Fantastic experience: World Gym has truly transformed! This location went from a 1-star experience to a 5-star gym in just a few months. The sauna, which was down for a few days, was repaired quickly and efficiently that what drove me to write this review it is something we all appreciate. Fantastic experience: I've been a member at this gym for three months, and I genuinely love it! The friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service make every visit enjoyable. Positive experience: I do remember what the real World Gym at Acadie was 3 years ago! I had left Buzzfit because they were a lot of jokers that came to talk but do nothing and once I had put my feet at World Gym it was the real deal. I remember the smile I had to be a member. The Staff of world gym had INSPIRING COACH like Hank, Adonis AND real Nutritionists men like Nick! Those men were achieving the goals of their customers and was always checking on us by saying the truth to be better. Every time I was putting my feet, I had the mentality of Rocky Balboa running in my blood. Since they left, the beauty of the gym stayed on download mode... Who ever is the owner of this gym, know you have a lot of dedicated member who want to stay disciplined and be better at their goals. However, you need to put more dominant masculine energy into your staff, otherwise slowly your real customers will go away by lacking of motivation and inspiration. Me and a lot of us will never forget what Nick and Hank has made for us. Please bring them back.

Fantastic experience: My lovely neighborhood gym, love it, especially with the new organization of the weights section. Needs a lot more diversity of dumbbells and barbels tho, but its ok not a big deal . Also would be better to have more morning classes as my wife after work cant come because of the kids and during the morning there are no group classes.

Negative experience: I’ve always believed that health should be the top priority, and initially, I enjoyed my experience at World Gym. However, after facing a medical condition requiring surgery, I encountered a frustrating situation. While the contract mentions that you can terminate within 1/10 of the period without obligation, I found myself stuck in a loophole. The staff seemed trained to delay the process just long enough for that period to pass, after which it became a different story—suddenly, I’m bound for the full contract duration. Despite my clear medical needs and inability to continue, the response was purely contractual and financial. It’s a shame that health services are governed by contracts with little flexibility, even in cases where someone’s well-being is on the line. Our health should not be run by binding annual agreements without any real exit for unforeseen circumstances… I wish at the very least if i was even to meet the manager, but again very well trained employees to deal with their customers as walets only! Positive experience: Nice gym! Always clean, staff is friendly and lots of machines/weights! I also love the little food station they have now with protein smoothies and snacks. One thing that I would improve, to be a 5 star gym, would be to have more stairmasters!! There are only 2 for the whole gym and it's a very popular machine. Also sometimes one or the other is out of order which makes the wait time even longer. Thank you:)

Negative experience: The gym facilities are just okay. The showers don't have proper heads and don't close well, which is inconvenient. Unfortunately, the music is very disturbing—it's super loud and contains vulgar, inappropriate lyrics. It's disappointing that the atmosphere is negatively impacted by this. The toilettes don’t have any papers, only a hand dryer.

Negative experience: Not recommended. Trying to cancel my membership from almost 4 weeks because of a rule for visitor (Visitor have to fill a form everyday even having vip membership). Last time i went they asked my friend to fill a form to enter the gym buy was going there from 2 months never had this situation before. I was not informed about this rule at the time of signing the form even nothing about this rule is mentioned on the form i signed. Upon contacting the management they suggesting me that a visitor can buy a another membership or i pay around 200$ to cancel the membership since i am already paying monthly membership+ i paid 91.95$ on the date of signing the contract. So cancellation the membership will still cost around paying for the whole year membership. The services are also bad. There is barely any bottle for cleaning, the tap to control hot/cold water was broken for the period i was going there(now i dont have any idea) so its always boiling water coming. I had to change the bathroom in the middle of bath because the water was too hot. Online io the website it says open 24 hrs but its not true open for a limited hours like weekends. Don’t pay for vip or premium because once you enter the gym you can use all facilities like sauna. I would suggest buzz fit very close to this one. For me its much better there. Paid 0$ fees for sign up and can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees.

Positive experience: Good gym. It’s very spacious and there’s a lot of equipment, including many power racks with barbells. The staff is courteous and the place is clean. The subscription price is very good for the value you get overall. Some equipment show wear and tear and I would appreciate that it get replaced or repaired to ensure safety.

Negative experience: Very bad layout. There are many wasted spaces, while the most popular machines are crammed together. This poor design makes it difficult to work out comfortably, especially during peak hours.

