Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful place to come to enjoy watch the hockey games good place for workout and the pool is a very nice place as well now my fav thing is dog n suds express a big new thing to really go for when you are there no regrets

Fantastic experience: We have been for public swimming, grandkids swimming lessons, and today I tried the AquaFit. Lovely staff, clean changerooms, and AquaFit was a blast. Front desk staff was patient and efficient when I visited to get an access pass and punch card.

Fantastic experience: Very nice facility. We drive up once a week from 100 Mile House to swim lengths in the pool and enjoy the hot tub, steam bath sauna etc. I wish that we had this facility here in 100 Mile. It might make it easier to attract younger professionals (Drs, dentists etc) with young families to come live in the area. They would have all the business they needed.

Fantastic experience: This place is almost a second home to me. Between hockey, swimming and various activities in the Gibraltar Room, there is always a reason to gather here. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Facilities are kept clean, which can't be easy considering the sheer amount of people that make use of them. There is something for all ages, and hopefully a time that works for most everyone.

Fantastic experience: I use this periodically just for the gym. Usually not many people there. Nice air conditioning. Low pressure atmosphere...as in there isn't ripped people parading around in spandex grunting in your face. A wide range of shapes and sizes. A good mix of cardio, free weights and fixed weights. My only wish is that cellular had a stronger signal in there. Sometimes listening to radio or music on cellular data cuts out.

Fantastic experience: Always a great place for you or the whole family! Whether it be a skate a swim or a work out up in the gym, the staff is always courteous and greets you with smiles. Gym is open at 5 30 on weekdays and i believe 10 on the weekend so dont make the mistake of going early! Great suana to!

Positive experience: Recently renovated and very nice, have trouble with the front desk regarding special needs sometimes but most front desk clerks are kind and helpful. A bit expensive unless you can catch a deal for a pass.

Fantastic experience: Great pool. Very kid friendly. They opened up an extra lane for me to swim in. That was super nice. The Gym is nice and has lots of space. Nice hot tub and sauna and steam room. Kids are allowed in these :) They have a rock climbing wall attached to the pool which is cool.
