Fantastic experience: Eventhough I don't see Luke in person and do all the workout remotely, I feel like I always get great feedback from Luke. He actually listen to what I was looking for and expecting in terms of working out. Thus the program is truly tailored to my needs. The App is easy to use. The videos to explain the exercises are clear and concise. Highly recommend using his services for your workout need.

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to receive 3 free sessions personally training programs on how to properly exercise and lift weights. Kyle was an amazing instructor, very knowledgeable and calm when giving instructions. He provides excellent explanations about exercises and how to improve your form & technique. I highly recommend this program to anyone who’s willing to acquire knowledge on how to properly exercise in the Gym, lift weights, and stretching, and it’s ABSOLUTELY FREE, with 3 free pass at Gym.

Fantastic experience: I completed 3 sessions of free personal training with Kyle at Evolve South, and I highly recommend the experience. The gym can be intimidating for newbies and the sessions made me feel more comfortable with using the equipment and weights. Fantastic experience: I am an older woman (over 60), and I wanted to add strength training to my fitness routine. All the equipment in a gym can be a bit intimidating. Free weights and all the possibilities of use can be a daunting task for the uninformed. Hence, I decided to find a personal trainer for the guidance, experience, and expertise a trainer can provide. I wanted a program that could help me gradually increase my overall strength. Shift to Strength provided me with all I needed and then some! Kyle is an excellent coach. He listened to my needs and my concerns. Kyle came up with programs that allowed me to see what I was capable of doing. I impressed myself! I also have to mention the training app I have access to use. My daily schedule is on it. I follow along, and it provides me with the exercises, the reps, timers for the rest periods, and tracking. I can see my progress. The videos are a great tool and easy to follow. Communication between Kyle and me was easy. He could monitor my accomplishments, and Kyle commented or answered questions in a timely manner. It was encouraging! All in all, it was the best investment I made in myself in a long time!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely delighted to have Luke as a trainer. In fact, If you asked me a year ago whether I'd ever do online training, my answer would be a hard no. However, when I started following Luke on Instagram, I found his content to be informative and helpful on all levels including but not limited to mobility, exercises, and diet. I personally was struggling with gaining weight. For this reason, I reached out to Luke who diligently set a program to attain my goals. Undeniably, the journey has been pleasant: I have had timely responses to my many questions, regular feedback on my progress, and unwavering motivation. Luke has been flexible as he changed some exercises to meet my needs without affecting the end goal. In addition to his knowledge, Luke is a great person to deal with, he is very professional. Fantastic experience: Luke has been great to work with as trainer, even in a virtual/remote capacity. Fantastic experience: Everyday I am so happy that I reached out to Luke to help me loose weight and gain muscle. In just a little over 2 months Luke has helped me loose over 13 pounds with his professional advice and support and I am looking forward to many more months ahead! I’ve never liked working out or felt really comfortable in a gym but having pre-scheduled sessions to meet Luke at the gym holds me accountable and I feel a lot more confident now. Luke makes it enjoyable by encouraging me and coaching me to improve and I actually look forward to working out now. Fantastic experience: First and foremost, Luke was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness. He took the time to understand my goals, my fitness level, and my health history before designing a custom workout plan tailored to my specific needs. Additionally, Luke was extremely attentive during our workouts. Fantastic experience: I hired Luke seven weeks ago to help me with fat loss, strength, and conditioning. His online approach is an excellent and affordable alternative to in-person coaching, and it allows me to get the most benefit possible from the equipment I already have at home. With nothing more than a bench, stationary bike and two adjustable dumbbells I've lost almost 20 pounds, have more energy and feel better overall. Luke designed three customized workout programs for me, and monitors my calorie and macro intake daily, as well as weekly video meetings. He's been very flexible working with my physical limitations, is excellent at motivation and positive reinforcement, and seems to have a personal interest in my success. I highly recommend this system and this trainer.