Negative experience: I already canceled my membership! -Even I paid the $28 each month to attend the classes, but most of the classes are so bad. -For example Zumba class most of the time the teacher is absent and the class is so boring!! -The employees at the reception desk in day shift and evening shift. They are not nice at all!! -There is a bathroom door in the local room, It's broken from more than 3 months and it's not fixed till now !! So my advice for you don't waste your money and look for another gym.

Negative experience: They are closed on each and every holiday. Don't even know what workout has to do with the holidays. Even on the normal holidays when some offices or places are open they are closed.

Negative experience: The owner need a don to buy soap and paper, don't have enough money to pay the necessary sanity mesures for the customer. As today there isn't a bottle of soap on the gym, and when there is you have only 2 bottle on each floor that isn't enough. It cost 1$ on dollar store. We have asked several times and the problem still the same from year 1. I saw a Chewing gum in a machine. Some customers don't have any social attitude. Speak louder, don't take shower or change the clothes to avoid disturbing other with the strong smell. Place ideal for accidents, people training without shoes, weights aren't in security place, you can felt down and have a important accident. People use machines as seat to take pictures (it's supposed don't allow it, where are the privacy?) and chat. We, the customer that paid to training have to wait to use the machine because of this people. Not sure why children are using the gym. So owner do your job, serve your customers. Sanitary and security measures are urgent. Protect your customers you have the obligation by law. Ask your customer to respect the tranquility of the place. Don't speak loud specifically by phone. We don't need it when we are training. Or support strong smell from people that don't change clothes or take a bath. On sauna there's customer that don't pay for use it. So I think that I need a refund of my money, as I rarely can clean my machine, maybe I have to use my own soap

Negative experience: No soap. No towels. No cups for mouthwash. Vip isn’t what is advertised. If it wasn’t for the great personal trainers I would cancel my membership. Management staff have zero support from head office and head office is unreachable.

Negative experience: Me and my boyfriend are planning on switching to a different gym. The machines are not clean and there is so much dust. Today, I only saw one spray bottle to wipe the machines down in one section. The area were the treadmills are was missing the only two bottles they have for that section (no one had it). The other section only had one bottle out of two. Pre-covid and during covid in 2020 the machine was always dusted and cleaned by cleaning workers they had hired. But its been a year at least that the cleanliness has decreased a lot. Please have people cleaning the machine regularly like you used too. I used to see someone cleaning the machine all the time i was working there couple of years before now its just disgusting. K took photos i took two months ago too which i will post later on.

Negative experience: Please don't go there we had this gym in 2021 and due to issues with personal trainer and plus financial problem we decides to pay the training cancelation fees and Leave this gym but fhey told us we cannot cancel your trainer even tho if you are not coming to this gym still we will charge you but we won't cancel your personal trainer And then we spoke to our bank and we cancel our cards i just had 3 classes with them and i pay them more then 3 classes now recently they send our File to collection agency And its effecting to my credit score i recommend you to not take peronal trainer because they just want to take all your money from your pocket wven if you lose your job they dont care they still charge you for the training and still if you want to regret your whole life then must go World Gym

Fantastic experience: *April 30 Update I am now reviewing my rating to a 5 star. Don't know if it was me or a coincidence, but the employee referenced no longer has his picture on the wall neither is he listed as a coach online. Good riddance. As for the gym review, look guys, there are so many complaints about this gym in terms of equipment, cleanliness, etc.... what did you expect when you were paying $15 a month for a gym membership, that this would be a 5 star hotel? Everything you need is there, choose hours where there are less people, bring your own damn hygienic kit if your so worried about cleanliness, and you'll have a good time This gym would have a 5 star if they got rid of the trainer with a small man complex. I've never met someone so self centered in my life. Shows up to work every day with a new hair color just to draw attention to him, is more busy on his phone looking at pictures of himself then paying attention to the very people he is supposed to give private lessons to. And I will not forget all the space he takes up so he can set up his 10 million cameras around him to film himself working out. I wish I could know his working hours and gym schedule because in doing so I could show up and train in peace without hearing a little man purposely drop his barbell to create as much noise as possible so that people know he exists. Try to be humble like the other coaches, everyone already knows that you work there from the black t shirts you wear you dont need to draw more attention. Sorry Acadie World, but I had to write what so many people feel.

