Positive experience: Hydrathletics is an interesting place with a lot going on. The benefits they have over most are their aquatic therapy. With that said, there also is this misinformation piece that seems to be constant there, about benefits and veteran benefits that end up causing problems for the individuals receiving care there. As in, "you can have 40 sessions pre approved even without a progress report. (Not true, not even a little bit you only have so many sessions a year) recommendations can be made to extend in worst-case scenarios. However, telling patients right off the hop that this is allowed and that's what they do normally is not ok. I am also not a huge fan of the constant upselling of their offerings within their building. (If you are approved for one thing, that does not mean you are approved for everything, so trying to convince patience to do this and the other thing above what they were sent for. Puts the patients in a hard place with the benefit people that pay for said sessions.) Now are the people there nice? Yes, they are friendly. I have not met a person yet that has been rude. Do I think they are a bad place to get these treatments? Not at all. I am just stating a couple of things I wasn't fond of. That does not mean it is not a good place to go. There are some really good people at Hydra. Just some minor issues they need to sort out.

Fantastic experience: Amazing. The owner is very knowledgeable and was able to help me manage and overcome the injuries and a lot of the disabilities I suffered from my accident.

Negative experience: Hydro athletics is not removing members based on status. Time to remove all government funding to stop discrumination.

Fantastic experience: I am new to kinesiology..physio...etc... the crew at Hydra are game changers... I am physically starting to do things that I haven't been able to do in yrs.... the pools work wonders.... very clean/ spotless facility.... highly recommend you check it out...

Fantastic experience: Wonderful knowledgeable and caring staff...exceptional physio and massage...the only available hydro treadmills outside of professional sports teams and even a functional gym...from a guy who is working his way through knee and hip replacements it has added years to my life and physical fitness.

Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome, from the physiotherapy to the massage therapy, if it wasn't for this place I wouldn't be on my feet.

Fantastic experience: I came into the area after retiring from the military, I was in bad shape. I started working with the professionals at hydrathletics and a year later I am doing much better than I ever thought possible. I am very grateful I was able to become a patient.

I have been going here for 5-6years now for my chronic conditions and without this place I am really not sure where I would be today physically or emotionally. I use the pool twice a week for hydrotherapy as well as see Madison for facial stretching as well as see John Wilkie regularly for muscle knots and joint issues. John is extremely knowledgable and even more capable of relieveing pain caused by these muscle and joint issues. Joe, the owner, has also done everything in his power to ensure I recieve the treatment I need in a timely manner wihout barriers of any kind. They are all extremely supportive and understanding whether you are having a great day or are struggling to manage your conditions. Again, I am not sure what I would have done without these guys on my side on this path of life. Thank you all for everything you all continue to do!