Fantastic experience: Luke is great! I have been seeing him since June 2022. I tore my ACL in Jan. 2022 and my goal was to start a prehab program to strengthen my knee. He made me a customized workout and adjusted the workout every few weeks (not the same boring routine). The workouts made me feel stronger, built my self confidence and helped me with letting go my mental barriers on what I couldn’t do with my injured knee. He’s positive and motivational. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Luke had the best timing. I had been thinking about getting a PT for a bit, but wasn't sure how to go about choosing one as there are a number that work out of both gym locations I go to. Luke happened to reach out to me on IG, introducing himself, so happy he did. I have been working with him for about a month now, meeting with him in person 2 times a week plus completing workouts he schedules on the app for the other days. Don't let his cuteness fool you, he is mean...just kidding, he is the sweetest guy but sure does push you. The workouts consist of the basic but extremely effective exercises. I have progressed so much in a month, lifting heavier each session (he likes to sneak extra weight), more energy, eating better, and of course reshaping my body which is the added bonus. Love how I am gaining strength, he pushes me even after my exhausting night shifts and I love the accountability, he checks in almost daily. Just a great guy, extremely knowledgeable, if you are considering a personal trainer I highly recommend Luke.

I was only able to make it into the gym with Luke 2x/week but he knew exactly when to encourage me and push me harder. Fantastic experience: I came to Luke with a two-month time frame, a few goals, and almost no background experience in strength training. He took the time to understand all of my objectives, which included improving my confidence and posture, losing weight, toning muscle, and developing healthier eating habits. Factoring in my commitment level, motivation, and personal challenges, Luke built a comprehensive exercise and nutrition program and walked me through every step of integrating it into my daily life. Throughout our two months together, he provided flexible scheduling and made himself available for questions and feedback throughout the day. Regular check ins throughout the week keep me in check, and I’m already starting to see some results. Definitely recommend!
Fantastic experience: I had an injury with my a torn rotator cuff that I was struggling with for monthst. I went to Luke for help and he recommended mobility and recovery exercises that helped get back to normal. He instruced me to go see a physiotherapist as well which helped with the diagnoses. His mentorship helped made a huge difference with my fitness routine. He always checks up on me and he genuinely cares about his work and clients. He is a very dedicated passionate person and easy to work with.
Fantastic experience: I’m in my 50’s and was nervous about re-entering a gym after so many years. Luke has made it very comfortable for me and is helping me work on areas specific to my body’s needs. I like that his work outs are not generic, they are specific and tailored to each of his clients’ needs. Luke is very professional, knowledgeable, encouraging and a gentleman! Fantastic experience: Big Shoutout to Luke for my progress. There was a time where gym for me was a time pass, I start and I come back maybe a week or month. No consistency no form, no proper diet and knowledge regarding nutrition. Thank fully that changed after I took his program, I got a rough understanding for my weak spots when I do certain exercises and he explains why it's happening with certified studies. Biggest key reasons for me was consistency, sleep and mainly Diet. He gave me a rough idea on certain fat and calorie I should control, and I recently started relying on my own by cooking meat. Long was to go in terms of cooking, but it's a start. Overall my routine has been improved a lot. He is a good communicator, supportive and always did a follow up on me often with the running and diet. Before I can barely lift properly. As of now I can lift way more than I usually do, comfortably and consistently. I will highly recommend this program.
Fantastic experience: Working with Luke at Shift to Strength has been a fantastic experience. He went above and beyond for me as a client and has a ton of knowledge on fitness. From the time we set goals at my first session he worked hard to provide a plan and made sure I stayed on track. After training with Luke for 6 months I’ve seen huge improvements in my strength, endurance, mobility, and major decrease decrease in my sport related pain. Whether it be coming up with new movements, checking your form, or providing motivation Luke is your guy!
Fantastic experience: Luke was great, explored what my goals were and even tailored personalized workouts to accomplish these goals. I was training for a powerlifting event and consulted with Luke regarding my training routine and he was great. Ran me through some high intensity workouts and it was awesome having such a supportive and knowledgeable trainer. Would recommend.
Fantastic experience: Luke made everything fun when I began training with him! I suffer with bad lower back injuries for a long time and always made sure I was being safe when lifting! He became more of a good buddy at the same time and was super encouraging!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Luke and Shift to Strength for the past two months and I truly cannot say enough great things about my experience. From being so approachable to consistently taking time to check-in, I’m always comfortable with the wide variety of exercises we do, and even get to know the research behind why we do what we do. I’ve worked with other trainers in the past and I have to say I’m blown away by the results I’ve had so far!
