Negative experience: I know you're supposed to sweat when you workout, but DAMN this gym is full of smelly people. The washrooms are nasty too. The staff also does NOT clean the machines as they're full of dust and gunk.

Positive experience: The gym membership is affordable and the staff are friendly, but! - The shower, washroom, and gym are dirty. - no Free Weights barbell - no Resistance Exercise Bands sizes - many tools are missing - There are not enough lights; the place is dark, especially with the black and purple colors.

Negative experience: I personally have walked into this business many times since it opened, and I despise planet fitness. Sorry. Ever since this chain opened, it was inferior, and customers are cheap minded, and it's an uncomfortable place. People make it like they want to be looked at and smell each other. But don't want to talk to each other, I mean it. Several times, I considered a membership and have even exercised here, but I just really don't like it. I find that many people have a Jersey Shore mentality. You think it's about exercising and egotism plus hormones. Too many people do not know about diets and take estrogen & supplements, and they are disgusting people. I believe that you should support that even if you're working on physical fitness, you're not being pig headed. Frankly, the antisocial nature of society, where people like to put pictures of themselves in the gym, is disgusting. There's no problem staying in shape, and people used to work out at home. You can come to this place, just be nice. Exercise clubs are often breeding. Grounds for arrogance and pickheaded antisocial people, so please be careful. Many people who come here are narcissistic, neurotic &many people are unhealthy in their mind with respect.. The staff probably do a good job. Make sure to wipe your machines, and I'm sorry for this arrogant generation. I think it's disgusting that most of you can't talk to each other and think it's about exercise and money just gross.. This establishment is professional, but I find it attracts many disgusting people, and it made Westdale mall worse. Thanks again to the staff. The low review is because arrogant customers add drivers & rude people who visit here?

Negative experience: If I could I'd give 0 stars. Requested to cancel my membership less than 30 days in. NO RESPONSE. Multiple emails sent to them and corporate, multiple phone calls. No response. Finally someone responded, told me I could not cancel over the phone or emails. Request an actual mail to be sent or to come in person (i do not live in the province anymore to come by) Sent an actual mail by Canada post, my membership is still active and was charged AGAIN. Yet no response on the phone calls. Absolutely robbery. Took my "yearly fee" which I cannot get a refund on apparently. 2 months being charged already and cannot get a refund because my account is not officially closed. Is this a joke? All these wasted money of charges I cannot get a refund because membership was active. How in the world is someone supposed to cancel? Close the damn bank account?

Fantastic experience: Good gym only thing is they don't have some of the machines like the seated hip thrust with the seat belt at other locations forcing you to go to other locations

Negative experience: The lady, wearing black shirt, long curly hair not sure if her name is Kelly ( sorry if it’s wrong ), is very rude. Like she doesn’t care even you are a customer, the way she talked like her words are an order that you have to listen to. What kind of customer service is that ? You lost a loyalty customer from now.

Fantastic experience: The planet fitness is very nice and the gym equipment and people are very nice over there The staff is very polite and they greet us every day and tell us enjoy the workout I felt overwhelming. Absolutely good gym in Mississauga

Positive experience: The gym membership is very affordable. It is a nice large gym. It is clean and spacious. There are a variety of different machines and equipment provided. It has 2 hydromassage loungers and 2 hydro massage beds that are very nice and relaxing. There are also tanning beds. Employees are pretty hands-off but helpful when needed; exactly the way I think they should be for a gym. Large locker rooms with plenty of lockers available. Locker rooms also have washrooms and showers. Unfortunately, it is often quite crowded. They have an app you can use that is alright, but it could be better. The paper towel dispensers are often empty, and I would appreciate it if there were more stations with cleaning products for the equipment.

Negative experience: They told me they canceled my membership, but didn't. Then, they took my money for several months after I canceled. When I came in to complain, the manager told me they would be able to give me a three-month refund. When I accepted the refund, they went back on their word. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Negative experience: Had to cancel after doing dumbbell chest press and the weights smelled like poop. Plenty of members are evidently unaware of what deodorant is, and overall climate inside the gym is humid. Bad experience all around. You get what you pay for. Friendly staff, so that’s a plus.

