Positive experience: Ive been going here for years i wish they can add more machines or make constant improvements. The place is too crowded that people have to wait for machines then you have those people who think they can reserve 2 machines by throwing a towel on one

Negative experience: 2 reasons to avoid: A. Locker room thefts B. Absent staff A. There are signs in the men's locker rooms basically bragging about the rise in locker breakins & thefts. This used to be a classy gym in a classy neighborhood, not a ghetto. B. Doors are locked before 6AM even though this is a 24hr gym*. Last week I was waiting for 35 mins before someone showed up at the front desk to let me in. *See images below

Negative experience: The staff are great, the place is pretty clean however management seems to have a hard time getting things fixed. The shower curtains in the men’s washroom have been held up by zip ties for the last 4 months (which I pointed out to them). The washroom has no ventilation near the toilets so the change rooms usually smell like you know what. The universal shower stall support bar pulled off the wall when I reached for it one morning… does anyone actually do maintenance here? It shouldn’t take more than a week to get things fixed considering how much money this business takes in.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this location at the front desk always say hello and goodbye and their positive friendly energy is so refreshing. Not every GoodLife is like that and it lifts me up every time I come to this location!

Negative experience: This is the worst GoodLife location in Toronto, with the downtown one being almost as bad. If this were my main location, I would never have bought a membership. It's always overcrowded, and finding a vacant machine can take at least 15 minutes. There's barely enough space for bodyweight exercises, let alone using equipment. The equipment shortage is frustrating, and their cleaning schedule is a mess. They vacuum during peak hours when the gym is already packed, making people move around to accommodate cleaners. It’s disruptive and uncomfortable. To make things worse, the last time I was there (today-Wednesday, September 11 at 11:30 AM), construction was going on, making it even harder to work out.

Fantastic experience: One of my fave gym locations! They have saunas in the change rooms, a meditation room, a recovery room and classes every week! Worth checking out and have friendly staff on site. They also validate parking for up to 2 hours.

Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago I went to do a late night workout, which I haven't done in years. Was a bit nervous being that late, but the night guy Julio/Julian (?) was good. Introduced himself warmly, told me to get a hold of him if I needed anything. I felt well looked after. Had a great workout!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this gym! The staff are helpful, professional, and keep the place very well kept. Its got an incredilbe view of the city, too! The new Recovery Room is outstanding!! I spend as much time in there as I do on the floor! The massage chair and massage gun are my favourites! The meditation room left me feeling relaxed and it was a great way to end my workout. There are lots of machines, lots of weights, and amazing classes for everyone!! I'm a big fan of Goodlife in general, but this gym in particular is at the top of my list!!

Positive experience: I would like to mention my appreciation for Vishina (Yoga teacher) in regards to her knowledge, but also in regards to her care kindness towards the students. I also like to point it out Michelle, who welcome all the clients with a great smile and kindness as we arrive at the gym, she is also amazing! Fantastic experience: Gotta give a shoutout to my boy Julio of the nightshift (weekdays). You are a real one, one of the chillest you’ll ever meet. The most personable and welcoming night staff over the years. Been coming here for years, and always loved how it’s 24/7, plus it’s convenient to park. It’s crazy to still see people complain about overcrowded, that’s just how gyms are nowadays. That’s why i would never go before 11PM. Plenty of equipments, fairly spacious and the facility is properly maintained/kept clean. Shoutout to my tiyo and tiya, cleaning crew, lovely people. The single time guest pass of $28 is outrageous… but i guess it’s a corporate thing. Hopefully that changes in the near future, just a suggestion.