Negative experience: I’ve had an extremely bad experience with this gym. A year ago I wanted to cancel my contract and the manager told me I couldn’t. They continued taking payments from my credit card until I changed it. A year later, they continued taking payments without my consent so I contacted the manager in November. Up until now, in April, I haven’t received any new nor reimbursement even after several visits, emails and discussions with the manager and the gym. I will submit a complaint to the Office de la Protection du Consommateur. It’s unacceptable and a lack of professionalism.

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience with World Gym's Customer Service My recent encounter with World Gym's customer service left me utterly disappointed. Despite having canceled my membership in person back in 2020, I was shocked to discover that my file had been handed over to CBCC collections agency over an alleged balance of $118. What baffles me the most is the lack of communication from World Gym's end. Not once did they attempt to contact me regarding the supposed outstanding amount. No calls, no letters—nothing. Instead, they chose to resort to the drastic measure of involving a collections agency without even attempting to resolve the matter directly with me. This glaring lack of accountability reflects poorly on World Gym's management. It's alarming that neither TransUnion nor I could establish contact with the collections agency, highlighting a serious flaw in their operational procedures. Despite my persistent efforts over the past four weeks to resolve this issue, I've encountered nothing but frustration and a complete lack of cooperation. Even reaching out to the manager, Adonis, has yielded no results. Overall, my experience with World Gym has been nothing short of shameful. For a company that prides itself on providing fitness solutions, their handling of customer accounts leaves much to be desired. I sincerely hope they address these shortcomings and strive for better customer service in the future; as this issue not resolved.

Negative experience: I have contacted the management team both in person and via email correspondence and explained that I am medically unable to engage in physical exercise due to an autoimmune condition that poses risks of excessive bleeding. Despite providing a doctor’s sick report (as they requested) and participating in only one session with my trainer, I have been consistently charged $100 every two weeks since the commencement of my contract, which commenced four months ago. This ongoing billing is both unjustifiable and unacceptable, given my inability to utilize the facilities due to medical reasons. To date, no concrete action has been taken, and my attempts to seek clarification through email correspondence have gone unanswered. There is not enough disinfectant bottles and paper..the few there is, are always empty.. so you can never clean the machines before and after use.. Just disgusting. Positive experience: Be very very careful before signing a contract with gym and any trainer. Take contract home, study it, do calculations, show it to another family member for opinion and clarification. You may think you are signing for 1 year. One year is the monthly payments to be paid. Look at number of sessions. Look at length of each session. Divide total of contract by number of sessions to know price per session. Divide total of sessions by number of sessions per month to know how many months are covered by contract. Other than that the trainers are qualified, kind. Staff also nice. Equipment modern and working well. Just look at contract and understand it so no surprises.

Fantastic experience: Big gym with 2 floors, plenty of space. Gym is kept clean and has a good vibe overall. The staff is friendly and the manager (big guy) is very nice, I had lost my headphones once and he took time out of his shift to help me look around for them (found them by cardio machines). It's good to see a manager do some floor work like clean and help members as opposed to sit behind a desk all day like usual. Definitely check it out if you are in the area.

Negative experience: I constantly have horrible experiences with their cleaning person which I understand is outsourced. He is extremely unprofessional and very rude and disrespectful. There are so many examples of things that happened with me personally and my father and many others at the gym. Here is one example, as I am showering after my workout, getting ready for work, he starts cleaning the floors in the showers which is fine but he then started pushing all the cleaning products (chemicals) on my feet as I showered!!!! I told him the first time "sir I'm in here" and he then proceeded to get angry and swear in his native language. He then did it again and I said, "I understand you have to do your job, but you can leave my stall until I'm done and not push the cleaning products on me" he again got even more angry and pushed everything on me even more, over and over again!!!! I complained to the staff on site and they told me they couldn't do anything as he comes from a 3rd party company and that they CONSTANTLY receive complaints about him everyday!!!! As I said, there are so many complaints to make about him, but this one was just WAY TOO MUCH and had to be shared!! Here are pictures of all the cleaning products upto my feet as I showered

Some inteligente people keep snow shoes inside the locker, bcoz of this locker always remains dirty from inside. 3. Showers for bathing do not work properly. Positive experience: Not a bad gym in terms of staff or members, but this gym is way too busy and poorly equipped for the demand. When I say busy, I don’t mean a little rush at 5pm or in the morning; I’ve come to this gym at 11AM and it’s packed. I’ve seen on a couple of occasions literal line ups to get into the gym. To make matters worse, the gym has little equipment and number of machines to serve the demand. So not only is it a busy gym, it’s constantly a gym where you never have enough or the right free weights, never enough space, constantly needing to share equipment with others. All in all it makes for a very ineffective workout. The people who own this location should either buy a larger gym space, buy more free weights, or lessen the amount of memberships they sell.

