3 years ago Fantastic experience: It's definitely not a gym for the weak hearted but they do work with all types of levels. I just started there and am horrible compared to everyone else but they adjust the movements or weight so that I am able to participate. Very inclusive and never make you feel like a pain. All the coaches are great.