Positive experience: This location is nice, large and spacious. Plenty of room to move around. Peak times can be pretty busy but everything is still kept pretty clean. The free weights get a lot of use and are probably due to be replaced soon as the grips are noticeably worn. I'm pretty sure I had some metal shards on my hands. All other equipment is functional and neatly organized.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional service by the staff, especially Chris and Jennifer (manager). I had cancelled my membership way early in June, even then I was charged the monthly membership fee. When asked for refund by going into again in the gym, got to know that the membership was not cancelled at all. Tried reaching out to Jennifer multiple times during the day, but either she was busy or did not come to the call. Very very disappointed in the way they have dealt with this. I was a member for more than 2 years and they did this. Wonder how would they deal with new members (hopefully better)

Negative experience: For the first time I came to planet fitness and tried out they staff are very friendly and nice ppl But definitely they need to work on keeping the washrooms clean!
Negative experience: All the staff members are so friendly and personable except Kelly! She didn’t let my guest in because I was in the change room even though I had already signed in. Never have I had this issue anywhere else! Even when I went to use the black card benefits she was extremely rude to me. Do better!

Negative experience: I had the worst experience ever at planet fitness Westdale in Mississauga. The customer service desk person named Harry was very rude and inconsiderate. I went to the gym today, being a single parent I brought my 7 year old to do her homework in the lobby, not bothering anyone, not running around, literally just sitting at the table doing her homework. And she had her ipad so she could call me if she needed me to come over to her at point during my workout. And I had the intention to come over and check on her throughout my workout. I've been a member at Power House Gym, and Good Life, and this was always never a problem. So, I assumed at Planet Fitness it wouldn't be a problem either. But I was very wrong. Harry the staff at PF yelled over to us creating a large scene telling me that this was not allowed and she needed to leave the gym immediately. He advised "there's no child minding station here, we're not going to watch your kid" I replied, that was not even my intention. I never asked you to watch her, she's just sitting here doing her homework. He then replied "NO! no, that's not allowed no one under 13 is allowed in the gym". I then said well she's not in the gym area at all she's just going to be sitting here in the lobby. Harry was not trying to have any empathy to the situation in anyway. He advised she needed to leave the gym, I then asked to cancel my membership because it is highly ridiculous how rude he was being and inconsiderate. He thanked me and told me to have a great day which was obviously very condescending after he literally single handily ruined my day. I will never go back to another planet fitness!! Being a single parent is hard enough, I don't need people like Harry making it even harder!

Positive experience: It's alright. I do miss the quieter pre-covid days when it wasn't this crowded, been a member since 2017 shortly after it opened I think. Didn't have to check crowd meters/avoid peak times or figure out how to change workout plans after getting there back then, it is what it is I guess

Positive experience: Very Good, hygienic and big gym. But 1 star deducted as it's too much crowded between 5pm to 8pm. Pro: Big gym, variety of equipments, hygenic, massage chairs varities. Cons: Too much crowded between 5pm to 8pm. No free rods, only 4 smit machines which are always full - waiting for this machines varies from 30-40 mins. All people atleast have 10,12 sets .

Negative experience: My experience with Planet Fitness has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated, to say the least. Despite my repeated attempts to cancel my membership, I found myself continuously billed month after month. The process of cancellation was an ordeal in itself, with unprofessional staff members failing to follow through on their promises. The gym itself is nothing to write home about – it's consistently crowded, with machines often monopolized by members who seem oblivious to basic gym etiquette. Water bottles and towels are left strewn about, making it difficult for others to access the equipment. Planet Fitness should seriously reconsider its cancellation policies and provide more convenient options for members looking to end their memberships, such as allowing cancellations through the app. Until then, I won't be returning to Planet Fitness and would caution others to think twice before joining. Would highly suggest you train your staff members to not smirk when someone is obviously dissatisfied with your customer service. Also allowing members to read the contract they sign instead of being mischievous and just asking for a signature.
Negative experience: I only have time to come on Sundays but every Sunday is a problem with the showers. As always is lack of washroom maintenance, and showers were cold freezing water. Today it’s the opposite , the shower were hot!. I talked to the receptionist about this and seems like they been having this issues for a long time, but not action has been taking. Managers and owners don’t do anything about it so she suggest to write a bad review here, it’s the only way they listen. She mentioned that to bring someone to fix it property would take forever, well… it doesn’t take forever when they take the money from our memberships.
Negative experience: The shower at this gym was disappointing as it doesn't provide warm enough water for a comfortable shower experience, especially with the AC going.
Fantastic experience: Best location, friendliest night staff and day staff is dope too. And the environment is super welcoming and it’s upheld its cleanliness all the time.

