Fantastic experience: One Family Fitness led by Dino and Kyla is exceptional. I joined in Jan 2023 looking for an experienced coach to assist me in competing in natural mens physique competitions. Dino has been a tremendous coach for me. While I have been training for decades on my own, Dino opened my eyes to new training methods to increase strength and flexibilty plus all of the essentials for competing in mens physique. That included ZERO prior experience with posing or competition dieting. As a result I've since won or medaled in a number of mens physique competitions at the Masters and Grandmaster level. Coach Dino, Kyla, Tony, and others have obtained excellent results for their clients in both bodybuilding and powerlifting and there is a sense of community at One Family that doesnt exist at big box gyms. I am very impressed with how they handle all of their clients but especially those aged 40+ at all fitness levels with a focus on function and maintaining / improving muscle mass with aging. One Family is a credit to the Winnipeg fitness community.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience doing one on one sessions with Dino. He's the freaking "the Posing Whisperer" I've been competing for a few years and hold three Pro Cards across two different Bodybuilding Federations. We started working together one on one earlier this year and I can honestly say my posing improved not just a little, but exponentially. Dino knew how to get me to try, tweak and move or do something to best showcase my body composition the best. He's got a phenomenal critical eye and helped me showcase my best features. We recorded every session so I could watch it on playback which was super helpful. Fantastic experience: Where do I start? This gym has had a huge impact on our lives. We joined together as a family of 4 with my 14-year-old daughter giving us the nudge. We visited about 6 gyms before we made the decision to make One Family Fitness our home. With the help of Dino and Kyla and frankly with all gym members and trainers because everyone supports each other and really makes it a comfortable safe space. I was of the mindset of “I don’t do gyms” to now saying “I want to go” and I’m 100% certain it’s the atmosphere at One Family Fitness that has changed my view! Our family is still going strong 8 months in and counting. My blood work is finally normal. Dino is so knowledgeable, supportive and who knows...maybe one day I will say yes to a competition?

Fantastic experience: As a decades long cardio junkie, I reluctantly wanted to add some strength training to my fitness routine, knowing the health benefits. I started training with Kyla at One Family Fitness about 5 months ago and I am now stronger and I actually enjoy strength training (something I never thought I would say). I really enjoy the structured program and accountability that Kyla provides. I have enjoyed watching my strength increase and I like the small community feel of the centre (versus a big box gym). Though I will never give up my cardio, I also don't think I will ever give up my strength training now that I have had such a great introduction to it through One Family Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Awesome facility and super friendly staff. Being open 24hrs is great for people who are newer in fitness, not a lot of people there at certain times which is great for people who are not as comfortable in crowded gyms!

Fantastic experience: Dino and Kyla are very welcoming and informative. We brought our kids so we could see the space and they immediately took to the playroom. This is a great gym for parents, especially those with little ones. The gym is small but still very spacious and not overcrowded. I'm super happy to now be part of this gym!

Negative experience: Went to meet with Dino about training. First the gym isn't very well equipped and very small . I found him to be arrogant . Left and went to Dakota gym ,which is cheaper, nicer, and huge. No thanks.

Many members having been coming here for a long time which really shows how important the gym focuses on fostering long term healthy members. I train with Sarah and this woman is a god sent. Other trainer and the owner are super welcoming and knowledgeable about fitness. There really is something for everyone even if you want to come in lift and leave. Their 24/7 access with a super affordable monthly rate is a major ++. I have recommended them to friends and and family and will continue to.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member in other "chain" gyms and they all have a cold feeling that left me without much desire or motivation to continue going. At One Family Fitness, it's a warm, clean and friendly environment. Everyone there, both staff and members are welcoming and there with the goal to support each other. Lots of great equipment, more focused on weights and benches, but still have the necessary bands, mats, kettlebells, medicine balls, cycles, treadmills and fitness machines. Easily able to do all the workouts I need. Very happy I've made the change!

Negative experience: Sure had no problem taking money from everyone on Go Fund me during time when their business was closed. Now those who supported Dino's business and donated are considered second class citizens bcs of their medical choices. Kind of ironic for someone who claims Fitness is Essential. Shame on you Dino!

