Fantastic experience: Great place for someone like me that is not in shape but with the help of the trainers can learn to scale down some of the exercises. It is almost like having a personal trainer at all times when you come. Nathalie is a great trainer that helps a lot to keep me motivated, which is no small task.

Fantastic experience: I loved doing crossfit this fall-winter-spring! This is definitely beneficial for my practice of endurocross Fmsq this summer. Thanks to the very nice coaches and especially to Coach Dave who I saw more often in the late night sessions.