Fantastic experience: The gym is in a nice part of town that is very easily accessible with any means of transportation. However, the facility is located in a building that features both commercial and residential space and can be easily missed (especially because the gym logo is white and not read like other locations). Gym has everything needed, including a sauna for post workout relaxation/stretching. Mainly went there because this location is one with a 24/7 schedule, which makes it for the best workout in my opinion since I never feel like I’m in a rush. Particular shutout to Del, the person at the front desk who welcomed me to the club. Not only is he knowledgeable, he is one the nicest persons o had the opportunity to meet so far since moving to Toronto. Never would I have expected that a person working on a Saturday night at 1am could be cordial, patient, and attentive as Del, so he definitely made my first workout session since joining the club a much better experience, thanks man! :)

Negative experience: Been going to this GoodLife here a few years now. Some pros, some significant cons in my opinion. It’s 24/7 so that’s nice, and the staff are helpful. Some of them are very friendly. For the most part the equipment is good. Definitely has what you need, though when it’s busy, you can often wait. There are constant lineups for the squat racks, benches, some machines from 4-7. There’s a nice studio at the other end of the gym, which is great for more auxiliary exercises. The views and light are great, but it’s really the only place in the gym where you can warm up and stretch, and more often than you’d hope, it’s being used for a Zumba class of 7-12 people.. at 5pm… when the gym is the busiest... Leaves people crowding in corners to stretch/do mobility drills. They had some equipment that I loved (StairMaster Hiitmill) they removed without any explanation. Some broken mirrors have been left unreplaced (just taped back together) for months now. The men’s changing room is never in good shape. Odours from the plumbing, floors dirty, toilets seldom clean. I see some black stains on the ceiling and wall tiles in the showers. A shower curtain just ziptied to a bracket after it fell weeks ago.. Sauna doesn’t nearly get hot enough (still hotter than some other Goodlifes I’ve been to downtown). You can definitely have a good workout here, and usually the mornings are the best you’ll get out of the gym, as it’s less busy. It’s definitely trying to accommodate above its actual capacity, without considering space efficiency. There are these new “MindDen”and Recovery Room spaces that cost extra, while servicing less clients in a busy gym that has an extremely limited area for stretching or mobility drills. There are some deficiencies that sometimes make me feel that the premiums that are being charged aren’t really reflected in the state of the gym. *** ADDITION*** It’s been 3 months since I published my review and no changes or improvements at all have been made. This place continues to deteriorate due to lack of maintenance. Shower curtains are still being hung off of zip ties, months after being brought to management’s attention. Additionally, for an entire week they haven’t had any body wash in the showers, claiming the soap they use is on back order - how hard is it to send some staff to a nearby store and by some replacement soap in the interim? Either that or don’t offer the amenity, and don’t expect me to pay for it either.

Fantastic experience: I've been training for the past year with Ryan Bolwell, personal trainer in GoodLife, and I must said that she went above and beyond in every session. She always shows up with great energy and enthusiasm and motivated me to do extra challenges such as doing cold plunge and running outside of our regular workout sessions. Highly recommended and completely worth

Negative experience: been to so many Good lifes in Ontario… best one being Kanata in Ottawa, this location sucks, members are scammed to pay for memberships similar to people in the same gym with updated equipments … this gym has old equipments, location is small and weird and smells funny! I love Good Life fitness but this is the worse or one of the worse ones in the GTA

Fantastic experience: After having a bad experience i was contacted by the manager and had things sorted out. He understood my point of view and recognized and addressed some of the issues that I have pointed out, as well as concerns, and tried to accomodate my needs throughout the process. Fantastic experience: I just read a recent review about the night staff (not stuff). Enraging review. The night staff at this location have always been great to me. Especially now. I go 4-5 nights a week, 2am to 3am. I’ve seen terrible clients do terrible things. I’ve seen clients puke in the towel bins and just wall away. Recently I saw a client puke on the floor of the men’s change room and just walk away. I’ve witnessed very often people on crack trying to get in and the night staff have always dealt with the problem well making me feel very safe. I can’t imagine how difficult it is working that job all night long, I should know, I’ve seen it with my own eyes. I’ve been a member of GLF for 23 years and two best GoodLifes I’ve been to are this location and the one in Sarnia (small but well run). If the night staff isn’t picking up the phone or being too cheery, maybe it’s because of the unbelievable amount of dystopian crap that they have to put up with all night long. 5 stars for the night staff.

