Fantastic experience: Such a welcoming environment! All the trainers and fellow gym go-ers are so supportive and encouraging. Everyone does their own thing but still pushes you to do your best! Joining this gym and choosing to commit to crossfit was the best decision I have ever made!

I also love how all the workouts can be modified so everyone can do them! I can’t say enough about this place!

Also, the new facility is incredible... beautiful and clean with everything you could ever want for a CrossFit gym.