Fantastic experience: If you want a great facility to get your workout done, with amazing staff, open 24 hrs, with everything you need, then you need to come check out this place! Been here for just over a month and love it! The convenience of working around my schedule, having access to all of the equipment you could need, always welcoming and being able to bring your whole family is a HUGE perk! If you are in the River Park area or anywhere really looking to join a new gym, hit them up!

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Mercedes at One Family Fitness for over one year, and I haven't looked back. This facility has beautiful equipment, it's clean, and the staff are welcoming. Its a great sized space and I rarely find myself waiting for equipment. The gym really does feel like a "family" - I never find myself needing to hide away or keep fully to myself, because the patrons and staff are friendly and know your name! I definitely recommend checking it out.

Fantastic experience: I had been working out at another private gym exclusively for about 12 years. Unfortunately they closed down to the pandemic. When One Family Fitness was suggested to me by a co-worker, i checked out their website. It looked like they had everything i needed plus the small private environment i had become accustomed to. So i met with the owner (Dino) a few days ago and took an in-person tour. The membership fees are quite reasonable, covid19 protocols are enforced, and it's close to home. I was sold immediately and signed up. Had my first workout there this morning....incredible. Best decision i've made this year.

Fantastic experience: This gym is what i think about when i think of the perfect gym. I started going there at the start of July and didn't regret it. The energy in the gym is awesome, the gym maintains all desired machines and equipment's, and everyone treats you as family there. Coach Tony was my trainer there and he is just awesome, he was eager to help and will take time with you. Also he understands what you are striving for and he WILL get you there and further, while having fun. I will definitely be returning for round two.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member since day 1 and I would never look back. The small private gym is perfect and you make your workouts more efficient by not having to cross through dozens of peoples paths and equipment to get to another machine. This is a gym where you actually do matter, and you are family. If you actually want a place to care about your health and about you, this is the space to be in.

Fantastic experience: I love One Family Fitness Centre! I've been training there for a year now. I appreciate how welcoming the gym is for all types of gym goers from someone wanting to just get started to athletes at the competitive level. You can bring in your own programming or leverage the great trainers they have. It is always clean, everyone is friendly, and the 24 hours a day hours are a great bonus for all type of workers. OFFC has enough equipment to target most of the fitness goals or needs you have. One of the best things about one family fitness is the support you feel and there is never pressure to sign up or participate in anything you don't want to. Can't say enough good things about One Family Fitness, Dino Camire the owner is great and if there are any issues he is prompt to fix them or find a way to help. He is always working to improve the gym in equipment like the new ROGUE rig he purchased and installed. Don't take my word for it, come check it out yourself.

Having suffered from multiple back and knee issues, my personal trainer was able to design a workout plan that fit my needs and allowed me to get back into shape and be the person I was before my injuries. Fantastic experience: I joined One Family Fitness 6 months ago after turning 50 and receiving an osteoporosis diagnosis. Coach Dino is super knowledgeable and has been great in guiding me in my strength training journey. I love the location and the staff are really nice. And I am very thankful that I did, she's absolutely amazing! The gym is 24 hrs which accommodates my weird work schedule and night owl tendencies, and the staff and other clientele are incredibly friendly and motivating! I feel confident going in there and making my goals because the trainer's are so helpful and motivating! It truly does feel like we are all one big happy family! Other members are very friendly, this place really makes you feel like you’re just at home and people just come over to work out with you, has a kids room so no need to worry about leaving the kids at home or missing a workout!! Last week when I was working out-there was a dad and his daughter, women ranging from Grandmas, young moms and young adults including my daughter -all at different phases of our fitness journey - everyone friendly and welcoming. Efficient space - 6 stations for deadlifts and squats; knowledgeable, friendly staff and great philosophy. Dino has done it right!

Fantastic experience: Joined the gym this past December and am very happy with it. Dino and Jen have been very supportive and provide me with pointers when I’m doing something incorrectly. Fantastic experience: Love this gym! The staff is always warm and friendly. I go first thing in the morning and there are quite a few people there, but it's never hard to get a machine, or to get the weights you need. What you get is an excellent no-frills gym where you can get your workout done without any fuss or muss. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but for me, it's perfect!
