Fantastic experience: Fantastic atmosphere! Great place to get your sweat on without judgement. The coaches are knowledgeable and take the time to make sure your doing the movements correctly I have MS and they have been very supportive, take the time to understand my limitations but push me to do the best I can!

Fantastic experience: Such a great environment for a work out like no other! I love starting my mornings with a good workout, it helps me gain clarity as I push past my limits and jump start my day. Couchiching CrossFit is a Great place for this. Uplifting people with like-minded goals, many friends made over the years. They just help to make the workout that much better and easier to bear. Love finishing my workout and then breaking out into a full on flop sweat, just makes me feel amazing! If you’re contemplating on trying it or on the fence, maybe a little scared, I would say just jump, it’s the first step that’s always the scariest! You won’t regret it!