Negative experience: This gym is perpetually crowded. You have to pretty much go before 6AM or after 11PM for you to not be packed in like sardines at this gym. Absolutely ridiculous for what you pay them per month. Goodlife in general loves to scam you. They took money out of an account I didn't give them access to, that I didn't even have access to, and of course I was hit with tons of fees from them and my bank. I talked to my bank about it and they had no idea how goodlife was accessing that bank account. They also said they have more people come in and deal with goodlife fees and wrongful billing than any other company. Make of that what you will. On top of that, I just changed the account I'm paying from about a week ago in person at the gym, and they still tried to take money out of the original account, once again i was hit with tons of fees. I've read lots of horror stories of trying to cancel memberships with goodlife where they kept billing the person even after canceling the membership. Be careful with goodlife and always check your bank accounts. The only pro to this gym is that they have good equipment and just about anything you need. Will it be clean? Who knows. Depends on the day it seems.

Negative experience: Overpriced and overcrowded, it resumes the gym. 60 bucks every two weeks to spend most of the time in lines waiting for the equipment to be available. Super crowded, I did insist for 6 months in this gym, but the fact that every time I spend more time waiting for the equipment than working out is insane, it's not worth the price, it would be worth if the gym had more space and more equipment once is clear it will never have less people. So if you are ok spending 60 dollars every two weeks to be waiting in lines, that's a good gym for you.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with this gym's staff. When I called to inquire about gym membership and pricing for personal training sessions, the person who answered seemed uninterested and unhelpful. He actually said i wish i never picked up that call. He couldn't provide clear answers and transferred me to an advisor who was incredibly rude. Despite explaining that I was doing research and wanted to compare prices, the advisor was pushy and insisted on scheduling a session, showing a lack of understanding and respect for my needs. Overall, the staff's attitude was off-putting and unprofessional.

Positive experience: This is a great gym. After reading some negative reviews I was was sceptical. If you’re going to leave one or two stars, at least have the decency to state why. In other words, I would completely disregard these reviews. Onto the positive: - Excellent range of equiptment - Lots of free weights - Excellent classes - Great sauna - Everyone I’ve met here whether it’s staff or pardons are very friendly - 24 hour gym with lots of parking (free for two hours) - Great location/nice views over Liberty Village - Recovery room is a nice touch. Legit massage chair - Mediation room Negatives - Washrooms, including floors, should be cleaner - Very busy during peak hours Overall, it’s a well run gym that I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Good machines. Gym is mostly too busy between 5-8pm but thats still fine. Change rooms and toilets are pathetic, NEVER seen the toilet clean. The floor is covered in dust and lint.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym regularly for over a year now, and I really can’t see myself going anywhere else. This place really grows on you. They have very kind staff that always greet you when you enter and leave, and they’re never short on towels. The recovery room is my favourite feature of this gym, and is actually what I think makes this location the best one. Facilities are also clean and tidy, regardless of how busy it is at certain hours. I also found other members to be generally respectful and are often kind enough to let you work-in with them if you ask to use the machine. Also, another bonus to this gym is the validated parking! Which has helped me many times when I’d be coming out of rush hour. Overall, I’ve found this gym to be pretty accommodating which makes it harder to come up with excuses to not go. If your’e looking for a gym that will keep you motivated and stay on track with your fitness goals, then this is it! Also, just wanted to give a very special shout out to one of the personal trainers at this GL location that I’ve had the privilege and pleasure of working with. Her name is Nikki Rose! I started my PT sessions with her about a month ago, and even in that short amount of time I’ve learned so much. She comes with the right personal and professional experience that has truly changed the way I look at my overall physical and mental health. Every session with her has been fun and challenging with every minute of our time maximized to its fullest. She is definitely someone I can rely on to help me integrate physical activities and proper eating into the healthy lifestyle I’ve always wanted. Food has always been my biggest challenge and Nikki’s been generous enough to help me with this by sharing recipes and meal ideas that will last me the rest of the year! I’m so thankful to have met her.