Negative experience: This is one of the worst gyms l've ever seen. Weights? They barely have kettlebells. They only have a couple of different weights, one each. Locker room? Okay. Machines? They don't have a large variety, only the bare minimum. 2 bench presses, one incline, always hogged by others. Music? Enjoy some mobile game ads between music. Hours? World gym is supposed to be 24/7, though it isn't for some reason. Staff said it was temporary a year ago. The hours don't bother me that much, though I do wish it didn't close at 9pm. Gym is always full. I've been to another World gym and it was much, MUCH better. The only good thing about this gym is the staff.

Negative experience: This is an affordable but there's some things I dont enjoy. The staff is always nice but after over a year subscribed to this gym there are a few things making me consider leaving. First off, there is no obligation for people to clean the machines after use and it's really unhygienic. People also smell really bad and there should be a sign telling people to be cautious of their body odor for the respect of others... it's also impossible to workout after 4pm because it gets too busy and there's not enough machines. And after almost 2 years at this gym there has not been an effort to add more machines. There's also nearly no mirrors in any area that isn't the dumbell area. With the amount of members and gyms World Gym has you woukd think that by now there would be more machines or at the very least more MIRRORS. It's not normal that there's no mirrors on the second floor at all or in the crossfit area. Also the way the machines are set up makes no sense and I feel like the floor space could be used differently. Sometimes the leg press machine is too close to the cables when there's so much room to push it further. Additionally personal training gets pushed on you way too much. And I find it unfair that there are never any weights to use because they're being taken by the personal trainers in their sessions when they have a full weight room they can use.... as a paying gym member I think I should be able to use the weights. At least share a set of weights between clients and leave a set for the others or use the ones in the room allocated for it... and sometimes the weights aren't put back after the training sessions and you have to go searching for them just because the coaches used them.... The gym has a lot of potential but sometimes it makes me feel like my money could be better off spent elsewhere Sometimes the music sucks too. I don't want to listen to techno music or house music while working out...

Positive experience: People hog machines and dumbells. Some people are nice. Some are rude Weekend music is terrible French Rap all the time . When the manager is there, music is great. Yes, it's clean, but dry sauna is not always clean. There is no pool or hot tub spa, so it loses stars right there. I would give 5 stars only to Mary and Nick and the juice bar they are really the best ! They know their products and always suggest the best supplements. If you know your nutrition and go to school .... Especially university, you would understand this statement. Negative experience: For the past 2 weeks I've been trying to transfer my membership from l'Acadie to Laval but employees doesn't know how to and the manager always seems to be in meetings. I've also send two messages to head office and no answers. There's an excessive price fee for the transfer plus it takes 10 days for the transfer to go through. Going to the gym is crucial to me. I'm not cancelling my subscription I just want a transfer. I usually never share bad reviews but we need changes, not only for me but for anyone in the same situation.

Negative experience: I signed up at this gym in August and I was told that I can cancel the same day if I am not sure I want to stay at this gym. The employee at the counter told me that he will cancel my membership the same day I registered so I won't have to worry about it. I left on my Vacation in September and while I was checking my account, I saw that I was charged even though I hadn't put my feet at the gym the entire month of September. Please don't give false promises to your clients when you can't keep it. It's unfortunate that I have to pay $45 for something I didn't use. For that reason, I will never ever put my feet into this Gym brand and I will encourage my entourage to do the same !

