Crunch Fitness - Welland

Fantastic experience: Absolutely blown away by the kindness shown as I waited outside Crunch in the shade, one of the employees came out and offered me water for my dog I had some with me, so we were ok, but what a kind gesture to make!!

Fantastic experience: I have to send a great big thank you out to young man who walked me to my car today. I was in a panic mode cause some guy was going from car to car and I would not leave that gym until I knew I was safe . Thank you very much for doing that and keeping me safe and from my panic to really set in . Also I would like to thank Jason Tasha (my cuz) and Joe for being there when I needed help 2 weeks ago. Your thoughtful doesn’t go unnoticed everytime I walk into that gym. Thanks for all the help

Fantastic experience: The best gym ever

Positive experience: The gym equipment for sure needs some updating as well as more machines. It gets quite busy and hard to do a workout when all the machines are always taken. So far the staff has all been pretty great (with the exception of one young lady who was a little odd and short with us when we were asking questions) Unfortunately they have permanently closed the kids Crunch. Which absolutely sucks as that is one of the main reasons my friend and I signed up at Crunch. Now the only gym I know of that caters to parents is World Gym in St. Catharines. I'm really really hoping they decide to still have a kids option as it is needed for some people.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just started training there. Price is unbeatable. Space is surprisingly nice. Equipment is excellent and, in covid time, it matters to say that it is super clean and spacious. I’ve never needed to train too close of someone else. At this point it’s definitely 5 stars to me.

Fantastic experience: Signed up to this gym over a year ago and everyone is super nice, minus one of the guys. I asked him a question and he answered very rudely but when I see him talking with women he is laughing smiling so friendly and upbeat. I’m glad I wasn’t paired with him as my trainer. Lots of equipment Lots of extra classes Free massage tables Free tanning Big change rooms and awesome maintenance staff. Most equipment is always open, there is usually a few closed due to operation issues. Front counter staff always happy and smiling. Over all my favourite gym I’ve ever been a part of.

Fantastic experience: Only my second week but I mean the value of this place is off the charts. I used to be a very regimented gym patron, and this place checks all the boxes and for he lowest price in the Niagara Region. I recommend.

Fantastic experience: This isn’t about the gym or the equipment (I’m happy with both). This is about the manager that works there. I’m not sure what his name is but he’s super friendly. He greets every individual as they walk in and as they leave and he will even walk around the gym and say hi to people. This might sound like a small thing but I feel like he sets a positive tone for the customers and the employees who work there.

Fantastic experience: Crunch fitness is everything you can expect out of a regular gym so far my experience is what I can expect it to be. Staff is great and very helpful. Members need to step it up a notch I'm going mostly at night and I'm noticing that alot of members are not putting away equipment after they are finished with it. Causing staff to work extra hard to clean up your mess. Crunch fitness is not your 2nd mother you have membership access not douchebag access.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, instructors like Lori and Jesse who will get you moving with their HIIT classes Lauren and Jennifer will with their various classes are the best. If you're looking for a PT, I recommend Curtis; but don't take my word for it. Come in and see for yourself!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been going for a month and we love it. Lots of options although we are mostly focusing on cardio and the full body circuit Very clean and super friendly staff. We bring our 2 year old to the crunch kids and couldn’t be happier with them. Our son loves going and gets excited when we walk in the door.

Fantastic experience: Can't beat the $10 a month membership. A plethora of equipment, including TRX's, sled pushing, punching bags, medicine balls, and 4 power lifting stations. Some of the machines are cheap quality but they get replaced regularly. Change rooms need more attention, but overall a great facility!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym, it is so close to my home, it is convenient, open 24 hours, I never have to wait for any of the cardio equipment, there are tons of machines. I absolutely love the 30 minute weight Stations for an overall full body workout.

Fantastic experience: Crunch is an awesome gym. Their staff is awesome friendly. If you are a novice to gyms like I am everyone on the staff is friendly and assist you without hesitation or getting down on you if you don’t know something. Their membership costs I find to be very competitive with other gyms maybe even better then other gyms. I highly recommend Crunch Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I have belonged to galaxy 2000 & topdawgs & for $15 a month you just CANNOT go wrong with crunch they are comparable with both of those gyms, in fact the equipment is very modern & up to date.....its clean & i think the change rooms are very well done! The only real complaint i have is there are not enough sanitizing stations near the machines, & as far as "crackhead" looking employees, are you kidding me? That just sounds like a personal attack on this person your refering to! Even if it doesnt last past 2020 i will enjoy it while i can!

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere! Has everything you need in a gym and the staff is very helpful and out going! :) kassandra and celina who work in kids crunch are outstanding employees. They really care about the work place and the kids they takes in. Definitely would recommend Crunch fitness to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I looked through some other reviews on here and I honestly don’t know where some of the negative comments are coming from. It’s clean and has a ton of equipment. What more can you ask for? I love the place.