Negative experience: This gym is extremely small for its demand. Even when I go very early in the morning before work I find myself having to wait quite a while for equipment. There are only two flat bench racks which is ridiculous, more than a few times I’d spend waiting for one to free up and then the guy would just call over his friend once he’s done. If you go during peak hours, expect to spend more time waiting than actually working out.

Negative experience: This gym is way too small for the demand. Lots of people at every minute asking to take over the equipment you’re literally using. People take the treadmill beside you instead of the second one down. Never ends here. They need to convert the lobby area to a second level especially where the elevator and security guard sits. Secondly they do not enforce dress code here - have seen a certain man with a certain colour hair literally wear tight underwear to workout in and seems to be chatty with the staff. I know they are underwear because my boyfriend has the same ones you wear UNDERneath your clothes. NO ONE wants to see that. They never have towels ready at the front. There are tons of smelly people reusing the same gym clothes. The tissue paper and spray bottles are always empty. The change rooms are a mess and the bathrooms look like TTC public bathrooms and smell like manure. The front desk are just on their phones. Horrible all around!

Negative experience: What a scam. They go through the whole process talking about a 2 week plan and then one they take your money, oops, it's actually indefinite and we need 30 days notice to cancel. I agreed to 2 weeks to try it out, but despite all (false) advertising, 2 weeks is not an option with them. I'm angry at being taken advantage of.

Positive experience: This place was growing on me so well. The weekend yoga instructors (Aliana and Vishwa) are really good and i commute every weekend even though i live next to Union Goodlife. However, i was really upset with the support staff. The lady at the entrance desk was helpful, but the manager Nevin was quite rude. He just ignored me when the lady at the desk explained my query to him and after a while came back and told me to wait for 10-15 minutes and went into his room. He then came out, totally ignored and walked past me to attend a group of girls who came after me. I kept waiting and then finally left. I got a similar feedback about Nevin from a colleague of mine, who dealt with him, when she came to join the gym with her brother. They decided to join another location, because of Nevin’s attitude. Generally, I try to not let such behaviour get to me, but the smugness with which Nevin behaved, made me write this review. I like the gym overall because of the size and number of equipments. However, I am surprised because i have dealt with such nice staff at Richmond-John and Union until now, and there are people like Nevin exist in Goodlife’s team.

Positive experience: I find it to be a busy gym, but needless to say I keep going back and I especially love the sauna and clean towel service. This place is growing on me. Recovery room is definitely a defining feature!

Negative experience: Be wary of their business practices, this location does not value customer business or operate honestly. I signed up for a year for personal training and the pushy sign up guy offered me a membership to the location (liberty only) on top of the PT sessions. 6 months later, the manager rings me up to say I need to pay an additional $100 a month on top of the $500 I already pay. In their own words "We don't care if you're paying 6 grand for the year or like other customers, 12 or 20 thousand, we're not a mom and pop shop so this is policy' I cancelled my business with them as a result. Apparently there are a lot of customers with 6-7 grand of disposable income in this industry. Simply put they do not care about your business The trainers are great however and it was a good experience working my PT. I'm taking my money elsewhere

Fantastic experience: I started personal training with Ryan in August. Over the past few months I’ve seen amazing results. She’s the most supportive, knowledgeable, caring, fun trainer. She knows how to push you to be your best without being aggressive. You can tell she’s very passionate about what she does and she’s always teaching me new ways to take care of myself, body and mind. Ryan is the best and I look forward to continuing to work with her :) Every workout is fun and I genuinely look forward to them :)

Negative experience: The worst of the worst. Don't join if I could give it a zero I would. Horrible customer relations and inequality from 1 member to another. Everything about the place is a lie. Negative experience: Liberty village GoodLife over crowded ! How can anyone workout when it's so tiny ! Bunches of people standing around waiting to use machines. While the ones on the machines are sitting and watching social media. Not a good gym atmosphere. Poorly run and so over populated. Nobody cleaning down the machines after they train on them and nobody enforcing anybody to clean. Plus I waited to talk someone forever. Check out another goodlife would be my advice. 1 star is all I could rate it.