Negative experience: For those who actually read reviews and consider the content , this might do it for you This place is not a GYM , it’s a fitness hang out spot , the world gym I went to in California if they seen this place they would insta sue them for everything they got , so no it’s not a GYM it’s a hang out spot with little to nothing gym equipment Pros: None Cons: - Way too many people who reek and don’t know how or what a shower is - tanning machines worked for a week then broke and still are broken - the male bathrooms is similar to a 3rd world country pig farm, smell of dead animals , bo and axe body spray - there’s never ever ever an empty machine to train what you need to train , weights are scattered everywhere and you have to ask someone if they’re done with their work out or they’re done using they cell phones - flocks of smelly guys stand and crowd your space they have no regard for personal matter or personal space , pure degenerates - this is not a WORLD GYM its a knock off 2nd hand version of a world gym Do yourself a favor Don’t sign up It’s not worth it Find you a better place

Positive experience: It’s an okay gym. It’s very spacious but very limited too. Their power racks do not have adjustable pins, so many exercises you can’t do. Very old power racks, throw them away & replace with moser racks please. Also they don’t have chest supported t-bar row machine, every gym has this! Get one! EZ curl barbells don’t go that high at all. Good gym with good potential but I don’t think they invest in it. They seriously need to modernize it. But if you not that serious about working out it may be just for you!

Negative experience: I signed up for a personal trainer. Did only 2 weeks with him didn’t like it. So I cancelled & requested a refund. However, they charged for an extra month! I’ve been waiting for about 3 months to get my money back. They are so lost; first they say you’ll see the money automatically in your account. Soon after they “think” that it will be a cheque delivered to their branch.. Unbelievable. They don’t help you or know what they’re doing. So unorganized. They owe me approximately 315$ (included the extra month and a half) such a horrible experience… I’m running after them TILl NOW to get a refund. I’ll cancel my membership. Fantastic experience: After two years I have decided to write this review. Now let's get to the reasons why this gym should get four stars: • Spacious • Clean • Professional staff • Diverse equipments for exercises of pretty much all types • Interesting and fun classes given by enthusiastic coaches • Personal trainers that actually give a damn about your health and fitness. They push you to do your best and to be your best. They don't just train you physically, but mentally as well, as you start getting more and more comfortable being uncomfortable. They honestly want to see you grow as a person. • Superstar managers. Now why five stars? Why did this gym earn that extra star? It's the entire energy of this place. The staff aren't just professional, they are friendly. They genuinely treat you like a human being, instead of just a client. This gym is not just a place of business, it's a place where you feel human. You feel vulnerable as you try something new and a veteran comes and corrects your form. You get encouraged to try harder and keep trying. I never thought I would claim to love a gym, but I do love this gym. Wherever I plan to move, I will keep this gym in mind, because I know I am not finding this vibe anywhere else. Keep it up World Gym Acadie!!! No wonder you guys were awarded to be the best World Gym in Quebec!

Fantastic experience: It is a good gym, I would give it 5 stars because it pretty much has everything to help you make a good physique. There is a lot of free space and you could easily spread your mat and nobody is gonna disturb you unlike other gyms where no matter how big the gym is, the surface area is less and somebody comes next to you to deadlift. This area is on the top floor where all the treadmills are placed.

Positive experience: Very nice and well equipped gym. I wish they had a monthly plan that didn't involve paying for a year. This would accommodate people who don't live in the city but want to attend the gym.

Positive experience: Ive been going to this gym since its opening. Its always clean and the stuff is professional , friendly. But recently, it smells bad everywhere hope they use air freshener to keep the good atmosphere great!

Positive experience: Pros: Big gym. Lots of equipement. Plenty of squat racks. Clean. Cons: Often find people not return the weights - mainly younger crowd. Also, guest sign in process needs to be simplified. Unecessarily long.

Fantastic experience: It's a great experience going to the world gym. I take both the sessions with coach and grp classes. It's fun and definitely recommending this place to all! I would also like to thank the Manager and nick who helped me with my membership renewal. As I had to go down from regular vip to vip flex.

Negative experience: Went to get memberships in September Told them for 2 month only they had me sign the contract they didn’t told me anything about this I thought its just normal thing. after two months went to cancel the membership they told me we have contract I wasn’t even aware of Try to cancle the contract there manger wasn’t there. Many times went to cancel had to wait 10 days to get authorization from above. It’s been almost 8 months they telling to just wait for call. While they taking money from my account. About the contract that I didn’t even wanted in first plce. Today may 30,2023 went there asked for manger first they told me she wasn’t there then they told me she quit 2 days ago.then again they told me i have wait 10 days to receive call from idk wht people to cancel my membership. Can’t cancel because it takes 10 days. Or my manager not here We don’t have the authorities to cancel only manger can do it. Don’t recommend this gym. Go to buzz fit or any other gym.

