The trainers are so helpful ensuring proper form which is something I’ve not had a lot of with other HIIT programs I have done. Negative experience: I walked into the gym one day and bought a 1 week pass. I wanted to see if it would work at all with my schedule. The only time I could come was at 5am. However, my dog was in heat and I woke up one morning to her not eating at 4am... (she wasn't interested in eating at 4am). Like any normal human would, I canceled the 5am time slot. I then proceeded to take the week to care for my puppy. They have no classes I can go to at night either. They took my 20 dollars basically and obviously would not refund me. So basically, this gym is trash and they only care about the bottom dollar and not you as a person. Go to literally anywhere else with better customer service.

The very best part is the trainers, who everyday not only show up but give their all to motivate us every single time. Such a special and wonderful group of people and I would recommend to anyone of any fitness level!

Negative experience: This branch is horrible. Do not recommend it al all!

Negative experience: Very sad to see this business use COVID-19 as an excuse to provide below average services. I went to give it a try and felt this gym was very cheaply made. I ended up signing with GoodLife Fitness right next to it which was way better and staff were very professional. I would not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, the trainers are amazing and push you (in a good way). Lots of equipment to chose from and gear your workout towards. Very clean, easy to book classes online. You will sweat and feel the burn, something I know I wouldn't have done on my own at a gym. Will definitely continue with this facility!

Fantastic experience: After a year of staying home trying hard to start home training it wasn’t easy, I felt lazy and disappointed from my health situation, suddenly in Feb of 2021 I received email fro the F45 to join the studio. I said to my self may be this it; this will change my life. I started in July 16 and after my 10th class every thing looks and feel different more happy and healthy, Iam recommending and encouraging everyone to give it a try fist three class is hard but after that you will be addicted.

Great trainers who really do their best to keep you motivated and engaged by adjusting you exercise ans making sure you are pushing yourself in order to see your best results! I would highly recommend south central windsor location if you are thinking of joining the F45 fam :)

Fantastic experience: F45 is a fun workout with many different facets to it. They incorporate many different exercises throughout the week to give you a total body workout experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and supportive. They are very encouraging and will help you with your technique if needed. All in all a great place and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get back into shape, maintain current level or improve your overall condition. Love it!!!
