Fantastic experience: I never thought I would be the kind of person who goes to a gym…then I found Kvell and everything changed. To say that it’s just a gym wouldn’t be doing it justice! It is so much more…it’s friends, family and my happy place! The coaches are truly amazing people and create an atmosphere where you are challenged positively beyond anything you ever thought you were capable of. They personalize your routine, understanding your strengths and weaknesses to ensure you are continually stretched in both keeping the routines interesting and fun as well as complexity. This is not a gym that is about you requiring to purchase expensive equipment…these are customized routines that can be done in your basement, backyard, etc. I have never felt better in my life given their approach is holistic wellness including nutrition and exercise.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Kvell is an amazing community of encouraging and supportive people. I look at the WODs the night before and think I won't get through this one but with the amazing coaching I always do! I leave feeling good about myself. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and help you set attainable goals whether it's to be fit or to compete...they are all in! I've been privileged to work with these trainers for 6 years and can't imagine being anywhere else. It's not just a gym...it's a community that cares about your physical and whole well being.

Fantastic experience: Great Atmosphere. Great people. Very knowledgeable coaches who are very caring, very supportive and is always there to lend a helping hand. I look forward to my workouts even at 6 am because of these amazing coaches and the I know the wod will always be challenging (even if that means cursing throughout the workout lol). It is very rewarding when completed. I have met so many great friends who have now become part of my family and are very supportive through the good and the bad times. I wish I there was more stars to give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: A gym experience like no other! Extremely knowledgeable and professional coaches who are there to individually help each person. They listen to what you need and help you to achieve it regardless of fitness level. This place has become family to me, somewhere I want to be and miss it when I can’t make it. I moved away a year ago and still drive the distance because I want to be here. An atmosphere where everyone is welcome and all are included. So happy to have found this place! Sandra Puterman
