Buzzfit in LaSalle in extraordinary, the staff is energetic helpful and lively very kind, it's such great place to workout it's fun and clean too it can get crowded because of it's excitement but that gives you a chance to get a great workout and interesting convo with all kinds different people, I think it's a great place to be and it's only going to keep getting better as time goes on ; koodos to the staff the managers and gym members????????

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with the place. I have been going to that gym for two years and I pay every month and consume my products there and I had never had a problem until now when there are some very arrogant girls at the reception who did not let my daughter in to train. They see us every day at the gym and they started treating her very badly, us who pay every month without fail and others who do not even swipe their card, they do not say anything to them because they are their friends.

Members aged 13 and 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian must sign a waiver for members aged 15 to 17.
Positive experience: I realy like there push machine there is à flat one that you can incline and tha staff is realy Chill i bring my son sometime and they are realy cool With him no complain at all the onli thing that i hâte is the amont of group that came in rush hour you are suppose to be maximum 2 and sometime they are like 8 togeter at the same station so its almost impossible to use it for à hour

Negative experience: First time trying, and I did not like it; there are way better Buzzfit's in the city. Not only is this gym too small, but the arrangements of the equipments do not make any sense. Arm and leg machines are dispersed all around the gym, and the cardio machines are just placed right in the middle of the space. It is not organised well at all, it's hard to manoeuvre throughout the space, it's way too packed and crammed. I will also add that the equipments are very old. Staff aren't serious, they're just messing around. This Buzzfit needs a serious upgrade.

Negative experience: Avoid This Gym – Very Disappointing Experience I strongly advise against taking a membership here. I had a very bad experience. I signed up a few months ago, but three months ago, I decided to cancel my membership. I went to the gym in person to cancel it, but this week, I was charged again. When I called to find out why, they told me that my account had been “frozen” and had somehow become active again. I never requested this, and when I asked for a refund, they refused, saying I had no proof of my cancellation. It seems like the error was on their end, but now I’m being forced to pay for their mistake. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. Avoid at all costs!

Negative experience: Staff don’t know how to treat guests .. i have been a member of buzz-fit from 7-8 years and today my cousin visited me from Ontario and i told him to come with me to gym so he can see the difference here,, but the staff over there didn’t allow him to enter.. it was embarrassing moment for me .. even i said he won’t use the services he will be with me just to see.. but they deny awkward

Negative experience: Beau gym en général. J’y suis allée vers 20h et il n’était pas beaucoup achalandé. Le service à la clientèle n’était pas à la hauteur. Je me suis présentée au comptoir de la réception et je semblais déranger les employés. Ils m’ont ignoré pendant un bon cinq minutes. Ils parlaient entre eux sans même me regarder, c’est quand même déplorable comme service à la clientèle… Lorsqu’ils m’ont enfin répondu, ils étaient tellement bête. Pourtant, je venais pour m’abonner. J’ai l’impression qu’il manque un gérant sur place pour encadrer les employés, mais c’est mon avis personnel et honnête. Mise à part le service à la clientèle vraiment frustrant, le gym est correct. Il y a beaucoup de machines libres et chacun fait ses choses dans sa bulle.

Positive experience: Mixed feelings here about this gym now, i have been going here for a few years now personally besides the occasional mess here and there(not the staff fault people really just leave dumbbells everywhere) the staff is friendly my only complaint would be they need more equipment and better equipment

Negative experience: This is the worst buzzfit i have went to few machine equipement is destroyed and no replacement are being made coming here for more the. 4 month now also there is a weird smell in the gym seems to have no ventilation i can compared because i went to other buzzfit (acadie,villeray,brossard ) and this one is by far the worst gym i ever went to actually the other buzzfit i mentionned are actually really good compared to many other gym ive went to

Positive experience: Not very queer friendly, got plenty of looks and stares to the point I don't feel comfortable coming without friends but there's plenty of gym equipment and the staff was wonderful. Locker rooms are clean and sanitary and it's not that busy around 9-11pm