Negative experience: this gym was good when it first open but now its the dirtiest gym ive ever been at. the showers and sauna is absolutely discusting i think they need to get a health inspection

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Cons: DIRTY AND EQUIPMENT. Pros: only semi okay if you go at 4:30-5am The DIRTIEST gym I have ever been too. They never refill the cleaning sprays for you to clean your equipment before and after you use it. When you ask the staff to refill them they either don’t have access or “they ordered them and haven’t arrived.” I find it difficult to believe it takes 3 weeks to get new bottles or liquid. They are supposed to have a cleaning person that goes around and cleans common areas. I have not seen one in the past 3 months! I’ve come at different times of the day. If a machine breaks, it won’t be fixed within the next 6 months. Avoid at all costs!!

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing place to excercise, there are so many windows, making the light inside really comfortable. The place is really large with a lot of machines, workout gear and classes. There is a private section for women to work out if they don't feel comfortable around the men. The staff is really friendly and the trainers really know what they are doing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to get or stay in shape. I got a trainer, and my transformation is insane. I have lost 55 pounds and gained a lot of definition in my muscles. I cannot recommend this place enough

Negative experience: Affordable but not really clean especially the bathrooms, it stinks, already contacted the head office but didn't really change anything nor the fact that left shower is still broken, no hot water. People are sometime yelling to eachother in the bath. No one is using a towel, nor clean the machine behind... Still a big place with a lot of machines, can be very very crowded some time after 5pm, staff is really nice though!

Fantastic experience: Clean gym. All equipment necessary is available and they offer some nice classes. It does tend to get crowded between 4 and 6 so be ready to share or relay.

Fantastic experience: Spacious and clean, when I joined back in 2020 after the first closures of pandemic, it was nice to see a big place available to go train myself so I start and then never skip a day until now. Great fitness gym for the neighbourhood and I made many good freiends there including my all time trainer Hank the Palmer AKA "The Golden Pheonix", Helen, Dani, Ali etc and most recent Adonis who inspired me as a professional body builder and encourage always to perform good on my trainings everyday. I am seeing success coming soon! Recommend to everyone to join!

Positive experience: Good gym, clean and staff is friendly. This gym is split on 2 floors, frustrating to go up and down the narrow stairs multiple times to complete a workout with the machines you want. Gym is always packed and for some reason closes at 8pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. You often have to wait to use benches/cables/machines. Pretty shocking they're not willing to pay staff to stay open 24/7 when they charge $25 a month for the premium membership. If they were open 24/7 most of the year this would be a 4 or 5 start rating. Edit: A full year later and the opening hours are still the same, despite the response below. I'm cancelling my membership to go to a 24/7 gym.

Negative experience: A simple review of World Gym: 1. Clean and good equipment. 2. Overcrowded almost all the time. 3. Staff is useless and sadly some of the guys use their job to try and hit on female gym members. There have been at least 3 girls that I know who joined this gym who feel uncomfortable even talking to the staff who have stalked them on social media and DM'd them without ever having exchanged names or social accounts. That means that a couple of their staff went onto the system, looked up their names and searched for them on social media. Extremely creepy. 4. The guys at this gym follow in the footsteps of the male staff member's as they like to approach girls there and harass them constantly. Basically, if you're looking for nice equipment that you can almost never use, want to go somewhere where the guys are constantly harassing women while they are training, this is the gym for you. The management needs to step it up, and the staff need to promote a better environment for all. Feel free to respond to this, but I suggest just taking the time to fix these problems.

Fantastic experience: My experience at world gym was incredible. The manager Helen made an amazing impression on me. From the way that things were organized, to the hospitality they showed me. It was freezing outside and after my workout, one of the employees offered to drive me home. I am so grateful to World gym.

Fantastic experience: I go to this gym since April 2022 it was my first time in a big gym like this. They have a lot of equipment and everything is very clean. The staff is nice and they always answer to my question. They're a little bit too much people on week day around 5-6 but it's always like that in other gym too.

Negative experience: front desk ppl not very welcoming, dont know how to properly greet, should not be working front desk if lacking in customer service. no mirrors upstairs. ppl do not wear deodorant, ppl dont bring their towels. never see staff cleaning or re racking weight. odd layout and often machines are broken and take some time to fix. also 40$ or wtv fee every 6 months is stupid. music often too loud and not good. muscle head juice bar guy needs to go, thinks hes the best and doesn't know when to stop talking to his friends and serve customers.
