Negative experience: Very rude, unhelpful unresponsive worker in their, they worked feb8th in the afternoon very rude, Beware unfriendly staff!!!!

Fantastic experience: Just sterted a few weeks ago and it's everything I was looking for in a gym. Staff is friendly, members are friendly. The facility is very clean. Lots of equipment for every exercise your looking to do. Haven't been to a gym in a while so I was nervous at first. All nerves gone on the first day there. Highly recommend if your looking for a friendly place to go work out.

Negative experience: Worst place ever kali the “manager” was aggressively rude to my 16 year old brother and mother making them both uncomfortable! After being told to leave (my brother in tears) I went on to call and ask for the manager (kali) and was greeted and treated with the same disrespect and aggression I revoked my membership ASAP after that! They wanted me to come in and talk about the issue today (kali) and when I told her I was going to be there at 530 she wrote me a cheque and left early to not deal with me and what I was gonna do ( complain and make a formal complaint) I do not recommend the gym as the gym isn’t the cleanest and 20% of there equipment is broken and not sanitary BEWARE 85$ when you can go to fit for less for 11$ and the standard ls are way higher trust me today I was beyond happy to leave such a negative place and welcome a new gym FIT FOR LESS!!

Fantastic experience: This place is what I have been looking for in gymnasiums. Lots of equipment. Clean. Good change room with your own locker. Towels. Clean personal showers with their own change room. Trainer if you want one. Responsive staff. I love it.

Negative experience: My wife purchased a one month membership for me and was told upon purchase it would be activated on first use. This was not the case they activated it upon purchase and it’s disappeared. Bye bye 70$. Buyer beware. Use another gym

Fantastic experience: Great gym. I go here about 5 days a week, always clean and organized. Great service and great people who work out there. Highly recommend checking it out!

Positive experience: Nice gym with everything you need. Plenty of cardio machines and a small area for crossfit type work. Maybe not a hardcore gym though.

Negative experience: This gym is fine for the basic needs. Unfortunately, a majority of the middle aged men it attracts are chauvinistic pigs. If you're a millennial, this gym is not welcoming.

Negative experience: treated very poorly by the women at the counter, including being cursed at extremly unprofessional gym.

Negative experience: Worst gym in Peterborough, out of date equipment for what you pay per month, also I cancelled my membership in December was told when I signed cancellation sheet that one more payment would come out of my account for January, they continued to take further payments for three more months (feb, March, April) didn't notice at first so went in after April payment came out to sort it out and was told they had no record of me cancelling, claimed that this never happens etc even though I've heard of it happening to other people, horrible customer service didn't offer any refund or compensation for the extra payments, I would recommend any other gym over this one in Peterborough since they are relatively the same price and avoid getting screwed over.

Negative experience: A lot of outdated/broken equipment, no one is ever at the front desk for service when needed and when I tried to cancel my membership they continued to charge me for months afterwards.
