The apprehension I felt prior to my first session quickly faded with the help of SUPERIOR coaching and exercise routines geared to a healthier lifestyle in my 70’s. Your coaches are very knowledgeable in overall health and exercise; they are enthusiastic, personable, caring, and encouraging.