Positive experience: I decided to try and get back into shape. Round is no longer an acceptable shape. I showed up to get an appointment for an evaluation/game-plan with a trainer by the name of Michael. The following day, I showed up early, only to find out that he would only be arriving at noon when my appointment was set to begin. 20+ minutes had gone by, and he had still not arrived, and the person at the front desk was unable to get ahold of him. Not a good first impression for someone wanting to sign up to a gym. A trainer by the name of Cliff was nice enough to meet with me and do the evaluation/assessment, as well as answer the questions I had pertaining to my game plan, due to the initial trainer being a no-show. I had also noticed a big promotional sign at the entrance where they would pay you 500$ if you lose 25lbs in X amount of time — the scale they used to weigh me is 12lbs off, which strikes me as a little bit odd. I weighed myself prior to showing up, and to ensure my scale was working properly I put a 20lb dumbbell to which it indicated exactly that. My guess is that they weigh you, and in reality you’d have to lose 37lbs, lmao. I was offered a 7-day free trial, and I will give their business a 2nd chance, but for the time being I’m not fully impressed.

Negative experience: Many of the machines in this gym do not work, at rush hour there are too many people which is normal in all gyms but in one where the machines do not work is the worst experience. There are no chest benches (flat, incline, decline). On the dumbbells the maximum weight is 65. It is also very messy, not recommended

Positive experience: I know a few people who have left buzzfit simply because your dumbells only go up to 75lbs. I am considering changing gyms aswell for this reason.

Positive experience: I like the affordability and the location of this gym. The owner has no respect for gym members, he was actively dusting the sealing while members where working out .. releasing dust and other particles into the airways. The gym should be closed at least for 1 hour a week or biweekly to do general cleaning.

Positive experience: Nice place 24h/7, but sometime overcrowded. Contract is not respected. Accessories disappear and manager is not replacing the broken/stolen accessories Nowhere to put my bike Staff is nice. Nice choice of beverages, but only one brand of powder supplements.

Negative experience: Poor responce to your customers, will never set foot on this gym.
Negative experience: Rude employee. His initails are ES and wears a tuke about 5’6. My key chain access card ripped and fell and the guy was rude as hell didnt want to let me entre. He finally did and said the next time i come he wont let me in . So i had him cancel my membership. Still got 2weeks left. Next time ill show up with the cancelation contract to get in . I found him rude as hell with another member. Id rather pay more for decent employees and a non crowded gym. It was that one employee that was over the top, others were cool. Other than that gym is crowded in the evening. Hard to follow a plan. Bench press and free weight areas are small. They filled it up with ellipticals and runners. The parking lot is trash. Someone damaged my car’s driver door. They swung their door open with no care whatsoever. Some people stink. But gyms good on a budget. Im outta there.

Fantastic experience: Great gym at a very good price! Nice staff, clean gym and well equipped. The only negative point would be the maximum weight of 75lbs for the dumbells. Is it possible to get dumbbells going up to 120lbs, like in other gyms? Thanks,

Negative experience: They're basically acting like thieves. They make it hard and complicated to cancel your subscription and impossible to do over the phone. And if your credit card gets expired they'll continue billing you for each month and adding 10$ on top for each month (even if your subscription is monthly based and the cancelation is free of charge). They'll continue adding up these monthly fees until you go there in person to cancel and they won't let you cancel until you pay the remaining balance that they added up to your account even if you didn't set foot in the gym for the past 6 months.

Positive experience: Decent gym. Not too crowded at night. That’s usually when I go. Prices are reasonable and the biggest plus is it’s 24 hrs. The only complain I have is that people don’t put the dumbbells back in their assigned spots on the rack and you have to look for them. Other than that pretty swell place. 9/10 would recommend.

Positive experience: The space is clean and holds lots of light. I really like that. I use free weights and I am content with the weight machines. I have an issue with the stair masters. For the past year, on a total of 4 stair masters works/ only one is functional. Two seem to be working, but the last one holds an irregular rhythm. Such a big gym has one usable stair master. The cardio equipment could definitely benefit from a refresh/ new purchases and additions. I've shared this issue with management several times. Staff is courteous and professional.

Positive experience: The staff are nice and helpful. Got a free day pass before joining the gym which helped a lot. There aren’t usually any waiting time for the equipments. Wish there was more open spaces. There are currently two open spaces but I find them a bit small and overcrowded at times. The equipments, treadmills, etc are very high quality.

Fantastic experience: Love it, the staff is constantly doing the best to keep the gym clean. Extremely affordable, one time I was struggling having just returned to gym after years because of an injury. The chocolate guy,who works at the reception was willing to help and motivate me get through it. I gave them 4 stars before because of the music but I am changing it to 5 stars. The music doesn't really matter, their different age groups and it will be extremely hard to please all of us. I love it