Fantastic experience: One of my favourite GoodLife locations. Overall pretty clean, if the members cared more, it would be better. The gym is spacious and equipped enough, sometimes you have to wait but this is understandable due to its high capacity and location. Overall happy with this one.

Negative experience: Poor management. If you're a negative or miserable person and cause drama, management will look after your needs. However, if your kind and polite and spread positivity, management can't help you or support your workout needs !!! The place is extremely one sided and Unprofessional. If you have any demands or requests and your a male most likely they won't be fulfilled or considered. I joined a martial school after listening to my friends experiences. Equality no longer exists.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional upper management and extremely fake. I know for a fact 50 percent of the positive reviews left here are requested by management to be written and not done by clients on there own. Ths location liberty village when the gym equipment breaks down its not repaired for months !!! Some members are favoured over others are dismissed. Zero equality and poor decision making leads to a poor and unhealthy training environment.

Negative experience: Liberty village GoodLife is unprofessional and extremely one sided ! Making some guest above and beyond others ! When I found out a high ranking community member and mentor left because he was made to feel second class over other clients that pay the same fee. I decided not to join this gym because apparently it's unequally run and the equipment breaks down , and it takes months before it's repaired is what I was told by other members. Stay away

Negative experience: Poor management!! Over crowded gym!! Staff is always busy on their phones behind the desk, dustbins are overflowing while the staff walk around in pairs chatting, never seen this at any other goodlife chain. Countless times I have seen members shoving the garbage down or running to another corner to get spray bottles.

Negative experience: Possibly one of the worst gyms you’ll ever visit, the only positives from this gym is the location, free parking and a good view. Highly recommend joining any other gym in the neighborhood. Listing some of the reasons below: 1. Unhygienic and unclean space Try visiting post 5pm and you will find the washrooms of TTC stations much better than the change rooms at this location, not a single staff cares a damn to clean them up. 2. Staff- Friendly but extremely unprofessional, and work ethic is such a bummer there will be 4 employees at the front desk but not a single will walk around to re rack the weights or make sure the bins ain’t overflowing. If you don’t believe me, visit the gym post 6pm. This makes me question the Management team as to the staff they hire, and how accountable are the employees are to their seniors. You won’t find a single moment when they’re not on their phones at the front desk. 3. Gym rules- not sure if they have rules which are applied to a specific individual or everyone in common, my friend once took his shirt off for which he was warned but I always see an short asian dude posing in his underwear in the big fitness studio which is right in the sight of the front desk and also in the change room while it’s clearly mentioned no photography and videography allowed, wonder why he or people like him are never questioned? 4. Poor choice of equipment/ maintenance- walk in this gym and you won’t find a single hack squat in bonus half of their cardio machines are always under maintenance. 5. Overcrowded- the gym capacity as per the equipment they have is barely for 20 people, but seems like yonge dundas square in the evenings, there is no ratio as to the memberships sold to capacity of the gym. In general, if this gym wants to improve they need a lot of change in the management but meanwhile I have found much better gyms in the neighborhood. Hope this helps, Cheers!

Fantastic experience: This is not a bad location, for a commercial gym it is expected to be busy all gyms would be after 3pm. I’ve been coming to this location for about 2 years now and love the staff they are like family.. literally see them everyday. Daniel L. The GM is always so helpful whenever I would have a minor issue, with parking for example. Other than it being busy at EXPECTED times… it has everything you need in a gym plus more.

