Negative experience: I cancelled the membership in December and staff confirmed via email that it is cancelled and there will be no more charges. It's been three months and they keep charging me every 15 days. I called and emailed but still the problem is not fixed.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an amazing Physiotherapist please visit Marquise Swaby at Core Health and Fitness. He has been amazing in my recovery after my knee surgery. Can't say enough about his treatment, and his interest in making sure he gets you where you want to be in your recovery. Please pay him a visit.

Fantastic experience: My father recently had an arm injury and has been going to physiotherapy with Marquise at this centre for the past 3 months. The recovery and improvement we’ve seen is remarkable. Marquise is a true professional and creates a supportive environment with his clients. My father looks forward to going to his physiotherapy at Core Health + Fitness. This place has been amazing for us.

Positive experience: Good gym but the price is crazy. 99$ a month is insane for what it is. this gym is a 50$ a month level gym. its not 99$ per month worthy. If prices are reduced i would update my review but 99$ i can go to movati. movati is way better and its the same price.

Positive experience: I worked for Core Athletic Clubs as a Personal Trainer for a few months, it was not the right fit for me, a little bit too much of a superficial gym for my personal preference. With that being said, it is a beautiful gym with lots of friendly people (some of the equipment is out dated and not taken care of too well but not that big of a deal). If you're looking for a gym with good space, functional facilities, and a helpful staff, but don't mind a few flaws here and there, this is a good gym for the high price point!

Negative experience: The toilet Are never clean! Some of the machines aren’t good. I was expected for a lot more for this price!

Negative experience: The equipments are out of shape. Very small lockers and change room. And its small place .staff are very cold. I find paying movati 79.99with towel service and pool and 3 floors 6 studios and only 3min aways . Much better. They charge Me $115 per month.or 79.99 per year contract way too expensive for service and equipments.

Fantastic experience: World class facility, amazing layout, tons of functional Equiptment. Great staff. Rooftop track is amazing in the summer.

Negative experience: they closed the during the covid 19, but still charge our credit card. we called and emailed about this issue but nobody answered.

Negative experience: Thought I was going into an actual Gym but in reality I felt like I was looking at my home gym. No equipment ! One machine per body part !! And I forgot there's a rooftop track lol and to respond to u I'm not in ur system cause i jus came to see it. And it is your gym the only one on king and dufferin that says Core

Negative experience: Changed their name on paper, they increased their prices. Same family is still involved in the business. They did not transfer the personal training packages over. The excuse was it's a different business. The gym is nothing special not worth the prices they are asking per month. Too bad I love supporting King City's small businesses

Fantastic experience: I came in the other day to inquire about a gym membership and to see the gym! The sales guy Christopher gave me a tour and even gave me a free trail to test it out. After going to the gym for a week I became a member and I'm glad I choose the right gym. Chris and all the other staff are very friendly and professional and they really do care about there costumers. The gym itself is very clean and has all the weights you need.

Fantastic experience: This gym feels more like a private studio which I really love. It’s not crowded and it’s very clean! The receptionists are nice and make you feel very welcomed the moment you walk in. Deleted my previous review because it was a bit harsh and I misunderstood their “take shoes off policy”. :)!

Fantastic experience: Great overall gym! Good energy, machines are never full, Rooftop track/turf is AMAZING.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. Very unwelcoming. Manager did not return my mother-in-laws calls. She tried calling several times to setup an orientation visit on the weekend, spoke with the manager a few times but he said he didn't work on the weekends and wouldn't set her up with another trainer who could help her because he's "the only one who does orientations".