Negative experience: Not recommended, I left this gym after 6 weeks only for the following reasons: 1. The gym's washrooms were consistently unclean. 2. Some machines were frequently out of order or under maintenance for long time (almost a month). 3. The gym is always overcrowded, so I have to wait for long time to use the machines. Although I have highlighted the above negatives to the gym admins, they refused to return the annual fees to me.

Negative experience: Worst experience.. went to freeze membership for 2/3 months for medical reason but they refused to freeze it and asked for doctors written proof! Negative experience: Dirty locker room. Dirty rest room. I didn’t see a water fountain available. Not one clientele that I noticed sanitized the machines after use. It’s truly a gym for crum bums. Not all PFs are like this. This one is just nasty.

Negative experience: Worst experience to cancell membership.. went to cancel 3 days before my membership renewals, but they refused to cancel and was told that my membership would be canceled the following month... and after sending the survey, someone from their end called me and asked what happened. I explained what had happened.. finally, she said sorry and hang up..seriously??? No solution, then why should call me... you guys don't care customers, so bad..

Negative experience: Signed up at your gym which is great!. Will say disappointed at front desk staff. Friend and I standing there so I can signup. Not even acknowledged, one is on computer, other on her phone. Atleast 5-7 min gone by and finally the girl asked if we need something.. Like no I'm just standing here for fun Of course we need help. Honestly poor customer service didn't explain stuff "helped me sign up" I was asking questions about costs and they helped but then just disappeared. The guy was more informative and answered alot of my questions which was great and super nice. But this girl... Y'all need to train your staff about proper customer service. Very unprofessional. You would think they'd be helpful answering questions when a person wants to sign up but honestly this makes me want to cancel your gym.

Negative experience: No judgment zone but big soon to be bold Chinese guy that works there embarrassed me in front of all members because due to a medical condition I passed out at massage machine he call me homeless I don't care I run this gym I'm the boss good luck sleeping in the cold horrible experience I guess this location it's not a judgment free space.
Negative experience: Extremely rude, unprofessional and untrained staff. I have an ongoing incorrect billing issue, their staff have A) no training on how to address client issues B) are unaware of what needs to be told to a client at the time of signing up or cancellation. Absolute trash attitude towards clients and brazen way of talking. If possible, I would give 0 star.

Negative experience: During a recent visit to Planet Fitness Mississauga (1151 Dundas St West), I encountered deeply disappointing behavior from the evening manager, meriting a single-star review. Her confrontational approach, coupled with a power-trip attitude, starkly contrasted the gym's "judgment-free zone" promise, creating a hostile environment. This was exacerbated when my membership was inexplicably cancelled at the Brampton branch (5 Resolution Dr), with staff providing no clear explanation, only vague references to my file. The manager's demeanor—marked by aggressive gestures and a dismissive tone—was not only unprofessional but also publicly humiliating. It's disheartening to witness such an authoritative stance over fostering a welcoming atmosphere, which significantly tainted my experience and has led me to reconsider my continued patronage of this establishment. This feedback, while critical, is shared in the hope of prompting the management to address these issues earnestly, thereby improving the overall customer experience and aligning with the values Planet Fitness professes to uphold.
Negative experience: I would give this gym a -5 star as the are I believe the worst gym in the area as they don’t care about the customers and the hygiene standards as my picture shows as a proof they never clean their washroom and shower area regularly specially in the night time I canceled my membership and the employee asked me why you canceled and I told him poor management and cuz you guys never clean the place and he puts in forms that I moved which is a lie don’t get register here cuz they just care about your dollar not your health and safety and the gym is crowded and busy and machines are broken often

Negative experience: Decent place for people that are new to workout, but the main issue is the lack of maintenance. If a machine, cable, or any equipment breaks, it takes MONTHS to have them fixed. 'Awaiting parts' is definitely not an excuse. I've seen equipment that a simple screwdriver would had it fixed, instead, they just wait...

Negative experience: This gym smells bad!! I don’t recommend it. The front desk people don’t do anything all day, they could be cleaning the machines and the washrooms (always wet) or go around to check if the stuff needs to be replaced. Everyday there is a new machine broken and it takes weeks to be fixed. Not worth the low price.

