Fantastic experience: Je le recommande à tous , les machines sont parfaite une clinique pour la musculation de jambes surtout, il manque de rien, ces mon gym préférée je l’adore belt squat en plus

Positive experience: Beau gym belle ambiance.. j’aime bien Seul petit point négatif à mon avis est le manque de ventilation.. quelques ventilateurs seraient très apprécié

Fantastic experience: As a small gym, an absolute 10/10, with great equipment (atlantis), and great space. Still being renovated in the locker rooms when I went and yet it was great. Very old-school bodybuilding vibes.

Fantastic experience: I used to be a member in their previous location and i have to say this gym has a lot more to offer now. There are several machines for cardio. A vast selection of weights. The staff is always nice and the opening schedule is very flexible. The water fountain is new and always clean. What else can you ask for ?

Fantastic experience: Although my physical disability and limited mobility, I have been welcome with open arms, though unavoidable obstacles arrive from my reality. The staff and gym owner are always open to help me, but more importantly listen to my needs Very appreciated of the professional support that everyone at this association gives. At first, I was shy about it all, until I saw that they treated everyone with the same level of respect and attentiveness. Thank you Pumpcity for not being perfect, but adaptive. 100% recommends

Pour 1$ de plus par jour comparer au autre gym sale et surpopuler, No Brainer! Vous avez gagner mon abonnement

Negative experience: Seulement 2 tapis roulant, vestiaire pas très propre et poussière sur les machines, pas cher mais vaut pas cher!!! J espère que cette critique va faire améliorer le ménage, c'est dans leur intérêt si il veulent garder leur client surtout avec les nouveaux gym qui ont ouvert..

Positive experience: Great place to train. Everything you need and more. More than enough equipment so you never have to wait for machines or weights. Most dumbbells are double. They also go up to 150 lbs. Deadlift station, 2 squat racks and one smith machine. This is a no nonsense gym. Everyone is friendly. Owner trains in the gym so equipment is maintained and functional. Very friendly staff and owner, always willing to answer your questions. The building is a bit run down but functional. Parking while limited is always more than enough for the amount of people attending the gym. I have been a member for almost a year and I love this place. I drive 20 minutes just to train here. It's my place to get away from everything.

Negative experience: Les équipement sont loin d’être récents et il y a très peu de place pour les entraînements au sol. Toutes les fois où j’y suis allée, il y avait maximum 4 personnes, alors pas vraiment motivant selon moi.... J’ai vraiment été déçue!

Fantastic experience: Beau petit gym sympathique et abordable. Max, vous accueil dès votre arrivé! Si vous chercher un gym "old school" c'est la place! Vous aurez même droit a Phil Heath, Dorian Yates et Arnold Schwarzenegger qui vous surveillent ;) bon training!!
