Fantastic experience: Surprisingly, Vancouver doesn't have great Crossfit gyms. But 604 is an exception. Really helpful coaches, lot of space, and an awesome community. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful location! I started at the location in Gastown years go and left for awhile but now that they've moved to Main Street/Mount Pleasant and I'm so happy to be back! Friendly coaches, motivating atmosphere, state of the art equipment and a real community vibe.

Fantastic experience: What a great gym. Never had a bad class there, even on my crankiest day. The coaches are all so friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to make sure you’re doing things safely and correctly and everybody has been so friendly and encouraging. The space is also well laid out so even when it’s busy you can still give it 100%. I’ve really been enjoying my time as a new member there!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I don’t know if I have ever felt so welcomed by the entire community! I love dropping in at CrossFit gyms and 604 was amazing! Mo’s 4 PM classes were my favorite! They have great coaches throughout their entire team. I seriously can’t say enough amazing things about this place! I was partners with one of the owners (Pete) for a workout. Their new place is SO nice and you will feel very safe! I could keep writing about how great this place was and couldn’t be happier that I found a home away from home here for the week!!!

Positive experience: I got charged double for a drop in session online booking but they corrected the mistake after I contacted customer service. They moved and the location now different from what is shown on google maps. The new location is too far away for me so I wouldn’t have booked for the new location. So all in all not the best experience for online booking.

Fantastic experience: Everything about this gym is impressive. Coming from another CF gym in Vancouver, I knew what I wanted - and on the contrary, what I didn't want. I had heard great things about CF604. I felt a very warm welcome the moment I stepped into the gym. Even before my arrival, Pete (GM) communicated with me before my arrival and several times throughout my first week to ensure I had everything I needed and was signed up for the classes without any difficulty. Exceptional coaching, top-notch equipment, beautiful facility, well-ventilated space and the layout is perfectly designed to allow athletes their own space yet while easily engaging with each other and the coach. Not only are the coaches/instructors highly experienced and knowledgeable, they are friendly, kind and considerate. My skipping rope broke during the WOD in the second class I attended and coach Katie went out of her way after class to spend 20 min fixing my rope for me! I am so thrilled I found you CF604! Hands down the best CrossFit box in Vancouver.

Fantastic experience: I've never felt so invested, motivated and happy to do my workouts. At 604 I've found an incredible community that respects and pushes each other to give their best without judgement. Beginners and advanced alike, it's a friendly, sporty place that I'd recommend to anyone. The owners and coaches are rare gems. Always very attentive & really qualified. A very dynamic team, always full of positive energy and good vibes. It became a real family & that's why I can only highly recommend this place for your training sessions. What's more, the facilities and equipment are complete and of the highest quality, as is the programming, which is really perfect to work every part of your body. Every day is different, and the routine does not exist at 604!

Fantastic experience: My drop-in experience was perfect. The facility is clean and spacious with tons of equipments. Programming is solid. Coaches and members are super friendly. The neighborhood isn't exactly great but I was told they were moving to a much nicer area in 2 months. Next time I'm in town, I would definitely drop-in again. Thanks for a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I dropped into this box in February, 2024. I travel a lot and have visited over 25 Crossfit gyms. This is one of the very best. The space is great. The coaching is top notch. The equipment is high end and in great condition. There were over 20 people in the class, but we all had plenty of space, a lot of good energy, etc.

Fantastic experience: I've been part of the CF604 community for just over two years and have loved it. The space is large, well maintained and well equipped, the coaches are knowledgeable, caring, and attentive, and the community is FANTASTIC. I've worked out at a number of crossfit gyms in Vancouver and there is a reason I've been loyal to CF604 since my first class. I'm in the best shape of my life and a large part of that is how easy this gym makes it to get up and go to a workout even on the days you don't feel like it because you know you are going to get a great workout and a great time with great people.

Fantastic experience: Was in town for work and booked a drop-in session here -- beautiful facility, great instructor (even if my own ability to follow basic instruction was questionable at best on that day), solid vibes for a group fitness environment as well. My only complaint is that I wanted to go back for additional workouts before I went back to Toronto, but stupid work got in the way. Definitely coming back on my next trip out west!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a runner and triathlete my whole life, a pretty solo kind of athlete. I realized that I had plateaued in my long distance effort and really needed to increase my strength and mobility. In comes 604. I can’t recommend this gym enough, the teachers are humble, they pay extra attention to technique and mobility. This is far from the cliche CrossFit gym, everyone is very welcome, it doesn’t feel like a cult and since so much attention is paid to technique very few athletes actually injure themselves. If you want to get stronger, more mobile, look better, feel better and join a wonderful community sign up for 604!

