Fantastic experience: Excellent facility, a real gem for the community and the region. There is also a YMCA here with wonderful staff who are lovely and courteous. Tons of free parking, a cafe on site and easy to get to.

Fantastic experience: My cousin and I visited this place to use the indoor walking area. We did 10 laps and also got to view a partial hockey game.

Negative experience: The vending machine scammed me and didn't give me my money or drink. The customer service didn't give me my money back.

Fantastic experience: Visited during the 2024 solar eclipse. While there was unfortunate cloud cover, there were many activities for the family. We saw some sun during the event and then watched as the Moon's shadow moved over us and turned day into night.

Fantastic experience: Once in a while, when my mother and I come to the Vale Health & Wellness Centre, We see Damon play hockey for the Welland Tigers vs. the Port Colborne Sailors.

Fantastic experience: Very nice place, has the YMCA and two hockey rinks in the building and soccer fields. Also two pokemon go gyms and several pokestops here too.

Positive experience: For the $3 fee to play shinny hockey for 75 minutes, well worth it just for the exercise in the trying to get back to normal, almost post Covid19 world. The ice was good, rooms were big, 2 goalies is always nice to see in shinny and 3 times a week. I think I will be returning.

Negative experience: Would not let me in with a valid vaccine reciept despite Service Ontario listing that QR codes are not required and that valid vaccine reciepts are still to be accepted. This is unexcusable. I will be contacting my MPP and this facility should be embarrased to be discriminatory toward people who legally choose to not be tagged with a barcode like a head of cattle.

Positive experience: If you are lucky to be playing/watching Hockey in rink 1, it has lots of seating that is fairly comfortable and is comfortably warm. I recommend the upper level seating to watch the game and rink 2, well there is minimal seating and it is cold so dress warm.
