Fantastic experience: 24h gym (owner is usually here from 6-8pm for membership) with all the strength, cardio and training equipment you could wish for. Quality brands of equipment (Bells of Steel and such), wide variety of machines and free weights. There is a church underneath, so you have to be a bit more careful with weights on Sundays.

Fantastic experience: We love our gym & hope you do too. The gym is open 24 hours a day so you can workout whenever works for you & the Supplement store is open Monday-Friday 11am-6pm for all your membership & supplement needs