Fantastic experience: World-class coaching and programming and the facility is just incredible: very spacious, fresh equipment, newly finished bathrooms/showers, and my favorite are the skylights scattered across the gym's high ceilings providing a bright and airy space to train in. Fantastic experience: Crossfit604 offers a friendly, welcoming environment. The coaches are happy and invested in the athletes’ well-being and progress. I worked with three coaches when I did my personal training/on-ramp and the weekly classes that I now attend. They are very kind, patient and generous with their time. Pete has been excellent and is very passionate about what he does. He has all the skills a superb educator needs. He will never shy away from a challenge to motivate and progress the athletes he trains. In addition to being a great coach, Katie has been very amusing and skillful at injecting those motivational laughs before, during and after a workout. Katie’s gift for motivating, simplifying and gently appraising is a welcomed input for skill and growth. Pedro has also been a great coach, bringing talents and experiences to help everyone scale their skill level. And finally, Jason and Riley, who have been there to care for and support everybody in the facility, are genuinely and sincerely engaged with everyone’s growth and journey going through CrossFit. New or repeat offenders (as they would put it), skilled or unskilled, you will be cared for, supported and motivated every time you drop by. Thank you all for a fun, safe and welcoming home. I came in as the antithesis of an athlete, a very heavy guy and I can’t say enough about the encouragement, extra help, patience and immense support I was and continue to receive from the owners, to all the amazing coaches, and from the community at large! Exceptional programming, attention to detail and proper form, not to mention the amazing culture are just a few things that make this place special. Fantastic experience: No box has it all, no box can make EVERYONE happy and no box has zero drama. But here are reasons why 604 is the BEST HANDS-DOWN CF box in this city: 1. Quality of programming and coaching. -Programming are on cycles that make sense to help you build your skills, strength and conditioning to make you well rounded, doesn’t matter where you are. It’s never random and there is CLEAR thinking and thought process behind all their workouts. When you see the owners and coaches also do the same workouts, that’s a positive sign. -It is for people of all fitness levels. I have seen people of diff shapes and sizes brave to show up, commit to putting in the work and results have been phenomenal. Programming and coaching make ALL the difference. -Dedication to stretching and warm ups that align with the workouts. You will be SHOCKED to find out how many of the other boxes in this town or anywhere don’t even bother, they couldn’t care less. They just going through the motions of bad programming like it’s just a job. They should not be coaching in my opinion. -Coaches at 604 are- professional, attentive and engaged. Unlike the MANY other boxes in this city, they are NOT on their phones, chatting with their gym buddies and standing there staring into space giving off vibes they rather be elsewhere while students are 1 back-squat away from getting injured from poor technique. 2. Customer service. You will be shocked to find how many other boxes in this city have really poor customer service. The owners in this box care and it shows. Why is that important? Because when the owners don’t care - it shows and it affects EVERYTHING. FOR Example - community - when owners don’t care, gym bullies take over and that can include coaches. And In this very unique city Vancouver, can be detrimental to new members and their experiences. 604 consistently makes concerted effort to connect and build member experiences and if you know anything about CF, that is a key foundation of what cf was built on. Don’t even bother checking out anywhere else, 604 gives you VALUE for $$. When 604 classes are almost always close to 100% capacity while others are barely making 40% and surviving on other “memberships”, there is a reason for it. Period.

Fantastic experience: Visited Vancouver from Prince George and was warmly welcomed upon arrival. This box is much larger than my home box but just as welcoming. The warmup is different than what I'm used to and one of the members was was happy to help me with that. Thank you Alli. (excuse the spelling) I will definitely return upon my next visit to Vancouver.