Positive experience: Goodlife has done a great job at standardizing equipment across all their locations, this one is no exception. Expect to wait 15 minutes everytime you want to bench press, squat, or deadlift however. Huge plus is they have 2h free parking underground where it's easy to repark if u gym for longer periods of time

Fantastic experience: I love this Goodlife location. I started training with Dakota a few months ago and she has been very empowering and helpful when discussing my fitness journey. I had specific goals in mind, Dakota created a plan to achieve them and I'm already seeing results! She is knowledgable, patient and motivating. Highly recommend PT sessions with Dakota. Also the staff at this location is so friendly and welcoming!

Positive experience: I signed up for the membership in May this year and recently got PT sessions with Dakota... she is AMAZING. I hadnt done weight training much before this and she was soo patient to walk me through the basics, getting comfortable working out in the gym, learning the right form and being consistent. I would look forward to these sessions in spite of having very busy weeks. She makes sure you push your body to the right limit and have fun working out. It's been 2-3 months and I've started seeing the results in my energy levels and BMI. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to start their fitness journey or just improving their form. The gym overall is fine too - its clean, a bit crowded sometimes but you can work around it, the staff is friendly.

Positive experience: Good machines Good service Good clean facility It is not a five star because the associates do not help when an individual is being obnoxious, singing and screaming loud. It is very distracting while working out. I think it's respectful to others when you are at an audible level for yourself. The service let me down today. Sad.

Fantastic experience: They have great staff. I’m currently training with Nikki and and I have had 3 trainers in the last 10 years and let me tell you she is THE BEST!!! She is very thorough when showing me new workouts and you can tell she is very dedicated to her job and to her clients.

Fantastic experience: Nikki stands out as the most outstanding and first trainer I've ever had. My girlfriend recommended her to me. It was a great experience and I learnt a lot from her. Negative experience: Nice gym but always busy no matter what time you go. It is way too small for the area it services. I’ve come in the middle of the work day, early morning, late at night, doesn’t matter, it’s always ridiculously busy. There are only 2 flat bench presses for the entire packed gym and there are regularly lines for the squat racks. Imagine paying almost $80 a month or more to wait in line for a squat rack. Had to cancel less than a month after I signed up. If you’re close to Hone fitness, check them out. Less than half the price and you don’t have to deal with people asking you every 2 minutes how many sets you have left and guys taking up 2 machines while he supersets. I miss my old gym. This was such a waste of money.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal staff, I had an amazing experience with their personal trainer Nikki R. She played a key role in jump starting my fitness journey and demonstrated excellent coaching abilities across the board. She has keen eye for form and had lots of helpful tricks to make sure I was always pushing myself but not moving in ways that would cause damage. Her great insights are backed by her clear technical knowledge and personal experience. A trainer with an incredible dedication to her clients, 10/10 would recommend anyone to start training with her. As for the building itself, its in a great location and is immaculately organized: spacious group fitness, no multiple floors, not too many rooms, phenomenal lighting, and a decent amount of machines.

Negative experience: Be careful when using the shower. Twice I discovered a used condom in there. I wanted a refund after the 2nd time but they refused. I spoke to one guy at member experience and his response was that I don't have to use the showers. Very unprofessional

Fantastic experience: This year I had the chance to visit a lot of gyms in North America but this gym has been undoubtedly the friendliest, most organized, cleanest and well managed out of them all. Everything runs like clockwork, never had a problem with anything. Got a chance to meet the manager who is an exceptional guy, him and his staff bring a very friendly atmospgere to the place, that is welcoming to experts and newbies alike. 10/10 would recommend, even if you are in Toronto for a short time.

