My 5 stars goes mainly to customer service, the staff is very nice and pleasant .Specifically need to mention that Najwadu at the reception is always smiley and kind, very helpful and happy to accommodate with various inquiries, so professional! Great asset for the Gym

Positive experience: *****UPDATE***** i was contacted by someone from the gym, and I was very pleased by the solution they gave me. I really thought I found a great gym at first, the employees were nice overall and there was a lot of equipment, the gym is big, but then covid hit again and closed the gym, i was paying for semi-private session with a coach and when the gym closed, the coach stopped sending me messages about training, I tried to contact customer service to cancel my semi-private sessions, but NO one has responded and it’s been 2 weeks… 2 weeks I’m paying for a service a didn’t receive! I’m really mad World gym Rosemere… DO BETTER! I’ll tell my friend to never come to this gym ever

Fantastic experience: Its a good gym for me. Plenty of facilities and services. Theres a daycare. A female only section where my wife feels more comfortable. Nutrition bar. Tanning beds. Steam room. Jacuzzi. Pool. The personal trainers are awesome. Shout out to my coach Mike Galanopoulos, you should check him out he will truly help you achieve your goal. Havent had any incidents with stolen items as mentioned in other reviews. But also i go at peak times so the locker is always full of people too. All in all im a satisfied customer.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend getting membership here! Very affordable, with lots included in the VIP membership compared to other gyms. Though during certain periods of the day can be very packed which is not ideal! Seeing how popular this places opening another in Saint-Eustache wouldn't be a bad idea . The only real negative thing is the daycare service , it's extremely hard to make an appointment since they rarely answer the phone , or return phone calls, because of this it limits my workout times. I hope this will improve with time ...

Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym! I've subscribed to a lot of gyms throughout my life and this one is BY FAR the best I've had the chance to train to. Spacious and with diversified areas such as the Cardio-Cinema, the crossfit dedicated area, the free weights and the machines, etc... They also have an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, dry and steam saunas... Basically, now that I found this gym, I'm done shopping around.

Fantastic experience: I think it might be the best world gym there is in the great region of montreal. This one at least has multiple punching bags.
