No mirrors , and nobody on their phones occupying machines . All ages and levels of fitness . Excellent beginner/foundational and advanced coaching. That’s one half ; the other is the amazing group vibe and encouragement you receive from this great pack of CrossFit members . Like no other CrossFit. Instead of joining a gym ..join a community and see results . See you at the bar …You’ll get that one later .

Fantastic experience: Great place for someone like me that is not in shape but with the help of the trainers can learn to scale down some of the exercises. It is almost like having a personal trainer at all times when you come. Nathalie is a great trainer that helps a lot to keep me motivated, which is no small task.

Fantastic experience: J’ai adoré faire du crossfit cet automne- hiver-printemps.! C’est nettement bénéfique pour la pratique de mon sport d’endurocross Fmsq cet été. Merci aux coachs très sympa et particulièrement à coach Dave que j’ai vu plus souvent dans les sessions de fin de soirée .