Positive experience: This is a very nice gym, however I feel there could be more machines as there are times where there is only one of a certain type of machine in the whole gym and then there ends up being a line because everyone wants to use this. Examples include the linear leg press and the pec fly machine. I also think there could be a few more of the smith machines since those are almost always all full. Overall a decent gym just a little over crowded at times

Fantastic experience: Really nice location, more than enough machines and exercise equipment to use. It’s big enough to accommodate a full workout even when it’s busy. Its amenities are very well kept and in good condition as is the fitness equipment and machines. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend joining planet fitness vs GoodLife and sh!t for less.
Negative experience: The staff are often seen chatting amongst each other and on their phones and neglecting the gym. The washroom is left unattended to and is very unclean. The washroom lacked one of the soap dispensers. Trash was spread everywhere in the washroom making it unsightly. Throughout the club the hand sanitizer dispensers are often empty especially the one in the change room. There should be a clean log in the washroom in which an employee comes by hourly to check up on the state of the washrooms and signs off on a log instead of signing onto Tiktok. Management is lacking and the franchise owner/head office should be made aware that the staff are not doing their jobs. They prefer to scroll on their phones and ignore the gym. I know it's Mississauga but still make an effort. I have included pictures. Please make an effort to fill soap and sanitizer dispensers and sweep. You will gain some self respect if you try.

Negative experience: Last week I joined, went there first time with spouse as PF black card member. Wanted to try Hydro Massage and for spouse too. She accompanied me as a guest, reception girl denied her a chance to access Massage service. I thought it’s not fair and asked her to use it instead of me. Few min later she got back saying it turned off by itself. We decided to call it a day, while leaving we mention to same person who was earlier at reception that it stopped working by itself. This girls tells us , she did it on purpose and she made a point that when I told you she is not allowed why did she use it. I was always Goodlife customer, reason i joined Planet was due to guest member access, also friend referred and shared how they used hydro massage between them even guests. Certainly not the experience and rude start i was expecting. At least as a first time courtesy let us use, but stopping it in middle then waiting for us to talk and then let us know was on purpose is not acceptable behavior. Moreover , today since morning I called twice to this location to share my experience with Manager on duty, unfortunately seems very busy to even attend to customer concern. Disappointed ! Looking to cancel membership So below reply Owner is defending his staff , Justifying what your staff did was the right thing, she cannot be polite and waited till it got over and mention first time I would let it happen. You reminded me about policy, its never mention WILL not allow, rather its mentioned may not allow. There is difference in may and will, you leave policy statement at some discretion which is why there are certainly people who gets to use it for themselves and their guest , few like us gets to hear all this. Lastly asked to Reached to Mgmt, are u joking they never bother to even call back after reaching out twice today. Tell me one that that show you value customer experience ?

Positive experience: I went into the gym to inquire about getting a membership. The lady behind the counter was very friendly, informative and helpful. She explained to me what was included with each membership type what the gym had to offer and how to signup online. She also let me know about the refer a friend promotion. I called my friend whom already had a membership and signed up the same day. The gym was bright, clean and the equipment well taken care of.

Negative experience: I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and wants to cancel the membership due to moving. I called the club and store manager told me I need come in club or mail a letter to cancel, they cannot cancel through the phone or email. I cannot believe they has such policy in 21st Century.

Negative experience: I called 1151 dundas st. west location to get the details so that I could join the club, but the associate who picked up the phone not greet me back, when I said hi how r u doing ? instead she just hung up on me. now I wonder what kind of management is operating there. Positive experience: Great price-quality-service. Machines are new, great condition and cover all muscle groups. The gym is about 15-25% capacity, so very relaxed, no need to wait or share machines, weights or benches. Gym is kept clean. Tanning rooms and massage chairs could be cleaner. Overall great gym!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time back in well over a year, since then they have upgraded all the cardio machines and added new free weights. The gym was clean and the cleaning stations were stocked. It was nice to be back.

Positive experience: Spacious gym with friendly staff but always fully packed. Some of the machines are broken or about to break. No enough benches… if you are serious about your fitness, you are better of finding another gym as this particular location is more of a social club

Positive experience: Overall, it was as expected. The gym can be overcrowded during busy hours, but if you visit early in the morning or mid-day, the crowd is more manageable. The equipment selection is decent and caters to most people's needs. Considering the price, it's pretty good value for money. Currently, it's my preferred gym.