Fantastic experience: I visited Crossfit 604 when in Vancouver from the UK - everyone is really welcoming and makes you feel part of the box straightaway. The programming is sound and the coaches are really knowledgeable about technique and giving helpful progressions to develop skills and more complex movement. Definitely worth a visit if you are in town. Oh and who doesn't want to hear Cindy Lauper and Rage Against the Machine in the same playlist :)

Fantastic experience: I dropped into CrossFit 604 this week and it was an amazing experience! Beforehand, I sent them an email inquiring and they responded right away. The instructions on how to register are super easy and its FREE to drop in your first time. It was also easy to find which is a big plus in my book. Once I got there, they already knew I was coming and it was a seamless process to work out. The workout was definitely a burner...exactly what you need when you are visiting out of town...and everyone already knew my name and was cheering me on. I definitely felt right at home. I HIGHLY recommend this gym to any CrossFitter looking for a home away from home in Vancouver. Jason was my 'liaison' throughout the whole process and is a sweetheart. I hope I get another chance to drop in.

Fantastic experience: Crossfit 604 is the place to be! I'm traveling through town from Los Angeles and Jason and his team are amazing. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. All the coaches at this box are experts at what they do from teaching technique to mobility to queuing you on your movements. I would definitely trust Jason with my health & fitness goals if I ever become a Vancouver transplant. Even though just attending one class, Jason and the crossfit 604 community made me feel very welcomed & comfortable. If you want be of a great encouraging community, please give this place a shot! The Facility is extremely beautiful. Don't let the location deter you away. The gym is spacious & clean. The equipment is very well taken care of. I must say the changing/washrooms are outstanding as well! I've never seen such a nice washroom in a crossfit box before- concrete walls & stained glass partitions. Crossift 604 has a modern & chic look and feel to it. It looks amazing and the community is great! Don't be a fool and pass this place up. I can tell this organization has already helped and changed so many lives through health & fitness.

Fantastic experience: I had been thinking about joining a crossfit gym for several years, mainly deterred by cost. One day I decided to attend a free class at crossfit 604 to see what it was all about as I was tired of hating regular gyms. I wanted to get in shape/stay in shape for once and for all. After walking into their gym, I immediately liked it. The first person to greet me and give me my first ass-kick was Jason, who was awesome. I later found out he was one of the owners of the gym. The fact that he didn't even mention he was an owner made me like him even more. Everyone I met was super friendly and the free-workout/experience was enough to pique my interest. I went over the options with Jason and there seemed to be no pressure... I was used to other gyms where there is a lot of pressure to join. Once I realized the value for joining, I pretty much slept on it and the next day rang back to join, eager to start my on-ramping. When I say value, this gym has top of the line gear, a huge rig, a beautiful space and multiple coaches during every workout that will help coach you on form, posture, weight to use, etc. The onboarding processes was great. The coaches seem to have a way of pointing out not only what you need to work at, but also manage to find things that you are already good at and build confidence from there. Tim and Pete were huge in this department! By the time I was joining regular classes I had already started to see changes in myself. I was already getting stronger and feeling more fit. I have been going for a few months now, and still have no regrets. One time Jason even gave me a pair of his own personal shin skins (when they were out of stock) and my legs were raw from rope climbing! Things like this show me that Jason and the staff actually care. I constantly look forward to working out now... worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: I really love this gym. Big space, equipment for everyone, knowledgeable and friendly coaches, great music playlists! Programming is both fun and intense, and no need to be shy if you need to scale! Supportive coaches and crew all around. The only cons are location is not ideal and parking can be limited. I would continue to go here if I didn't move out to the Tri-Cities and was WFH most days

Fantastic experience: I have been training at 604 for 3 months now. I came to 604 after a recommendation from a good friend/trainer. I had never tried Cross fit and had never really done any class based training and to be honest I didn't know if it was going to be a good fit or me. The Gym itself is very well equipped, clean and well laid out. The Coaches really are fantastic, incredibly knowledgable, welcoming and encouraging. There is a real focus on doing things properly and not just trying to get a PB. All of the workouts have great scaling options so you never feel that you can't do it or you shouldn't be there. The other members of 604 are really great and represent the full spectrum from newbies like me to seasoned veterans, everyone has been really friendly and again very encouraging. Although I still see myself as a newbie I have never been made to feel like one.This really is a great place to train and the hard work of the owners and coaches is very much evident when you go here.

Fantastic experience: As someone who HATES going to the gym, the support and love you get from the staff and other members of the gym keeps me coming back for more. If you are looking to get active and try a new style of working out, Crossfit is a great option!
