Gym-Plus offers a comprehensive range of programs designed to meet every need and ambition. The **Recreational Sector** welcomes everyone from ages 2 to 15, offering a fun and stimulating introduction to gymnastics apparatus including beam, bars, floor, vault, and trampoline. It is an accessible way to start an active lifestyle, where enjoyment and fitness go hand in hand. For those seeking higher challenges, the **Competitive Sector** provides a structured path from the introductory 'Défi' program (for ages 4-8) through regional and provincial levels (R1-N10), and up to national and international competitions. The club is also proud to host an accredited **Sport-Studies Program** in partnership with local high schools, supporting student-athletes in balancing academic and athletic excellence.
Beyond traditional training, Gym-Plus fosters a strong sense of community and personal growth. The club recently expanded its offerings with a new **Cheerleading Sector**, adding versatility to its athletic portfolio. Additional services include private coaching sessions for personalized goal-setting, summer day camps filled with adventures, birthday party packages, and a welcoming environment that parents describe as a 'family.' Guided by values of autonomy, integrity, and balance, Gym-Plus is more than a gym; it is a place where athletes surpass their limits and build confidence both in and out of the arena.