Negative experience: I’m not sure how people are rating this place for cleanliness… I’ve been coming here for three years and lately it’s been sooooo dirty. The showers and the bathroom stalls especially. I have some photos that I think show mould? Then today, im walking over to the shower and I felt drips of water fall on my shoulders. I look up and there’s a leak. Staff are nice and quiet but cleanliness needs a definite upgrade please.

Fantastic experience: Massive place, clean rooms and equipment, tons of cardio equipment (treadmills, stairmasters), huge rows of dumbbells, plenty of machines and some EZ bars. All for an insanely low price!

Fantastic experience: Planet Fitness is a great gym with a welcoming and non-judgmental atmosphere. It tends to get busy from Monday to Thursday, but it is less crowded from Fridays to Sundays. They have plenty of treadmills, although the weightlifting area can be a bit small on weekdays due to high demand. Overall, it's a solid choice for anyone looking for a positive gym experience.

Positive experience: Decent gym, lots of equipment that could use better spacing.The staff are friendly and do a good job - the members however...ooof. I don't know what it is about the morning crowd, but 1/10 people return their weights properly and even less wipe down their equipment after use. It's pretty gross how oblivious they are.

Negative experience: The woman at the front desk was terrible. my mom passed a few months ago and so i’m on her membership and the woman at the front YELLED at us to get out. (she had curly hair and was quite big herself) and i do NOT appreciate her attitude towards me. she’s acted extremely entitled and i do not think a person like her should be working at the gym. If i ever come back and see her face there, i will take legal action.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym January of this year and I must say it quite nice here .but my biggest motivation comes from the trainer Kelly Kassia.she is such a hard dedicated worker,always greet you with a smile.she is very intrumental to so many patrons at this gym including myself.she goes above and beyond to make sure your doing the right exercises to what it is your trying to achieve.i join her classes a few times and feel like I got a complete workout.shes exceptional.

Positive experience: Surprisingly good. There's a stigma surrounding Planet Fitness: annoying members doing odd workouts, very strict rules, the obnoxious lunk alarm ringing every so often - but honestly, this location has none of that. The people there are mostly easy going and nice. The rules are not strict, I see and hear people grunt and slam weights but I have never heard the lunk alarm go off in 4 months of working out here. I'm pretty sure if you're being very disruptive they'll speak to you, but that's their job. It's also very clean and generally well maintained. All in all, pretty good.

Location dundas ( westdale mall ) There is one girl i don't know her name but she put a flowers on her hair soooo rude and not nice ever ,, Her manner of speaking to people is very ugly and she speaks condescendingly i believe she have to use the flowers on her tongue not on hair she is not nice , i hope you guys to teach her how to deal with people ..

Negative experience: First I asked 6 months ago to cancel the membership and they did not by saying u can hold it and gave false informations. I went agian to cancel it and they again tricked me that uou can freeze it for unlimited time so i agreed and im being charged agian after 2 months. They won't refund these charges. Thieves. Horrible to do business with. Dishonest, don't let them at your bank account. Had to yet again try to cancel. Again, they are thieves.

Negative experience: Very poor front desk service. Questions not answered and very disrespectful and unprofesional attitude from one of the young ladies when I was struggling to find the bank info. I had to walk myself to see the place. When they passed me the iPad to fill out the form, the information from a previous client was to my view. I felt like my privacy was at risk considering what I saw. I was ready to start working out instead I ended up frustrated and left.

Fantastic experience: It's good to be here. I am a new member and spent around a week in this one and I can say it's clean and close to transit. The gym is not crowded and you can easily check that by using the crowd meter on the PF app. The one downside is that they don't have a platform for deadlifts and you can do only on the smith machine.

Negative experience: They don't care if you get robbed. My husband and I go to this gym and someone broke into our LOCKED locker and stole money from his wallet. We noticed after leaving the gym. We called the front desk and they confirmed there has been an issue with lockers being broken into. They asked for our number and said the manager will call. We went in the next few days and they kept telling us the manager will call. The managers never bothered to pick up the phone! We understand things happen, but all we wanted was to speak to someone and discuss what are they doing about this situation? If it's a known fact that they have ppl robbing their clients, the least they can do is call their client back, and to be proactive in preventing or minimize this kind of crime from happening on their property. To ignore the issue is irresponsible. Yes it's clean, yes it has decent equipment, but its unfortunate that they don't care about the safety of their clients.

