Fantastic experience: Awesome work, such a friendly and professional environment. I knew no yoga when I joined, but felt today welcomed and helped in the classes. I brought a number of my friends here and they loved it too! When I was taking classes daily for about 4 months, I saw more improvements in my mobility and muscle growth than I had with 2 years of regular gym going!

Fantastic experience: Strong Body is an amazing studio! The instructors are wonderful. They are always there with big smiles on their faces…they are super encouraging and extremely knowledgeable. The atmosphere is like no other! I like smaller studios as it’s more personal and cozy. I absolutely love it and would not go anywhere else as this studio has helped me so much in so many ways! Can’t wait for it to re-open so I can get back at it

Fantastic experience: Strong Body has been a life changing community for me... the Parent/Baby Bootcamp classes in the park have given me energy, new friendships and a sense of community I was craving as a new parent. I drive in from Amherstburg for this class I love it so much. Since the pandemic, we use Strong Body on Demand at Home nearly daily - love the quality of the classes and the huge inventory of different classes with different instructors. We are truly lucky to have Strong Body in Windsor-Essex.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Absolutely love Strong Body. The classes are challenging and invigorating. Sam and her staff make you feel like family. They are always helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend trying out a few classes you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: As a Marathon runner and Triathlete I go to Strong Body Yoga to improve my flexibility, increase my core strength and help take my game to the next level. In 2018 I've reached new personal bests in the Half-Marathon, Marathon and 5K events. My favourite classes are Slow Flow Yoga with Sam and Heather; Sculpt with Victoria.

Fantastic experience: What I love about Strong Body Yoga and Fitness is the location, the classes offered and the instructors. I usually go to the Slow Flow yoga class and I am pretty new to yoga. Sam is always encouraging and she, the instructors and the other participants don't judge you if you are struggling to do a pose (or if you have terrible balance like me and fall all over the place). Every Slow Flow class I've been to is completely different than any other and each one of them is challenging in a different way. I've been to several of these classes with different instructors and they are all amazing and positive people. The Sculpt class is good too; the time doesn't always work for me, but whenever I've attended, it is a great energizing workout and Victoria is a great motivator. I am really glad to have this studio so close to my neighbourhood and to have met such great people there. I like that Sam has offered Beginner Yoga Classes which are especially great for people new to yoga and are intimidated, Sampler Classes (3 different classes in a 90 minute session) and is having a Friday Night Friends night, because I can try out other classes and also bring some friends so they can try it out. I am very pleased she chose to open this studio in Yorktown Square.

Fantastic experience: I went for a free class during the grand opening. Great HIIt class. Friendly and accommodating instructors. Excellent location. I will definitely be trying some classes in the fall.
