Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and fantastic supportive staff. I love coming here because the exercises are always changing and always keeping my body guessing. I've noticed a lot of progress in only a few weeks. I look forward to seeing how much my body can achieve. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had an FST session with Alyssa at Natural Motion. I suffer from chronic back pain and since my appointment I have never felt better. I no longer experience any pain throughout the day. Oh and I can also touch my toes now!!!

Fantastic experience: Jen Grant is absolutely amazing. It took convincing from a co-worker and a good friend to try yoga and I am so glad that I did. I signed up for the Beginner Yoga and Jen took the time to explain the foundation of yoga as well as all the positions and benefits from each. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Natural Motion a little over a month and a half now attending Strong and Bootcamp classes taught by Sarah. I've tried many different types of fitness classes in the past but none compare to the work out I get from Strong. It is a challenging but rewarding class which had already helped me tone and improve my strength. Sarah is an amazing instructor whose energy and personality makes her classes very enjoyable. Owners Alyssa and Garry are also great and very helpful if you need some words of advise or even just some support and encouragement.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been stretched by Alyssa a couple of times now, and I cannot wait to go back! Alyssa has really helped me with my shoulder injury and also my general range of motion. Every time I come back from an FST stretch I just feel better. To me I prefer it over a massage, as I feel more relaxed (Which is weird) and would recommend it to anyone experiencing an area of pain or just trying to reach their toes!
