Founded in 2016 and now proudly owned by fitness enthusiasts Ryan Cappelle and Hayden Koot, the facility has grown from a humble startup into a spacious community hub, featuring a recent expansion that includes a bright, sun-drenched cardio theatre overlooking 1st Ave NE and a dedicated group fitness studio.

Fantastic experience: 24h gym (owner is usually here from 6-8pm for membership) with all the strength, cardio and training equipment you could wish for. Quality brands of equipment (Bells of Steel and such), wide variety of machines and free weights. There is a church underneath, so you have to be a bit more careful with weights on Sundays.
