Fantastic experience: As an adaptive athlete, I've always been looking for fun and innovative ways to train. I know that I can do a lot, but I also know my limitations, and need spaces that allow me to still challenge myself fully. And MY GOSH has this crossfit gym allowed to do that. Coaches were EXCITED to provide alternatives for me, and always there to adapt their content so I can participate. I've been pushing myself more than ever, and after 2 months, can't believe the progress. Monthly access isn't cheap, but honestly, worth every penny.

Positive experience: I note here the experience of only one session, it was free. A great introduction and a good introduction to the coach’s game. The expertise was there. To prevent instead of to cure, we explain the how and the why by making links ... In my opinion, perhaps a little too much at the expense of action. Upon arrival, we are told there will be a short training session. I was disappointed and had trouble with this idea which was probably necessary. The organization was poor, the timing of the session was not ideal. Thanks for the experience.
