locations like this one that make the black card less appealing.... No water fountain, no soap in the washroom, broken machines.
Negative experience: They deducted 4 times money from my account every month for many months, Even i had only one membership with that account in fit4less
Negative experience: This is an amazing gym still following social distancing at another level out of 12 treadmills they allow only 2 treadmills to be used cauz other 10 does not work. Thanks

Negative experience: Hi, somebody stolen my husband expensive water bottle. He realized that and immediately request in reception to check in CC camera but they denied to do. This gym is not safe.
Negative experience: U enter the gym, one of the entry tap machine doesn’t work. U go in, out of 20 treadmills, maybe 5-6 work and they too have broken controls and jiggle in between. The shoulder press machine isn’t working since 2 months. The outside squat rack have missing shelfs so thats only a pullup rack now. We pay money, get things fixed. I see other fitforless’ way better and maintained. Also not to forget, the mirror inside the gym is broken from past 3 weeks lmao. Whose managing it? Why do i see deductions every 2 weeks!? (M not complaining about people not keeping the weights back and sleeping in the gym midnight with their jackets onn coz thats not in management hand, m only complaining about things that u can take care of)
Negative experience: This place deserves 0 star because of the unwelcoming staff. I went there to get the membership but I wanted to see the gym first. The girl didn’t even tell us anything and told us you can go see yourself. I don’t know what type of customer service they give to people. They need more training and should keep their stupid attitude aside.
Negative experience: Here is my biggested issue with this particular sight. There is no humane way to fill a water bottle. There no fountain, and there is no plan to get an approporiate water fountain that can fill your water bottle. Here is the reason why, when I compare the other locations geographically I found low income areas that have large minority groups face this issue compared to Mississauga, Woodbridge and Georgetown. Higher income areas have what they need and supply a water fountain, its the expectations. White people and or higher income areas will never have this issue. Tired of seeing indian students having to get water out a washroom tap , its gross. Treat everyone of every culture equally regardless of the location.
Negative experience: Been coming here for almost a year now and every machine is broken for the longest time. they fix one thing and then another breaks wish i could give zero stars
Negative experience: The machines here are under maintenance like Eglington road construction, dirty washrooms. Thats two things people look for and they both bad. Wish I could give zero stars
Negative experience: Have been coming all summer and it keeps getting worse with the machines, about 25%are broken and waiting on maintenance, it’s truly a waste coming here, soon it will reach to 50% machines down, Fit4less please fix the machines, we are paying for a service that we are not receiving.
Negative experience: It's been 2 years am working out here, whenever some machine is not working it take them atleast few months to repair. They have two leg Extension machine and both of them not working it's been 2 months. Pathetic customer value.
Positive experience: I wanted to give it 5 stars but sometimes u wont find an equipment its missing and dont go in day time its packed

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership immediately!!! A number of machines are out of use and need repair/removal. I never see staff walking around continuously cleaning. Its only one person, and their always at the front desk. PLUS, this gym doesn't even have a WATER FOUNTAIN. I am going back to Planet Fitness.

Negative experience: Maximum dumbell is 75lb ,equipment is not maintained, broken for months without repair. Workout atmosphere is very immature much like a high school gym. Bin going too gyms since 1988 in CANADA and in the United States. Started when I was 16 and I have used my experience on this rating. FYI
Negative experience: Friendly staff, very helpful. The equipment requires a lot up keep. A large amount of the machines are out of order and have been for a while. It's very difficult to do a complete workout under these conditions. Management please step up and have the maintenance scheduled. With the gym in this condition I don't recommend it to friends, family, or new customers.

Negative experience: Many of the machines are not working. Many of them required maintenance. If asked to receptionist, they just ignore it. And closed them with bill board. Not worth the money.
Negative experience: I feel sorry for people who go to the Malton site, the other day I seen (with my own two eyes) 2 men in a DEEP SLEEP on the massage bed at 4am in the morning! Downright nasty, people don't clean after themselves, leave the weights everywhere; not in any way shape or form of order, and these same ppl don't even read to not wear their outside shoes in the facility, I don't think this facility or any other is being monitored for these type of downright deplorable behavior, upper management should put cameras in the massage beds area, as well their chairs, anyone abusing the equipment..ie for horseplay/sleeping as if it's a bed should have their membership terminated on the spot!!! What's wrong with people now a days..smh
Negative experience: Most gym equipment are out of order. no body cares to fix them.
Positive experience: Gym is at good location. Most of the machines are broken due to some idiot weight lifters and this gym needs a strict manager who can look around all the time specially on them who are banging weight. Staff Is pretty friendly and helpful and there is a lady in the staff she seems kind of professional trainer and she is really great and polite as well strict with those idiot weight lifters but unfortunately she is not in the gym all the days and must be having particular day timings. I see her in between 12-5 pm after that there is no such staff who can stop lifters to banging the Machines and the result is broken machines. So I hope this review will get your attention I can expect better gym than now . Thanks

Negative experience: Half of the equipment is broken in an already small gym, crowded, members don't have gym etiquette to return equipment to the right place. Management needs invest time here
Negative experience: This gym is ridiculous. There are only two working treadmills out of like 15. These treadmills have been broken for month it’s been 4 months since I started with them and the treadmills have still been broken up to today. The cable machine has been broke. For months as well and that’s a very simple fix. Management does not care you rarely see them out of their office. If this wasn’t the closest location to me I would switch currently looking at other gyms. It’s a battle for treadmills and the one cable machine that they have left. Don’t waste your money find a cheap local gym. Employees and managers do not care no matter how much you complain. Poorly managed poorly ran waste of money don’t even think about getting cardio in after 4pm !!!!