Fantastic experience: This review is specifically about my personal training experience with Andrew. Although I was skeptical about trying PT at Goodlife, my experience has been excellent because of Andrew. Brian connected me to him and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better trainer. I had specific goals and he has tailored all my sessions to meet them. He is patient and kind, but kicks your butt with the workouts at the same time. He is very knowledgeable and will explain the purpose of different movements. He takes notes and makes the most out of each session. Within a short period of time I have already seen a big difference in posture, movements and energy level. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone thinking of joining the Goodlife Liberty Village location!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to make some lifestyle changes and got a gym membership for the first time ever. Today I had my last personal training session with Dakota Duguid, and I’m so glad I got to work with her to kick off my journey. Dakota not only has extensive knowledge of bodily health and anatomy, she explains the importance and reasoning behind each exercise so clearly and concisely as you go. I loved having this knowledge so that everything I was doing felt purposeful, even when it was challenging! She does all of this in an exceptionally friendly, warm, encouraging, and totally judgement-free way. I strongly recommend her to anyone starting their fitness journey, or those who want to revisit or fine tune their know-how with some seriously lovely guidance. Joining a gym can definitely be intimidating, but I feel confident I can go on my own now, and even have a routine to continue and build upon thanks to her!

Fantastic experience: Great staff and location. Everything is well maintained conditions. There is also valet parking, but limited to 2 hours. Tons of amenities such -Free weights/rack -Weighted machines -Cardio Machines -Recovery room with TheraGuns, Hydro chair, etc -Stretching table/zone -Group exercise rooms -Trainers room -Change room with Sauna/showers Definitely recommend trying out this gym.

Fantastic experience: Danny, shameer, Jerome and Julian always have a smiling face to greet you. They create a genuine community that makes you feel welcome and when they are working you can tell because the showers are very clean. The new recovery room is great and saves time of having to bring lots of equipment with me to the gym. Would reccomend this gym outside of peak hours.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a Goodlife member for many many years now and I’ve had the privilege of going to multiple locations around the province. My new ‘home base’ is at Liberty Village, Toronto and I must say that in terms of staff they are the best location I’ve been to. Every morning that I go in Shameer and Jhoseline greet me with such infectious enthusiasm that it sparks me up and I have great workouts. There will be days when I am just tired but the two of them have the uncanny ability to just put a smile of my face and make me feel great about myself. If I were an executive at Goodlife I would have them go around to other locations and teach their soft skills to other front desk staff because I have watched both of them greet members and it’s pretty interesting to watch. Shameer and Jhoseline, my hat is off to you both. People like you make our lives better and because of this I will be a life long member of Goodlife Fitness.

Negative experience: I’ve been a member at this location for about 8 years. Recently it’s always so busy that it’s just a frustrating experience to actually use your membership. There no longer seems to be a quiet time of day and you can end up having to wait 15-30 minutes for a squat rack. It’s clearly not large enough for the area it needs to serve.

Fantastic experience: Chris was professional and quick to show us entire gym and amenities. Very sharp and to the point. Much appreciated! A++ Gym is very clean and though a bit angular of. Layout as opposed to one open space, it has all the machines for a proper workout.

Negative experience: I went it thinking I wanted to change my home Gym there, the personal trainers at the front were so helpful, I was told i had to go to the gym that I wanted my home gym to be to get that changed. Unfortunately the trainer had to call someone from the sales team and two guys came out and the first guy told me I couldn't do it there I had to call.. and some big guy with alot of tattoos and short eyebrows started talking over the sales guy telling me with attitude.. mansplaining how much of a bad desicion I made choosing the plan I chose, he said some other stuff too im down to bring it up if needed. Haha I felt like he was a disappointed parent yelling at me. It was so awkward low key wanted to cry. I'm pretty sure I did not deserve that confrontation, I was asking the trainer a question that he wasn't able to answer for me. Def. Not chaining home gyms now.. I rather go through the inconvenience of going to my original home gym.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this location for awhile and recently switched to weekend mornings because its not as busy. The morning weekend staff Michelle, Michael and Rose are always so friendly and nice. They are always welcoming me as I come in and making the environment comfortable. There is also some new recent upgrades that this location made, they have a recovery room where there is the best massage chair. Definitely my favourite location so far

