Fantastic experience: Awesome gym and super friendly!! WODs are posted online and I just facebook messaged them when I was going to show up and they were ready for me to join the class. It was awesome!!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding gym and coaches! Rooster (the owner) great guy and great coach. My family was visiting Thunder Bay and my daughter and I needed to get some workouts in. We did 3 drop-in’s. They made us feel right at home!

Fantastic experience: Was traveling across Canada and ended up in Thunder bay with no room to exercise. They gave me space for a workout, offered access to their gear, and took no money from me at the end. Great place, fully stocked with everything you may need for a good workout, showers, and even a pup to pet after! Highly recommend!
