Fantastic experience: Joined few months ago and have seen results in my health my energy is way up, i dont get tired as much as i used to. Coach is well rounded in various martial arts and he is trying to get you a technic that would fit your ability.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. Benny is kind, funny and dedicated to the art. Visitors are treated with respect. Training is hard, but honest. I can only recommend that gym. The facilities are top notch and the prices very good.

Leur mise en forme est assurée grâce à une imagination inégalée des entraîneurs ainsi qu’une discipline bien implantée. Cela en va de même pour les adultes. Une ambiance décontractée, mais toutefois motivante permet de s’ameliorer dans ce sport de combat accessible à tout âge, niveau de conditionnement, et sexe. Fantastic experience: It’s been two years since my son joined Sambo Montreal. As a mother of a teenage boy, I have to say it is one of the best things that have happened to him! The coaches are not just mere professionals in their trade, they are Teachers. They teach their students good values, self and mutual respect, the spirit of camaraderie and ability to deal with different life situations. My son has grown physically, got stronger, but he has also absorbed all the moral lessons taught to him. Big bonus is that it is a remedy from the “decease” that affects many young people nowadays: the more time he spends at his sambo practice – the less time he has to be in front of a screen of his phone and computer. I would strongly recommend Sambo Montreal to all the parents!
