For over 24 years, Centre Form Action has been the premier health and fitness destination in Pont-Rouge, Quebec. Founded in 1999 by Kinesiologist Mario LaRue and pharmacist Marie-Claude Gingras, the centre was born from a passion to promote physical activity and holistic well-being within a scientifically grounded, supportive environment. What began as a mission to introduce the profession of kinesiology to the community has evolved into a comprehensive wellness hub trusted by thousands of locals.

What sets Centre Form Action apart is its unique integration of professional supervision and academic expertise. Unlike standard gyms, our facility is staffed by a dedicated team of university-educated Kinesiologists who are present on-site to supervise workouts, offer personalized guidance, and ensure safety. We offer a diverse range of services tailored to every individual, regardless of age or fitness level. Our specialized programs include cardiac rehabilitation (Traité Santé), pulmonary and metabolic condition management, musculoskeletal recovery, and pregnancy-safe training. For athletes, we provide high-performance plans for running, cycling, swimming, and triathlons, alongside specialized strength and conditioning. We also host a variety of energetic group classes, including HIIT, Spinning, Zumba, Yoga, Piyo, and Flow Training, all designed to challenge and inspire.

Beyond fitness, Centre Form Action is deeply committed to community health and social responsibility. We have pioneered initiatives like the Grand Spin Don, a charity cycling event that has raised nearly $400,000 for the Canadian Cancer Society. Fantastic experience: Plus qu'un simple et banal gym, ce centre est un temple de la santé pour peu qu'on veuille retrouver ou conserver notre forme physique. Un personnel trié sur le volet, tous hyper compétents, diplômés, toujours disponibles et chaleureux. Ambiance amicale, appareils cardio top qualité, propreté impeccable. Le seul esprit de compétition qui existe à ce centre est avec vous-même. Si vous avez des appréhensions envers les gyms et ceux qui les fréquentent, le Centre Form Action les feront disparaître à jamais.
