Fantastic experience: I've been a client with Shelburne Physio for approximately a year now. My first interaction was for rehabilitation from a work related injury and the team was great! Once in a better place physically, I was so impressed with the treatment and care I received that I decided to stay. I am now a regular fitness client and highly recommend Luke as a personal trainer. He's incredibly knowledgeable, focused, and personable. I've seen great improvement in my mental and physical health under his training and am extremely excited for the new year!

Negative experience: have been sent here for three different conditions ,for the first two i had no improvement and as for the third i actually returned home and still remain in a far worse condition than before i received treatment,do yourself a favor and search for help elsewhere.

Unfortunately, our therapist is only one person and he cannot see all the people that need Physiotherapy. Sometimes we have to prioritize our referrals to urgent cases such as those who are post-surgical. Currently, our wait list is shorter, please call to rebook.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible. The receptionist was the worst I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional and very rude. I will definitely not ever be calling there or going there again.

The owner was unaware of this encounter until today. Are you may not be aware, their are 3 similiarly named businesses in Canada. Ours in Nova Scotia, one in Shelbourne, Ontario, and the third in British Columbia. Sorry for this, and I hope we can improve if you experienced this at our clinic in Nova Scotia.