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership at planet fitness years ago, unfortunately I’m not a person that checks my bank statement ever. I learned my lesson the hard way. I was getting charged by planet fitness for the past 6+ years after canceling and of course without going once since I canceled. I went to the gym last week and I was told there is no proof I cancelled more than 6 years ago. $2000 out of pocket without using that gym and a cancelled membership.

Negative experience: Stay away if you’re considering joining this garbage gym, they are liars and thieves! I canceled my membership and they continued to charge me. When I went to dispute it in person, the workers claimed I never signed anything to cancel my membership and made it seem like this was all my fault? Looking at the reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who has this problem and when I brought up the reviews to them, they proceeded to call them fake and that the people who wrote them are liars. I believe they purposely delete proof of cancelation from peoples files to make it seem like you’re still a member so they have an excuse to keep charging you. Everyone I know who has a membership here are shocked at this gyms actions and will be canceling their memberships asap

Positive experience: It's open 24/7 and it's inexpensive; inside is also pretty clean. Non-offensive music is played, staff are friendly, parking is fine, and it's usually kept pretty clean. There's paper towels to wipe things down and hand sanitizers. There's one of those 30-minute speed workout areas, but with one of each machine, slow people can't get skipped, so you'll need to rely on the staff to monitor people are using it right. While it's a pretty decent gym for the price, the downside is that they seem to intentionally make this place a miserable experience for anyone trying to use free-weights. Very few free weights in a small space, relative to the demand for them during normal hours. Even the weight stations are hard to access during peak hours; just not enough of them given the number of members. If you're tolerant, and don't mind being close to other people, you can make it work though. Where this location excels though is if you only like using ellipticals or treadmills; there's just so many of them that even during peak-hours you can usually get a spot without much or any wait. I use this gym as an after-hours location though, so often the middle of the night -- there's still people there of course, but I can actually get a real workout in without feeling frustrated by the end of it.
Fantastic experience: I've found the team in this PF very pleasant and helpful. It's a good gym if you just want to get in work out and go. Cleanliness is huge for me, so it's good on that front. Well done to every Planet fitness team member and special shout out to Tatiana & Christia for always being exceptional.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming here for a few years now and I’m really happy. It’s a basic gym but they have everything you need! It is really affordable, staff is always friendly and it’s super clean! Can get a little busy at peak times, but you’re always able to have a good workout! Will keep going to this gym!

Negative experience: I was charged a yearly renewal fee during Covid lockdown and would not be refunded after trying to cancel the membership the following day. They also paused monthly fees due to lockdown but then resumed without any notification. After getting the run around, spoke to management and had a horrible customer service experience. After reading previous reviews it seems like this is typical.

Positive experience: The staff are generally friendly and greet you at the reception. Equipments are plenty but a bit old. The areas are always clean. I usually use the gym in early mornings or weekend afternoons. The parking lot needs repair, and I don't know if lighting is good at night. There is a pedestrian crosswalk from the parking lot to the gym entrance, but the painting is gone, and cars don't always stop or yield even when you are on the crosswalk.

Negative experience: Watch out for ongoing charges after cancellation. While I was in person cancelling for the second time, another person came in asking to cancel. Claims he's had a year of charges after cancellation. Two people within minutes cancel AGAIN, after being charged unknowingly for a year. Shame on this establishment, no wonder it's a cheap membership, they continue to charge ex members yearly. Legal scammers!

Negative experience: Gym quality was okay. They don't have all the typical items you would expect in a gym like a squat rank or a proper bench rack. Service quality was poor and the customer service was not good. Watch out for the hidden fees they charge even if you use their services for a short time. I was charged an annual fee, but only had my membership for 3 months.

Positive experience: Very good fitness center, happy to have one so close to home. Mostly kept clean, many machines so you rarely have to wait for one. However it would be nice if they would expand the free weight section in favour of some of the cardio machines; the most I've ever seen is 50% of the cardio machines being used, while the dumbbell section is reliably overcrowded at all times except when the gym is almost empty as a whole at like 3am.
