Fantastic experience: My wife and I were looking for a Gym in our area and found Fitness Connection. We fell in love with the atmosphere and environment of the Gym. The staff is polite and courteous and very helpful in the way they worked with us. The other gyms we have been to in the area were high high pressure sales where as here they were much more laid back. For the price, it's the best in the GTA. The classes are diverse and are really great about working with your level and bringing you up to speed.

Fantastic experience: A hidden gem of a gym in the heart of Richmond Hill. I recently switched to this gym from a big box gym and feel extremely happy about this move. Lots of new premium weights and cardio machines to choose from, clean, friendly accommodating staff, great ambience and background music makes the workout pleasant and motivating. I whole heartedly recommend this beautiful boutique gym for everyone looking for a great gym.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out for many years and visited many fitness facilities, clubs and gyms but none have been as great as Fitness Connection. The facilities are large and clean with many different classes running through out the week. Each class really feels like a community and the instructor Mike Mak has motivated and encouraged me to reach new fitness goals I never thought I could reach at my age. I definitely recommend Fitness Connection to anyone who is looking for a new place to train and stay healthy.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, place is always clean and equipment is kept updated and in operating condition. Classes are great and well run by true professional trainers. The only thing lacking is the members taking ownership of cleaning off equipment after use.

Fantastic experience: Let me put it this way: it's been years since I walked into a gym at 6:00 PM and it did NOT look like a US Walmart on Black Friday! You can actually work the muscles that you intended to train that day, and not base it on the dreaded "what machine is available" routine: So refreshing! Other than that: Staff is friendly, plenty of equipment, it works well, and the place is very clean. Really, all that you can ask for in a gym!

Fantastic experience: Just moved to the area and decided to try a new gym. After some gyms that didn’t make the cut, I had an exceptional experience at Fitness Connection! Staff was high quality and Carmen was the best front desk receptionist I’ve spoken with as she met all my inquiries and helped me sign up with the gym. Looking forward to future visits.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym I have ever been a member at. The equipment is all new and well maintained...and the setup on the floor is well thought out. All of the staff are very kind, well trained and attentive. Members are very courteous. During covid, precautions were put into place along with new rules which every member abides by. Everyone wears a mask, both members and staff and everyone wipes down equipment before and after use. I feel safe knowing that all of these rules are enforced by the staff. The FAST classes are unreal...the best fitness class you'll ever sign up for. Mike Mak is a beast and will make you sweat!! Highly recommend this gym!!

Fantastic experience: Huge floor space with a vast variety of machines/free weights. Has nice specified training section with artificial turf. Never too busy so all machines you want to use are usually available.

Fantastic experience: I hope this place is able to open back as soon as the lockdowns permit. This gym is so great, from the customer service by the girls (they really make you feel like you're home and are always down to have a chat), to the cleanliness of the gym, and the high quality equipment. The best part of this gym is that it isn't super busy and there are multiple equipment that target similar body parts all over so you never have to wait! What a vibe and the BEST customer service. Not sure about the below review in regards to COVID measures but I always see the girls walking around and addressing people who aren't aren't wearing their masks, following COVID procedures, or wiping down equipment.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a hidden gem! Great equipment with incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. Looking at the recent reviews, in my experience they don't have any truth to them at all! I have been going here for over a year now and it is always clean and the customer service from the reception ladies is great! I see them walk around multiple times in a workout making sure all the disinfectants are filled and that everyone is cleaning and wearing masks where they are supposed to. All the new equipment upgrades are fantastic and there is always more than enough equipment and space for everyone (even while social distancing). I recommend this, 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Incredible gym and super friendly staff. Very clean and perfect layout for an efficient and pleasent workout! Its been challenging transitioning back to the gyms w all the booking and schedule adjustments but FC really makes things very convenient. Super impressed and happy w everything so far !! Fantastic experience: Came back after 2yrs. The gym has changed so much, they have made vast improvements compared to what it was when I was here 2yrs ago. I've been a member to all the surrounding gyms at one point or another and this gym by far is better in many many ways. I am not one to leave reviews, but have to give credit where credit is due.

I was greeted by an excellent sales representative Alex who made it possible for me to come back to my local gym for the 4 months I’m here. I’m very thankful for the great service and help I received:)

Fantastic experience: I attend the 08:30 morning fitness classes. The instructors are the best in the business! The front desk staff are always helpful and welcoming! I recently did the Inbody scan. It was very informative, enabling me to tweak my diet and workouts to achieve specfic improvements. I will be able to track my efforts using this tool. The gym is very spacious and clean. Love it here!

Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic, it has all the essentials that you need and new equipment suitable for all kinds of training. The staff are nice and welcoming for you to visit the gym. Undoubtedly the best value gym in the area, definitely go for a visit if you are interested.

Fantastic experience: Having been a member at multiple gyms in the area I finally came to Fitness Connection in 2013, and haven't looked back. The facilities are always clean and tidy, and the staff are always willing to go the extra mile to help in any way possible. Colleen, Emily, Christina , Lowell , Alejandra and Mya are always a joy to talk to before and after a workout and are more than happy to resolve any issues that may come up.

Fantastic experience: This is truly a hidden gem of a gym that is definitely worth checking out. After testing out all the gyms in the area, nothing comes close to this place in terms of what you get for the cost per month. The staff were all very knowledgeable, friendly and let me try out the club for free before paying anything. Once I was ready to sign up, they made it easy to join on with a simple sign up process and no hidden charges or fees. It looks like they've just finished some very nice renovations and the cardio and resistance training equipment they are bringing in is all state-of-the-art stuff you won't find at most other basic gyms. Fantastic experience: I was a member in the past at FC and i must say it is one of the best gyms i have signed up at. As soon as you walk in you feel like the front desk knows who are , you honestly feel like family there, they make conversation with you and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. There has been many changes and upgrades to the gym. i see they just added in a new area for there FAST classes and it looks amazing. They are a very well maintained gym. keep everything clean especially with the bathrooms, and just the whole gym floor in general. I truthfully do not understand why people are leaving bad reviews because there is nothing wrong with how things are ran there and with the staff, if you want to feel like family and like the gym ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOU i would highly recommend this gym and bringing friends and family, i refereed many people to FC and they are still members there and love it.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Spacious, always clean. Staff are really friendly. I’ve been a member for years before taking a break when I moved downtown. Recently signed up again and am pleasantly surprised by some of the changes. Squat racks for days!! ❤️ Also, big fan of the steam room. The inside of the steam room looks like it got a little facelift. Also noticed that the panel that sets the heat is now digital, which is an awesome upgrade. Keep up the great work FC team!

Fantastic experience: Came here for a guest workout. Love this gym and would recommend it to anyone who loves working out in a friendly clean environment. Although people complain about steam room , Cant expect things not to break sometimes within a gym facility but I was treated as if I was apart of the gym. Great facility overall and will be coming here more often after school is finished. Overall I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the gym 6-7 days a week for the last 3 years. I recently changed to fitness connection as of March 26th. I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am of this decision. Here is why- 1. VERY CLEAN! The bathrooms and showers are super clean. Towels are new and clean. The gym floor is very well maintained and the cleaning crew is always cleaning. 2.staff- very friendly and helpful! So nice and always say hello and will help in anyway possible. 3. Classes- Helena is the best!!! LOVE her spin classes. I have tried a few of the other classes as well and the instructors know what they are doing! 4. Machines and weights- you have exactly what you need at this gym. Enough weights and machines. Some are a little old but still very smooth and good to use. Lots of bikes, cardio machines and areas to stretch. The have F.A.S.T program now if you really want to take it to another level! Overall super happy with my decision to join the gym and I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I typically work out here only during the summer months (2016 and 2017). It's hard to believe some of the reviews on here. My anecdotes are as follows: - I've never had an issue with billing (paid a lumpsum for the term); - the gym is always clean; - the showers are large and the pressure is phenomenal; - the steam room is small, but I've never witnessed any overcrowding and it seems to be well maintained; - there's an employee who seems to be on site full time returning weights and cleaning the gym, thus, it's generally clean and well organized; - receptionists and the one saleswoman who I dealt with were generally friendly and responsive; - tons of parking; - ample lockers; and - one of the best qualities in my opinion is the size of the facility, which allows them to space out the machines accordingly, rendering it very comfortable and uncrowded (the high ceilings are a nice bonus); I have tried to think of some negative characteristics of this gym in order for readers to appreciate the honesty in this review ... however, all I can think of is that sometimes you may have to wait for the popular machines at peak hours, which I presume is common across most gyms. To me, it seems that management truly cares about this place. Keep up the good work. I would recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Great place with a lot of equipment. The gym is always clean and is not packed with people which allows you to always be able to do whatever exercise u want to do.

Fantastic experience: It's perfect! Not only is it not too crowded, but the classes are a lot of fun! The people are also really friendly and helped out a lot when I didn't know what package I wanted. The thing I liked the most about it was during my free trial they didn't continuously follow me or bombard me to sign up like they do at GoodLife. Definitely definitely love this gym!