Fantastic experience: This is my go to good life. Nice and clean; free parking and great staff. Wish it was 24 hours but that’s ok. It does get busy but if you find your rhythm and time right, you can figure out how to work with the crowds and not have to wait too long for a bench, treadmill or rack.
Fantastic experience: The gym is now even more comfortable with recent additions including extra squat racks, hack squat, and additional sets of dumbbells, reducing wait times and allowing for quicker workouts. However, due to size limitations, the spin studio has been converted into a personal training area, although there are still two bikes available in the virtual studio. Despite this change, the staff remains friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused, even patiently listening to members' life stories. Perhaps they should start charging a therapist's rate for their attentive ear. Despite its size limitations, this gym is still a great place to train. The friendly staff and members create an enjoyable workout atmosphere. However, one improvement that could be made is offering an annual gym etiquette course for all members, which would enhance the gym experience for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I went to this gym for two weeks, everyday I found the gym tidy, weights are in their place. Staff is friendly, ready to assist and organized. Restrooms are clean. Everything you need for a good workout is there. Love it Definitely would come back anytime !!!!

Negative experience: I had to give a one star rating because I couldn’t give any lower rating. On 27 th Feb 2023, I reached the gym at 4:00 Am to get an early morning workout done. I usually workout at a different branch but I had to get an early workout done. Unfortunately even after buzzing for over 30 minutes nobody responded and I had to leave after paying the parking fee. If you wish to get a early morning workout and value your time please do not go to this branch. If the management team is reading reviews their is no point having a 24 hours gym if the members cannot access the gym during those hours. Please update your gym hours so people do not end up wasting their precious time.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of GoodLife for 25 yrs , it has been wonderful 25 yrs , I can imagine going anywhere else. The staff are friendly and kind, the building is well kept( washroom and locker room)the staff are always will to help. For example I had incident that happened in the change room last week , I reported to the front desk, The message was past on to Daniel the manager, he was in it immediately. Thank you for that Daniel. If please make a request. Current I work at 7am and currently we only have a pump class on Monday and Wednesday, Can more classes be added to the schedule like body combat, body attack. Keep up the great job guys

Fantastic experience: This location is excellent. Great natural lighting and views, clean and relatively spacious/sensible layout, 5 squat racks and plenty of machinery and free weights. Renovations have taken place over the past few months and new machines have been added; those that break seem to be fixed promptly. Staff are very friendly too! Negative experience: The club itself is nice but the number of equipments are not enough for the crowd even during least busy times. And add to that the example of treadmills been on maintenance/out of service for a long time (only 5 working treadmills) which makes a line up each time I’m in and try to use them… I hope they improve the service

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience with Cris who helped my fiancé and I sign up for Goodlife. He was friendly, answered all our questions and made the signup process easy . They hooked us up with a free workout before signing up so we got the full experience before committing and he gave us a full tour of the gym explaining all the equipment, the amenities and the perks of joining Goodlife vs. our current gym. Fantastic experience: I recently joined Goodlife and have been blown away by the positive experience I have had so far. The facilities are top-notch and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. On my first weekend in the gym, Michelle, Michael, and Gabriel were so helpful in showing me around and introducing me to the layout of the gym. The gym has a huge selection of cardio and weight training equipment that is well-maintained and in excellent condition. The staff is knowledgeable and always available to offer assistance or answer any questions I have. The atmosphere is energetic and motivating, with a good mix of solo and group workouts. The facility is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. This gym has everything I need to achieve my fitness goals, from free weights and resistance machines to cardio equipment and group fitness classes. The environment is supportive and inclusive where everyone is encouraged to reach their full potential. I feel comfortable working out here, regardless of my skill level or fitness goals.
