Negative experience: The person on the phone was so ignorant, shame on me for notifying a physiotherapist for any type of actual therapy… I mean the last one collapsed my ankle joint where I needed a bone and cartilage graft for repair. Shame on me.‍♀️‍♀️

Negative experience: Hard to know if they are completely incompetent or criminal at stealing your money after attempting over and over to cancel a trial membership. They deny you have advised them of cancellation and continue to charge you. You advise them again and cancel you card to prevent them from stealing again. To show their thieving or incompetence some more they will then invoice you until the matter is resolved in court.

Fantastic experience: Tony Bruni is the most knowledgeable bodyworker ( miracle worker) I have encountered in 35 years. After every visit I am way more mobile and have relief. Hours are great - early bird 530 am and super friendly and proffessional staff.

Fantastic experience: I was referred for physiotherapy. I quickly learned there is much more going on here. They have a pool and aqua fitness, it was a very exciting thing to learn. I have been attending regularly for more than a month, and I am thrilled with their service. I attend their gym and classes four times a week and the cost is very reasonable. I continue to recommend this to my family and friends.

And if you're a Muslim girl and wear the hijab you can do the group sessions with the ladies. It's a no judgement zone and it's fun!! It's clean and everybody is super nice.

Fantastic experience: The team of physiotherapists at Generations, as led by (owner and operator), Tony Bruni, are exceptional at providing medically certified procedures to improve & aid in restoring mobility (function & movement). Ages 18 to 94... for injury, post surgery recovery and age related mobility issues, this niche treatment has been highly beneficial in assisting every member of my family to (literally) get back up on our feet! Great environment, awesome staff, never keep you waiting! I highly recommend Generations!!

Fantastic experience: When I first went in there 6 years ago I could barely stand and walk. Tony, Jackie, Kyle and the rest of the wonderful staff there worked me hard and the results were phenomenal. We worked through the pain and suffering and now my quality of life is tremendous. I still go for regular tune ups :) Their knowledge and compassion is unsurpassed and the atmosphere there is very uplifting. Positive experience: with the exception of sometimes having to wait a while past my appointment times -which is going to happen no matter where I go, really- I've had nothing but courteous, professional service with kind, knowledgeable staff. This place was recommended to me by a friend who also comes here for physio and by my chiropodist. I'm glad they recommended Generations Sport & Spine to me. The hours of operation run a little later than most places and they are available (at least my therapist is available anyways) on Saturdays which is very convenient. I recommend this place 100%.

Fantastic experience: I would encourage everyone who has any kind of chronic pain to go and see Jackie at GSAS. She listens to what you tell her and she always comes up with a game plan and it always works. I think she is highly skilled and has taken care of me no matter what the injury. She takes time to explain exactly what the injury is and how best to create a healing strategy. The team here are top notch and I won't go anywhere else.
