Fantastic experience: I'm used to dealing with pests in my line of work, but it is the exact opposite when it comes to Windsor squash and fitness. They are so cool here I can't believe it. Everyone that worksout here is cool, staff is cool as well. All around great place.

Positive experience: Friendly staff and members. Has all good amenities but the steam room and suana is down half the year. Got new machines and lots of fun stuff going around. Steam room has been down for more then 3 months which can be a downer for someone who loves using it post excersize.

Positive experience: Very friendly staff. At this point in time gym equipment is a bit older. They have been updating a lot which is great! Squash court fees for members is ridiculous... almost $10 to play a person even if you are already a member at the "squash AND fitness" gym.... the only time it is free is after 9pm... I would pay more a month to play when ever I want for free instead of almost $10 every time on top of my membership...

Positive experience: Friendly staff and patrons, but not overly friendly. Decent variety of group classes. I don't have much of a basis of comparison, but I felt comfortable here, which is why I signed up. Only dislike: beautiful wood sauna is not for steaming. But there's a steam room, which is neat.
